又方∶损伤吐血死者，服之神效。金银花根，捣碎取汁，加童便、热酒冲服，渣敷患处
益母草，烧灰，二钱，醋调灌下一二钟，被盖出汗，后用姜汁、老酒冲服之。

治一切刀箭所伤及跌打猪狗咬伤，重至将死去者，急掺药于伤处，血自化为水，再掺即
活。若内损重伤，血入脏腑，以药一钱五分，用热酒半钟、童便半钟调和服之立效。若肠出
未断者，急用桑白皮为线，蘸花蕊石散缝合，其伤口先以大麦煮粥取浓汁温洗，再用活鸡冠
血和清油涂肠令润，轻轻托入腹内，外用生人长发密缝腹皮伤口（缝法须缝伤口皮肉之内，
若连皮缝之，扎不入肉，难以见效），掺药于口上血止立活，不用物封裹，恐作脓血，如伤
口干，先以吐津润之，后掺药粉。若产妇血晕，死胎不下，胞衣不下至死者，但前心温暖，
急以童便调药一钱温服，立愈。血在膈上者化黄水吐出，在膈下者随小便出，盖诸血之圣药
也。花蕊石二两（出陕州者佳，中有黄点如花心），硫黄四两（明润者佳），二味研碎和匀，

外结百眼炉，炉内用炭二十许斤盖住泥缸，从下生火，先文后武，渐渐上彻，自晨至晚方息
，终宿不动，次早取出研细，以净瓷瓶收贮备用。
凡闪打伤、未出血、但青紫色者，先以葱白捣烂炒热，将痛处擦遍，随用生大黄研末，
生姜汁调敷，尽量饮好热酒，令卧自愈，即日久不愈者亦神验。
凡破伤后受风致危者，用粪堆上蛴螬虫一二个（草房上亦有），将脊背捉住，捏令口吐

