Dizziness and vertigo, although seemingly minor ailments, often serve as the precursor to major diseases. Eyes may suddenly become blurred, leading to a sudden collapse that is incurable. It specifically treats deficiency of Qi and Blood, rather than directly suppressing dizziness of the head and eyes. When Qi and Blood are sufficient, Yin and Yang harmonize; when Yin and Yang harmonize, pathogenic fire dissipates, and dizziness and vertigo naturally do not occur. Taking several more doses yields boundless benefits. Do not discard it simply because one or two doses do not immediately produce results.

Decoct in water and take orally.

Grind together into powder. Mix with thick decoction of Huaihua (Sophorae Flos) to form a cake, and apply to the ulcer site. Additionally, grind Wuyu (Evodiae Fructus) into powder, mix with vinegar, and apply to both soles (Yongquan KI1). Cure follows.
