或初起，或宿疾，兼治感伤水泻。白胡椒一钱，麝香一分，二味共研末，入肚脐内少许
，外以膏药贴盖之，少顷自愈。
又方∶胡椒、绿豆各四十九粒，同研细末，滚酒冲服，寒热腹痛并治。
胡椒五分、硫黄一钱、共为细末，黄蜡一钱，溶化为丸如芡实大。如肚腹诸痛，取一丸
入脐内，以膏药盖之，甚效。
用瓜瓢掀搅缸中水百遍，取泡子一碗，薄荷叶十余皮，长灯芯七根同煎汤，调六一散三
钱服之，不时即愈。
车前子炒为末，米汤调服二钱，治夏秋间肚腹暴泻，清浊不分者颇效。虚泻、溏泄均不
相宜。
茯苓二钱，浓朴钱半，陈皮一钱，炒枳壳二钱，甘葛一钱，川木瓜三钱，陈石榴酒炒二
钱，红枣、煨姜作引，水煎服。
又方∶石榴皮煎水服之，甚效。
又方∶干萝卜种兜煎水服之。如无兜，即萝卜子亦佳。
又方∶山楂肉炭、大麦芽炭（等分研末）、红糖各三钱，连皮淡姜汤冲服。
乌梅一个，老姜三片，榧子七个，花椒十四粒，加黑糖少许，用水煎服，虫即出矣。
又方∶苡仁根一斤切碎，水七升煮三升，服之虫死尽出。
又方∶白鸽屎烧存性，研末，米饮下一钱，即愈。
葱汁半钟，菜油半杯调和服之，虫化为水，即除根矣。
又方∶苦楝根四两（取向东不露出土者，取皮去骨），使君子二两（去壳），水五碗煎至
三
碗，去渣再熬至二碗，加白蜜四两，又熬至一碗，隔汤炖热空心服，一日服完。须于朔日服
最妙，虫头向上，不吐不泻，虫从大便出，少则一服，多则二服除根。一切虫积皆治，小儿
分两略减。
用食盐轻微炒热至温热，用布包裹后按压在疼痛部位进行熨烫，疼痛即可停止。
如果是初发病或旧疾复发，兼治因感受寒湿引起的水样腹泻：取白胡椒一钱、麝香一分，将这两味药共同研磨成粉末，取少许放入肚脐内，外部用膏药贴盖覆盖，过一会儿自然痊愈。
另一个方子：胡椒、绿豆各四十九粒，一同研磨成细末，用滚开的酒冲服，可治疗因寒热引起的腹痛。
胡椒五分、硫黄一钱，共同研磨成细末；黄蜡一钱，溶化后制成如芡实大小的丸剂。如果患有腹部各种疼痛，取一丸放入肚脐内，用膏药覆盖，效果显著。
藿蓼子捣碎取汁，用水冲服；或者用其黄叶捣碎取汁，用水冲服也有效。
用瓜瓢在缸中搅动水一百遍，取漂浮的泡沫一碗，加上薄荷叶十余片、灯心草七根，一同煎煮成汤，调入六一散三钱服用，不久即可痊愈。
车前子炒制后研成粉末，用米汤调服二钱，治疗夏秋季节突然发生的严重腹泻、清浊不分的情况颇为有效。但虚证腹泻、稀溏泄泻均不适用。
茯苓二钱，厚朴钱半，陈皮一钱，炒枳壳二钱，葛根一钱，川木瓜三钱，陈石榴酒炒二钱，红枣、煨姜作为药引，加水煎服。
另一个方子：石榴皮煎水服用，效果很好。
又一个方子：干萝卜种兜煎水服用。如果没有种兜，用萝卜子也很好。
又一个方子：山楂肉炭、大麦芽炭（等量研磨成末）、红糖各三钱，连皮带渣用淡姜汤冲服。
乌梅一个，老姜三片，榧子七个，花椒十四粒，加入少许黑糖，用水煎服，寄生虫就会排出。
又一个方子：薏苡仁根一斤切碎，加水七升煮至三升，服用后寄生虫死亡并全部排出。
又一个方子：白鸽屎烧至存性（保留药效），研磨成粉末，用米饮送服一钱，即可痊愈。
又一个方子：苦楝根四两（选取向东生长且不露出土面的部分，取皮去骨），使君子二两（去壳），加水五碗煎至三碗，去渣后再熬至二碗，加入白蜜四两，再熬至一碗，隔水炖热后空腹服用，一天内服完。最好在农历初一服用最为妙处，此时虫头向上，服药后不呕吐也不腹泻，寄生虫随大便排出，少则服一次，多则服两次即可除根。可治疗一切虫积病症，小儿用量略减。
Use salt, lightly stir-fried until warm, wrapped in cloth to press and moxa-like heat the painful area; the pain will cease immediately.