又一方：取竹节中的白色粉末，与木耳一起烧成灰，用陈年酒冲服，立即见效。

治疗一切刀箭所伤以及跌打、猪狗咬伤，严重到濒临死亡的患者，急忙将药粉撒在伤口处，血液会自动化为水状，再次撒药即可复活。如果是内部重伤，血液进入脏腑，取药一钱五分，用半杯热酒和半杯童便调和后服用，立即见效。如果肠子流出但未断裂，急忙用桑白皮制成线，蘸取花蕊石散进行缝合。伤口先用大麦煮粥取浓汁温洗，再用活鸡冠血和清油涂抹肠子使其润滑，轻轻托回腹腔内。外用生人的长发严密缝合腹部皮肤伤口（缝合方法必须缝合伤口皮肉之内，如果连皮缝之，扎不入肉，难以见效），在口上撒药止血，立即复活。不用物品封裹伤口，恐怕会化脓流血。如果伤口干燥，先以唾液润湿，然后再撒药粉。如果是产妇血晕、死胎不下、胞衣不下导致死亡的患者，只要前心温暖，急忙用童便调药一钱温服，立即痊愈。淤血在膈膜以上的化为黄水吐出，在膈膜以下的随小便排出，这是各种血症的圣药。花蕊石二两（陕州出产的最好，中间有像花心一样的黄点），硫黄四两（明亮润泽的最好），将这两味药研碎混合均匀，装入泥缸中，外面包裹百眼炉，炉内用约二十斤炭盖住泥缸，从下面生火，先用文火后用武火，渐渐向上加热，从早晨烧到晚上才熄灭，整夜不动，第二天早上取出研细，用干净的瓷瓶收贮备用。
凡是闪挫殴打受伤、未出血但呈现青紫色的，先用葱白捣烂炒热，将疼痛部位擦遍，随即用生大黄研成粉末，生姜汁调匀外敷，尽量饮用好的热酒，让患者躺卧自愈，即使是日久不愈者也有神效。
凡是破伤后受风导致危重情况的，取粪堆上的蛴螬虫一二个（草房上也有），抓住其脊背，捏使其口吐出黄色液体……
Treats conditions of near-death due to traumatic injuries; administering it will restore consciousness. Use the white precipitate (reddish in color) from the urinals or chamber pots of men and women, quench it in vinegar seven times, and grind into powder. Do not move the body if the patient has already died. If the mouth is closed, pry it open, take 3 fen of the powder, dissolve it in aged wine, and administer orally. Once the foul blood is vomited out, the patient will survive; if moved excessively, it is untreatable.
Another prescription: For death caused by hematemesis due to trauma, this formula is extremely effective. Crush the roots of Lonicera japonica (Honeysuckle), extract the juice, add urine of a healthy child (Tongbian) and hot wine, mix well and ingest. Apply the dregs to the injured area.
Burn Motherwort Herba (Yimucao) to ash, 2 qian, mix with vinegar and administer 1-2 cups. Cover the patient to induce sweating, then follow up with ginger juice mixed with aged wine.
Another prescription: Dry earthworms (Qiuyin), grind into powder, and deliver with hot wine for immediate effect.
Another prescription: Take the white substance from bamboo nodes (Zhuzhong Baijie), burn together with wood ear mushroom (Muer) to ash, and administer with aged wine for immediate effect.
Natural Pyrite (Ziran Tong) [quench in vinegar seven times] 2 qian, Cinnabar (Zhusha) 5 fen, one deciduous tooth of a child (calcined), one chicken egg, pierce with seven needles [mix thoroughly]. Take one dose. Treats all wounds from knives, arrows, falls, and bites from pigs or dogs, where the condition is critical and near death. Immediately sprinkle the medicine on the wound; the blood will turn into water-like fluid. Sprinkling again will revive the patient. For severe internal injuries where blood enters the viscera, take 1.5 qian of the medicine, mix with half a cup of hot wine and half a cup of child's urine, and ingest for immediate effect. If intestines are prolapsed but not severed, urgently use mulberry root bark (Sangbaipi) as thread, dipped in Huairuishi Powder, to suture. First wash the wound with thick warm decoction from boiling barley, then apply fresh rooster comb blood mixed with refined sesame oil to lubricate the intestines, and gently push them back into the abdominal cavity. Externally, suture the abdominal skin wound densely using long hair from a living person (the suturing method must be within the skin and flesh of the wound; if stitched through the whole skin thickness without penetrating the muscle, it will be ineffective). Sprinkle medicine on the mouth/wound to stop bleeding and revive immediately. Do not cover the wound with materials to avoid suppuration. If the wound is dry, moisten with saliva first, then apply powder. For postpartum syncope due to blood stasis, retained dead fetus, or retained placenta leading to death, if the anterior chest remains warm, urgently mix 1 qian of the medicine with child's urine, warm and ingest for immediate recovery. Blood above the diaphragm transforms into yellow fluid and is vomited out; blood below the diaphragm exits via urine. This is the supreme medicine for all blood disorders. Huairu Stone (Huairushi) 2 liang (best from Shanzhou, characterized by yellow spots like flower centers), Sulfur (Liuhuang) 4 liang (bright and lustrous is best). Grind both ingredients finely and mix evenly. Place in a clay jar, surround with a "Hundred-Eye Furnace," cover the jar with about 20 jin of charcoal, ignite from below. Start with gentle fire and increase to strong fire, heating gradually from bottom to top, burning from morning until night, remaining undisturbed overnight. Remove the next morning, grind finely, and store in a clean porcelain bottle for future use.
For sprains or bruises without bleeding but presenting with cyanosis or purple discoloration, first crush green onion whites, stir-fry until hot, and rub over the painful area. Then, apply a paste made of raw Rhubarb Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) powder and fresh ginger juice. Drink plenty of good hot wine and allow the patient to rest and recover spontaneously; this is also miraculous for chronic cases.
For critical conditions resulting from wind invasion after an open injury, take 1-2 larvae of *Oryctes rhinoceros* (Qicao) from manure piles (also found on thatched roofs), hold them by the back, and squeeze until they excrete yellow fluid...
