茅先生歌云∶面青面白犹自可，黑色如青瓜一同，此是腹心生冷痛，须将温药里头攻。钱氏云∶胃虚冷，面 白色，
腹痛不思食当补，益脾益黄散主之。若不下利者，调中丸主之。（益黄散治下利而痛也，调中丸治不利而痛也）

白术 人参 甘草（炒各半两） 干姜（炮，四钱）
上为细末，蜜丸如绿豆大。每服五七丸至十五丸，食前、温水下。（海藏云∶仲景理中例也）
当归散 凡小儿夜啼者，脏寒而腹痛，面青手冷，不吐乳是也，宜此方服之效。

上 咀。煎五分，时时少服，愈。
七气汤 治七气所伤，痰涎结聚，心腹亦痛，不能饮食。

上锉细。每服三钱，水一大盏，姜五片，枣一枚煎，食前服。
《指迷》七气汤 治七情相干，阴阳不升降，气道壅滞，攻冲作疼。
青皮 陈皮 桔梗 蓬术 辣桂 益智仁（各一两） 香附子（一两半） 甘草 加半夏（制。各七钱半）
上锉细。每服三钱，水一盏，姜四片，枣一枚，煎至七分，不拘时服。
〔张涣〕宽中汤 治心腹疼痛，不可忍者。
高良姜 木香（各半两） 丁香 青橘皮（炒黄） 桔梗 甘草（炙。各一分）
上件捣，罗为细末。每服半钱，温酒调下。
蓬莪术丹
蓬莪术（炮制，乘热锉碎） 当归（洗，焙干。各一两） 木香 人参（去芦头） 桂心（各半
两） 黑牵牛（炒，微黄，一分）
上件捣，罗为末，细白面糊和丸，如黍米大。每服十粒，煎生姜汤下，量儿大小加减。
温胃丹 治腹痛啼哭不止。
人参（去芦头） 白术（炮。各一两） 五味子 当归（洗，焙干） 高良姜（各半两） 木香（一两）
上件，捣为细末，白面糊和丸，如黍米大。每服十粒，米饮下。
橘香散
青橘皮（炒） 吴茱萸 木香 当归（洗，焙干。各一两） 干姜（炮） 丁香（各半两）
上件捣，罗为末。每服一钱，水八分一盏，入生姜二片，煎五分，去滓放温热服，食前。
〔曾氏〕 香汤 利脾胃，进饮食，理腹痛，散邪气。

茅先生歌诀说：面色青白尚且尚可，若面色黑如青瓜一般，这是腹中生冷痛，必须用温性药物从内部攻治。钱乙说：胃虚寒，面色苍白，腹痛不想吃东西，应当补益，以益脾益黄散为主方。如果不腹泻的，用调中丸主治。（益黄散治疗腹泻且疼痛的情况，调中丸治疗不腹泻但疼痛的情况）曾氏关于脏寒痛的论述，参考附胎寒论之后。益黄散（针对脾）

Mao Xiansheng's song states: A complexion that is greenish-white is still manageable; however, if the face is black like a green melon, this indicates cold pain in the abdomen caused by internal cold, requiring warm herbs to attack from within. Qian Yi stated: For deficiency-cold of the Stomach, presenting with a pale white complexion, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite, one should tonify, primarily using Yipi Yihuang San (Benefit Spleen and Yellow Powder). If there is no diarrhea, Tiaozhong Wan (Regulate Middle Pill) is indicated. (Yihuang San treats diarrhea accompanied by pain, while Tiaozhong Wan treats pain without diarrhea.) Tiaozhong Wan
Atractylodis Rhizoma (Baizhu), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (stir-baked, half tael each), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Ganjiang) (processed, four qian)
Grind the above into a fine powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of mung beans. Take five to seven up to fifteen pills per dose, before meals, with warm water. (Haicang noted: This follows the principle of Zhang Zhongjing's Lizhong Tang.)
Danggui San (Angelica Decoction) For infants who cry at night due to visceral cold causing abdominal pain, with a bluish complexion and cold hands, and refusal to suckle milk, this formula is effective.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (remove rhizome head), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishaoyao), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) (one qian each), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (roasted, five fen), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi) (one qian each)
Cut the above into pieces. Decoct with water until reduced to one-fifth volume, administer small amounts frequently until cured.
Qi Qi Tang (Seven Qi Decoction) Treats injury from the Seven Emotions, accumulation of phlegm-fluids, pain in the heart and abdomen, and inability to eat.
Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (Banxia) (processed and baked, five taels), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Lagui) (remove bark, one tael each), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (half tael)
Cut the above finely. Take three qian per dose, decoct with one large cup of water, five slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), and one Jujubae Fructus (Zao), take before meals.
"Zhimi" Qi Qi Tang (Seven Qi Decoction from Zhimi) Treats interference among the Seven Emotions, failure of Yin and Yang to ascend and descend, stagnation of the Qi pathway, and attacking pain.
Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (Qingpi), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Curcumae Longae Rhizoma (Pengzhu), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Lagui), Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus (Yizhiren) (one tael each), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfuzi) (one and a half taels), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), add Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (Banxia) (processed, seven and a half qian each)
Cut the above finely. Take three qian per dose, decoct with one cup of water, four slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), and one Jujubae Fructus (Zao) until reduced to seventy percent, take at any time.
[Zhang Huan] Kuanzhong Tang (Widen Middle Decoction) Treats unbearable pain in the heart and abdomen.
Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma (Gaoliangjiang), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) (half tael each), Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (Qingjupi) (stir-baked until yellow), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (roasted, one fen each)
Pound the above ingredients, sieve into a fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, mix with warm wine and swallow.
Peng Ezhu Dan (Curcuma Pill)
Curcumae Longae Rhizoma (Pengezhu) (processed, cut into pieces while hot), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (wash, bake dry, one tael each), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) (remove rhizome head), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin) (half tael each), Pharbitidis Semen Nigrum (Heiqianniu) (stir-fried until slightly yellow, one fen)
Pound the above ingredients, sieve into powder, mix with fine white flour paste to form pills the size of millet seeds. Take ten pills per dose, swallow with decocted Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) soup, adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
Wenwei Dan (Warm Stomach Pill) Treats incessant crying due to abdominal pain.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) (remove rhizome head), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Baizhu) (processed, one tael each), Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (wash, bake dry), Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma (Gaoliangjiang) (half tael each), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) (one tael)
Pound the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with white flour paste to form pills the size of millet seeds. Take ten pills per dose, swallow with rice drink.
Juxiang San (Orange and Aromatic Powder)
Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (Qingjupi) (stir-fried), Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu), Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (wash, bake dry, one tael each), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Ganjiang) (processed), Caryophylli Flos (Dingxiang) (half tael each)
Pound the above ingredients, sieve into powder. Take one qian per dose, decoct with eight-tenths of a cup of water and two slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) until reduced to five-tenths, strain, let cool to warm, take before meals.
[Zeng Shi] Xiang Tang (Aromatic Decoction) Benefits the Spleen and Stomach, promotes appetite, regulates abdominal pain, and disperses pathogenic factors.
Aromatics (stir-fried), Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma (Liangjiang) (cut into pieces, stir-fried with earth from the east wall, one and a half taels each), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Cangzhu) (soak in rice wash water overnight, remove coarse skin, filter dry, cut into slices, stir-fry until slightly yellow, two taels), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (roasted, one tael)
Cut and bake the above into powder. Take one qian per dose, mix with salt-water tea taken on an empty stomach.
