《宫气方》解小儿疳热疳痢，杀虫。用青黛不以多少，水研服。
《外台》治疳痢晓夜无度者。取樗根浓汁，及粟米泔各一鸡子壳许，以竹筒吹入下部，再度，瘥。
治疳痢大孔开，利不止。以黄连末入麝香少许和匀，以竹筒吹入。
《图经》治疳痢。以地榆单煮汁如饴糖，与服便已。
〔孟诜〕疗小儿疳痢方
上，用樗木根取白皮一握，仓粳米五十粒，葱白一握，甘草二寸炙，豉二合，
以水一升煮取半升，顿服之。小儿以意服之。枝叶与皮，功用皆同。

上件药捣，罗为散。每服以乳汁调下半钱，日三四服，量儿大小加减。
杀疳丸 治疳痢不止。
雄黄 麝香 牛黄 芦荟 朱砂（各细研） 龙骨（烧令赤色） 密陀僧（烧红，细研） 胡黄连（各
二钱半） 青黛（半两，细研） 金箔（十片，细研） 肉豆蔻（二枚，去壳） 蟾酥（一钱二分半，热水化如泥）
上件药捣，罗为末，入研药及蟾酥，研令匀，汤浸蒸饼和丸，如黄米大。每以
温水下三丸。煎黄连、苦参汤洗身上，用青衣盖，出虫，便瘥。
白龙骨丸 治疳痢不止。
白龙骨 白石脂 鸡尿矾（烧令汁尽） 黄连（去须，微炒） 胡粉（微炒） 白茯苓 阿胶（捣碎，炒令黄燥。
各半两）
上捣，罗为末，炼蜜和丸，如麻子大。每服以粥饮下五丸，日三四服，量儿大小加减。
肉豆蔻丸 治小儿疳痢，不吃乳食，四肢瘦弱。
肉豆蔻（去壳，一枚） 木香（半两） 人参（去芦头） 诃子肉（煨） 朱砂 麝香（并细研。各二钱半）
上捣，罗为末，都研令匀，用软饭和丸，如麻子大。每服以米饮化下三丸，日
三四服，量儿加减。
《圣惠》黄连散 治小儿疳痢久不瘥，肌肉消瘦，面黄发焦，啼叫不常。
胡黄连（末） 白矾（烧令汁尽） 白龙骨（末。各半两） 胡粉（微炒，二钱半）
上件药，同细研为散。一岁儿每服以米饮调下一字，二岁每服半钱，随儿大小，
量病轻重加减。
芜荑丸 治小儿久疳痢不瘥。
芜荑（半两，末） 羊子肝（一具）
上先以子肝切作片子，以芜荑末掺在肝内，线缠合，米泔中煮令熟，捣烂，糯
米饭和丸，如麻子大。每以粥饮下五丸，早晨晚后各一服，量儿加减。
〔庄氏〕第一候∶泻脓血，日渐瘦，是冷热疳。宜服
八香丸方
胡黄连（一钱） 脑 麝（各半钱） 牛黄（一钱二分半） 芦荟（一钱半） 蟾酥（五捻子，作块者亦得） 白
花蛇（半两，酒浸去骨） 蝎稍（二钱半）
上为细末，猪胆丸，如黄米大。每服五丸，米饮下。如患甚，仍用生米泔调作
散，半钱服，日三服。
治小儿肠鸣泻痢，口鼻干，常有鲜血，日夜疼方

上为末。每服半钱，熟水调下。
张道人第二∶急疳，小儿疳痢，下赤色脓血，下部脱肛，虽有精神，命在须臾，但
服此
沉香丸方
沉香 人参 蝎 胡黄连 乳香（各一分） 龙骨 甘草（各三分）
上件，枣肉为丸，如麻子大。每服三丸，米饮下，日二服。久患，七服效。
木香丸 治疳痢。
黄连（净三钱） 木香 紫浓朴（姜制） 夜明砂（隔纸炒。各二钱） 诃子肉（炒，一钱）
上为末，饭丸麻子大。干艾、生姜煎汤，食前下。
《宫气方》治疗小儿疳热、疳痢，具有杀虫功效。取适量青黛，用水研磨后服用。
《外台秘要》治疗疳痢昼夜无休止者。取樗根（臭椿皮）浓汁和粟米泔水各约一个鸡蛋壳的量，用竹筒吹入肛门部位，每日两次，病愈即止。
治疗疳痢导致肛门松弛张开、腹泻不止。将黄连末与少量麝香混合均匀，用竹筒吹入肛门内。
《图经本草》治疗疳痢。将地榆单独煎煮成如饴糖般稠度的汁液，给患儿服用即可痊愈。
〔孟诜〕治疗小儿疳痢的方剂：
以上药物，取樗木根白色树皮一把，仓粳米五十粒，葱白一把，炙甘草两寸长，豉二合，
用水一升煎煮至半升，一次性服下。小儿根据情况酌情服用。枝叶与树皮的功用相同。

