白花百合汤。麦冬汤、取其清肺止嗽。真玉露霜，取其清痰解热。人乳为补阴神品，童便乃降火仙
方，大有起死之功。甘梨生食，能清火，蒸熟则滋阴，亦有回生之力。苡仁汤，肺热脾虚，服之有益。
莲心汤，芡实粥，遗精泄泻，最所宜求。扁豆枣汤，专补脾胃。圆肉汤，兼养心肿。猪脊髓，鲤鱼胶，
〔同猪蹄、燕窝、雄鸡或雄鸭，诸荤物中煮烂，饮汁弥佳。〕填精益髓。凤头白鸭，乌骨白鸡，补阴除
蒸。猪肺蘸白芨末，保肺止血，以上诸物，随宜恒用，兼服膏丸。丸如回生、六味、左归、乳金、四
圣、固本之属，膏如清金、清宁、白凤、坤髓、集灵、卫生、琼玉之属，服药须经年累月，毋使或缺，
量病症之甚者，间用汤液以治之。如内热甚，或发寒热，则用保阴六味。妇女或兼用逍遥。咳甚则用
清金，或兼噙化。
吐血则用仲淳验方。心跳善惊，虚烦无寐，则用天王补心。兼脾胃虚弱，或用归脾。食少便泻，量用
资生。果系干血劳症，审之确当，方可遵大黄 虫丸之法。传尸劳症，獭肝无疑。更宜谢绝世缘，
然独处，与道流韵士，讨论离欲之道，根究性命之源，使心境清宁，暂离爱染，则情念不起，真精自
固，如得钟离老祖九转之还丹，服药便是普门大士杨枝之甘露。经云∶恬淡虚无，真气从之，精神内守，
病安从来。此圣人摄生之妙术，否则惟有殒命而已。

Baihe Baihua Tang (White Lily Decoction) and Maidong Tang (Ophiopogon Decoction) are used for their ability to clear the Lung and stop coughing. Zhen Yulushuang (True Dew Frost) is employed to resolve phlegm and relieve heat. Human milk is a divine substance for nourishing Yin, while Tongbian (Child's Urine) is an immortal prescription for descending Fire, possessing great power to revive the dying. Ganli (Sweet Pear) eaten raw can clear Fire; when steamed, it nourishes Yin and also has the power to restore life. Yiren Tang (Coix Seed Decoction) is beneficial for those with Lung Heat and Spleen Deficiency. Lianxin Tang (Lotus Plumule Decoction) and Qianshi Zhou (Euryale Seed Porridge) are most suitable for nocturnal emission and diarrhea. Biandou Zao Tang (Lablab Bean and Jujube Decoction) specifically tonifies the Spleen and Stomach. Yuanyuan Tang (Longan Decoction) nourishes the Heart. Pig spinal cord and Carp glue, [simmered thoroughly with pig trotters, bird's nest, rooster, or duck among these animal products, drinking the broth is excellent], fill essence and marrow. Fengtou Baiya (Fengtou White Duck) and Wugu Baiji (Black-bone White Chicken) nourish Yin and remove deficiency heat. Pig lung dipped in Baiji powder (Bletilla Rhizome powder) protects the Lung and stops bleeding. All the above substances should be used regularly as appropriate, combined with the administration of pills and pastes. Pill preparations include Huisheng Dan (Revive Life Pill), Liuwei Dihuang Wan (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill), Zuogui Wan (Left Restoring Pill), Rujin Wan (Milk Gold Pill), Sisheng Wan (Four Saints Pill), Guben Wan (Root Solidifying Pill), etc. Paste preparations include Qingjin Gao (Clear Metal Paste), Qingning Gao (Clear Tranquility Paste), Baifeng Gao (White Phoenix Paste), Kun sui Gao (Earth Marrow Paste), Jiling Gao (Gathering Spirit Paste), Weisheng Gao (Health Preservation Paste), Qiongyu Gao (Jade Pearl Paste), etc. Medication must be taken for years without interruption. For severe cases, decoctions may be used intermittently to treat the condition. If internal heat is severe, or if chills and fever occur, use Baoyin Jian (Protect Yin Decoction) combined with Liuwei Dihuang Wan. For women, Xiaoyao San (Free and Easy Wanderer Powder) may be added if Liver Qi stagnation is present. For severe coughing, use Qingjin Hua Tan Tang (Clear Metal Resolve Phlegm Decoction), or combine with lozenges. For hemoptysis, use Chen Xiuyuan's (Zhongchun's) verified formula. For palpitations with fright, empty irritability, and insomnia, use Tianwang Buxin Dan (Emperor of Heaven's Heart-Nourishing Pill). If accompanied by Spleen and Stomach weakness, use Guipi Tang (Restore the Spleen Decoction). For poor appetite and loose stools, use Zisheng Wan (Nourishing Life Pill) according to the situation. If it is indeed Ganxue Lao (Dry Blood Consumption Disease), after confirming the diagnosis, one may follow the method of Dahuang Zhechong Wan (Rhubarb and Ground Beetle Pill). For Chuanshi Lao (Transmissible Consumption Disease), Tatan (Wild Dog Liver) is undoubtedly indicated. Furthermore, one should renounce worldly ties, live in solitude, discuss the Dao of detachment with Daoist priests and refined scholars, investigate the source of life and nature, so that the mind and heart remain clear and tranquil, temporarily separating from love and desire, thus preventing emotional thoughts from arising, allowing True Essence to naturally consolidate. This is like obtaining Zhongli Laizu's Nine-Turn Elixir, where taking medicine becomes like the Yangzhi Sweet Dew (Willow Branch Sweet Dew) of Pumen Dashishi (Guanyin Bodhisattva). The Classic states: "Tranquil and void, True Qi follows; spirit guarded within, how could disease arise?" This is the subtle art of health preservation by the sages; otherwise, there is only death.
