Medicine is the life governor of humans; only those with ambition can practice it. Acupuncture is the profound depth of principle; it requires instruction from sages. First investigate the source of the disease, then attack the acupoints; achieve merit with every movement, and obtain effect with every needle. Only then can one understand the mystery within mysteries, and reach the wonder within wonders. This chapter does not exhaust all points; I briefly list its essentials.
