Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), Huangla (Yellow Beeswax), and Yubiao (Fish Maw, stir-fried until yellow) are three ingredients, each weighing five qian. Add Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), three leaves, to one bowl of wine without ash residue. Boil for the duration of one incense stick. Drink while hot. It can treat traumatic injuries.
Ruxiang (Olibanum), one liang; Moyao (Myrrha), one liang; Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, nodes removed), one liang; Maqianzi (Strychni Semen), one liang. Grind all into a fine powder and store in a porcelain bottle. Treats traumatic injuries.
Xiangguazi (Melon Seed), one qian; Sheng Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Recens), one qian; Mingxiong (Realgar, levigated with water), one qian; Xisharen (Amomi Fructus Rotundus), one qian; Danggui Tou (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Caput), one qian (finely processed). For treating traumatic injuries, take guiding medicines for respective body parts. This formula is attached here, having saved many lives. Also, use grease from cart wheels, mix with true Magnetitum powder, spread on paper like the size of a coin, apply it, change once daily, and the needle will come out spontaneously.
Another prescription: Take raw Magnetitum, one liang, grind into powder, mix with rapeseed oil, and apply to the skin about one cun away from where the needle entered. Gradually move it towards the needle opening so that it exits from the original injury site. This is miraculous.