将上述药物捣碎，过筛成粉末，加入已研细的药物及蟾酥，研磨均匀，用汤浸过的蒸饼调和做成丸药，大小如黄米。每次用温水送服三丸。煎黄连、苦参汤清洗身体，用青色衣服覆盖，排出虫体，病即痊愈。
白龙骨丸 治疗疳痢不止。
白龙骨 白石脂 鸡尿矾（烧至汁液流尽） 黄连（去须，微炒） 胡粉（微炒） 白茯苓 阿胶（捣碎，炒至黄燥。
各半两）

《太平圣惠方》黄连散 治疗小儿疳痢日久不愈，肌肉消瘦，面色发黄头发焦枯，啼哭不安。
胡黄连（末） 白矾（烧至汁液流尽） 白龙骨（末。各半两） 胡粉（微炒，二钱半）
将上述药物共同细研成散剂。一岁的患儿每次用米饮调服一字量，两岁的患儿每次服用半钱，根据患儿大小及病情轻重增减剂量。
芜荑丸 治疗小儿久患疳痢不愈。
芜荑（半两，末） 羊子肝（一个）
先将羊肝切成片，将芜荑末撒在肝内，用线缠绕固定，在米泔水中煮熟，捣烂，用糯米饭调和做成丸药，大小如麻子。每次用米汤送服五丸，早晚各一次，根据患儿情况增减剂量。
〔庄氏〕第一候：泻出脓血，日渐消瘦，这是冷热疳。适宜服用
八香丸方
胡黄连（一钱） 脑 麝（各半钱） 牛黄（一钱二分半） 芦荟（一钱半） 蟾酥（五个捻子，块状也可以） 白
花蛇（半两，酒浸去骨） 蝎稍（二钱半）
将上述药物研成细末，用猪胆汁做丸，大小如黄米。每次服用五丸，用米饮送下。如果病情严重，仍用生米泔水调成散剂，服用半钱，每日三次。