For initial onset or chronic recurrence, also treating water diarrhea caused by cold-damp invasion: Take Baihujiao (Piperis Nigris Fructus, 白胡椒) one qian, Shexiang (Moschus, 麝香) one fen. Grind both into powder together, place a small amount into the umbilicus, and cover externally with a plaster; it will heal spontaneously after a short while.
Another prescription: Hujiao (Piperis Nigris Fructus, 胡椒) and Ludou (Vigna radiata, 绿豆) each forty-nine grains, ground together into fine powder, taken with boiling wine to treat abdominal pain caused by cold and heat.
Hujiao (Piperis Nigris Fructus, 胡椒) five fen, Liuhuang (Sulfur, 硫黄) one qian, ground together into fine powder; Huangla (Beeswax, 黄蜡) one qian, melted and formed into pills the size of Euphorbiae Semen (Euphorbia Seed, 芡实). For various abdominal pains, take one pill, insert it into the umbilicus, and cover with a plaster; it is very effective.
Huoliaozǐ (Polygoni Hydropiperis Herba, 藿蓼子) crushed for juice, taken with water; or using its yellow leaves crushed for juice, taken with water, is also effective.
Stir the water in a vat with a melon ladle one hundred times, collect a bowl of foam, add Boheye (Menthae Haplocalycis Folium, 薄荷叶) more than ten pieces, Dengxincao (Junci Medullae, 长灯芯) seven roots, decoct together into soup, mix with Liuyisan (Six-to-One Powder, 六一散) three qian, and take; recovery occurs frequently.
Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen, 车前子) stir-fried and ground into powder, taken with rice soup two qian; it is quite effective for sudden severe diarrhea in summer and autumn where clear and turbid are not separated. It is not suitable for deficiency-type diarrhea or loose stools.
Fuling (Poria, 茯苓) two qian, Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, 浓朴/厚朴) half a qian, Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, 陈皮) one qian, Chao Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus Preparatus, 炒枳壳) two qian, Gange (Puerariae Radix, 甘葛/葛根) one qian, Chuan Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus, 川木瓜) three qian, Chen Shiliu (Granati Cortex Preparated with Wine, 陈石榴酒炒) two qian, Hongzao (Jujubae Fructus, 红枣) and Wei Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum, 煨姜) as guides, decoct in water and take.
Another prescription: Shiliupi (Granati Cortex, 石榴皮) decocted in water and taken; it is very effective.
Another prescription: Gan Luobo Zhongdou (Daucus Carota Seed Pod, 干萝卜种兜) decocted in water and taken. If the pod is unavailable, Luobozǐ (Daucus Carota Seed, 萝卜子) is also good.
Another prescription: Shanzhourou Tan (Crataegi Fructus Carbonized, 山楂肉炭), Dayamaitan (Hordei Fructus Germinatus Carbonized, 大麦芽炭) (equal parts ground into powder), and Hongtang (Saccharum, 红糖) each three qian, taken with Danjiangtang (Light Ginger Soup, 淡姜汤) including the peel.
Wumei (Mume Fructus, 乌梅) one piece, Laojiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 老姜) three slices, Feizi (Torreya Grandis Seed, 榧子) seven grains, Huajiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, 花椒) fourteen grains, add a little Heitang (Black Sugar, 黑糖), decoct in water and take; the parasites will be expelled.
Another prescription: Yiren Gen (Coicis Radix, 薏苡仁根) one jin chopped, boiled in seven sheng of water until reduced to three sheng; upon taking, all parasites die and are expelled.
Another prescription: Baigeshi (Columbae Excrementum, 白鸽屎) burned to retain efficacy, ground into powder, taken with rice drink one qian; recovery follows.
Congzhi (Allii Fistulosi Juice, 葱汁) half zhong, Caiyou (Vegetable Oil, 菜油) mixed and taken; the parasites turn into water and are eradicated at the root.
Another prescription: Kuligen (Meliae Cortex, 苦楝根) four liang (select those growing eastward and not exposed above soil, take bark only removing woody core), Shijunzi (Quisqualis Fructus, 使君子) two liang (remove shell), boil in five bowls of water until reduced to three bowls, remove dregs, further reduce to two bowls, add Baimi (White Honey, 白蜜) four liang, boil again until reduced to one bowl, heat via double-boiling method, take on an empty stomach, finish within one day. It is best to take on the first day of the lunar month; at this time, parasite heads face upward, there is no vomiting or diarrhea, and parasites are expelled via stool. One dose suffices for mild cases, two doses for severe cases to eradicate the root. It treats all types of parasitic accumulation; dosage for children should be slightly reduced.