张道人第二候：急疳，小儿疳痢，排出赤色脓血，下部脱肛，虽然精神尚存，但生命危在旦夕，只需服用此
沉香丸方
沉香 人参 蝎 胡黄连 乳香（各一分） 龙骨 甘草（各三分）
将上述药物，用枣肉做丸，大小如麻子。每次服用三丸，用米饮送下，每日两次。久病患者，服用七次见效。
木香丸 治疗疳痢。
黄连（净选三钱） 木香 紫浓朴（姜制） 夜明砂（隔纸炒。各二钱） 诃子肉（炒，一钱）
将上述药物研成粉末，用米饭做成如麻子大小的丸药。用干艾叶、生姜煎汤，饭前送服。
*Gongqi Fang* treats infantile gan-heat and gan-dysentery, with the effect of killing parasites. Use an appropriate amount of Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), grind it in water, and administer orally.
*Waitai Mi Yao* treats gan-dysentery that persists day and night without cessation. Take a thick decoction of Chugen (Catechu) and rice washing water, each about the volume of one eggshell, and blow it into the anal region using a bamboo tube. Apply twice daily until recovery.
To treat gan-dysentery causing anus relaxation and unceasing diarrhea: Mix Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) powder with a small amount of Shexiang (Moschus), blend evenly, and blow the mixture into the anus using a bamboo tube.
*Tujing Bencao* treats gan-dysentery. Decoct Duyu (Sanguisorbae Radix) alone until the liquid becomes as viscous as malt syrup, then administer to the patient for cure.
[Meng Shen] Prescription for treating infantile gan-dysentery:
Take one handful of the white bark of Chumu (Ailanthi Cortex), fifty grains of Cangjingmi (Pollen Oryzae Sativae stored grain), one handful of Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus), two cun of Zhi Gancao (Prepared Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), and two he of Chi (Fermented Soybean).
Decoct these in one sheng of water until half a sheng remains, and administer in one dose. Infants should be given according to their capacity. The leaves and branches have the same efficacy as the bark.
*Taiping Shenghui Fang* treats infantile gan-dysentery that does not cease, accompanied by itching in the lower body.
Qingdai San (Indigo Powder)
Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Chanhu (Bufo Toxin Ash), Hufen (Cerussa), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, remove whiskers, lightly stir-fried), Shexiang (Moschus, finely ground; each 2.5 qian), Chishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum, 0.5 liang), Helilepi (Pericarpium Terminaliae Chebulae, 1 liang, lightly roasted).
Grind the above ingredients, sieve them to make a powder. Each dose is half a qian, mixed with milk for administration, three to four times daily. Adjust dosage according to the child's size.
Shagan Wan (Parasite-Killing Pill) Treats unceasing gan-dysentery.
Xionghuang (Realgar), Shexiang (Moschus), Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus), Lvhui (Aloe), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, finely ground); Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae, calcined until red); Mituoseng (Lithargyrum, calcined red, finely ground); Huhuanglian (Picrorhizae Rhizoma, each 2.5 qian); Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 0.5 liang, finely ground); Jinbo (Gold Leaf, ten pieces, finely ground); Roudoukou (Myristicae Semen, two pieces, shell removed); Chansu (Bufonis Venenum, 1.25 qian, dissolved in hot water into a paste).
Grind the above ingredients, sieve into powder, add the finely ground medicines and ChanSu, mix thoroughly. Moisten with steamed dough soaked in water, and form pills the size of yellow millet. Administer three pills per dose with warm water. Wash the body with a decoction of Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) and Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), cover with green cloth, expel parasites, and the condition will resolve.
Bailonggu Wan (White Fossil Bone Pill) Treats unceasing gan-dysentery.
Bailonggu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae), Baishizhi (Halloysitum Album), Jiaoniaofan (Alumen treated with chicken urine, calcined until juice runs out), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, remove whiskers, lightly stir-fried), Hufen (Cerussa, lightly stir-fried), BaiFuling (Poria), Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla, crushed and stir-fried until yellow and dry; each 0.5 liang).
Grind the above ingredients, sieve into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Administer five pills per dose with rice drink, three to four times daily. Adjust dosage according to the child's size.
Roudoukou Wan (Myristica Pill) Treats infantile gan-dysentery, refusal of milk and food, and emaciation of the four limbs.
Roudoukou (Myristicae Semen, shell removed, one piece), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, 0.5 liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, remove rhizome), Hezi Rou (Pericarpium Terminaliae Chebulae, roasted), Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Shexiang (Moschus, finely ground; each 2.5 qian).
Grind the above ingredients, sieve into powder, mix thoroughly. Form pills the size of sesame seeds using soft rice. Administer three pills per dose dissolved in rice drink, three to four times daily. Adjust dosage according to the child's condition.
*Taiping Shenghui Fang* Huanglian San (Coptis Powder) Treats long-standing infantile gan-dysentery that has not resolved, with muscle wasting, sallow complexion, dry and brittle hair, and frequent crying.
Huhuanglian (Picrorhizae Rhizoma, powdered), Baifan (Alumen, calcined until juice runs out), Bailonggu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae, powdered; each 0.5 liang), Hufen (Cerussa, lightly stir-fried, 2.5 qian).
Finely grind the above ingredients together to make a powder. For a one-year-old child, administer one zi measure mixed with rice drink per dose; for a two-year-old, half a qian per dose. Adjust according to the child's size and severity of illness.
Wuyi Wan (Torreya Pill) Treats long-standing infantile gan-dysentery that has not resolved.
Wuyi (Torreya Seed, 0.5 liang, powdered), Yangzigan (Sheep Liver, one whole).
First slice the sheep liver, sprinkle Wuyi powder inside, tie securely with thread, and boil in rice washing water until cooked. Mash well, mix with glutinous rice flour to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Administer five pills per dose with rice drink, once in the morning and once in the evening. Adjust dosage according to the child.
[Zhuang Shi] First Syndrome: Diarrhea with pus and blood, gradual emaciation, indicates Cold-Heat Gan. Suitable for Baxiang Wan (Eight Fragrances Pill).
Huhuanglian (Picrorhizae Rhizoma, 1 qian), Naoshe (Camphor and Moschus, each 0.5 qian), Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus, 1.25 qian), Lvhui (Aloe, 1.5 qian), Chansu (Bufonis Venenum, five pinches, lumps are acceptable), Baihuashe (Bungarus multicinctus, 0.5 liang, soaked in wine, bones removed), Xieshao (Scorpio tip, 2.5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, form pills with pig bile the size of yellow millet. Administer five pills per dose with rice drink. If the condition is severe, still use raw rice washing water to make a powder, administer half a qian, three times daily.
Prescription for infantile borborygmus and dysentery, dry mouth and nose, frequent fresh blood discharge, and pain day and night.
Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Radix, processed), Liuhuang (Sulfur, each 2.5 qian), Zhiqiao (Aurantii Fructus, stir-fried), Huhuanglian (Picrorhizae Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, each 0.5 liang).
Grind into powder. Administer half a qian per dose mixed with boiled water.
Zhang Daoren Second Syndrome: Acute Gan, infantile gan-dysentery with discharge of red pus and blood, rectal prolapse of the lower body. Although spirit is present, life is in imminent danger. Only administer this Chenxiang Wan (Agarwood Pill).
Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Xie (Scorpio), Huhuanglian (Picrorhizae Rhizoma), Rushi (Boswelliae Resina, each 1 fen); Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each 3 fen).
Form pills with jujube flesh the size of sesame seeds. Administer three pills per dose with rice drink, twice daily. For chronic cases, seven doses yield efficacy.
Muxiang Wan (Aucklandia Pill) Treats gan-dysentery.
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, cleaned, 3 qian), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Zihoupo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, ginger-processed), Yeming Sha (Stercus Tenebrionis, stir-fried between papers, each 2 qian), Hezi Rou (Pericarpium Terminaliae Chebulae, stir-fried, 1 qian).
Grind into powder, form pills the size of sesame seeds using rice. Decoct Ganyi (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) and Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) in water, administer before meals.
