犀牛黄、朱砂各一分，玄精石二两，共研细末，将舌尖刺出紫血，用此药搽之，即愈。
此林屋山人经验方也。
参看小儿杂治门重舌各方。照上舌菌第二方治之。
又方∶黄连、山栀、荆芥、黄芩、连翘、木通、薄荷、牛蒡各一钱，甘草五分，灯心一
小团，水煎服，小儿减半服。
患此症者，饮食减少，气喘生痰，手足俱冷，用针刺破两边尖者，中间断不可刺，切记
切记。
用无杂色的白马粪，放新瓦上焙干研末，加顶上梅花冰片为末敷上，立愈。或照上舌病
各方治方。
用盐橄榄连核烧灰存性，研末吹之，即上。或用吊扬尘灰点之。或用食盐炒热点之，均
效。总宜先用筷子将大舌根压住，然后吹点，方能上也。
凡人偶含刀在口割断舌头，已垂落而未断，用鸡蛋内白软皮套住舌头，另以天花粉三两
，赤芍二两，姜黄、白芷各一两，为末蜜调涂舌根。以白蜜调白蜡，稀稠得宜，敷在鸡蛋皮
上，日敷数次。三日舌自接住，去鸡蛋皮，再用蜜蜡勤敷，七日全愈。
又方∶如跌打穿断舌心，血出不止，以鹅翎蘸米醋频刷断处，其血自止。或用瘦猪肉片
贴之，更妙。仍用蒲黄、杏仁、硼砂少许，为末，蜜调成膏，噙化而安。
又方∶活蟹一个，炙干为末敷上，即能生肌，药宜预制，以备急用。
又方∶活蟹（烧灰）、乳香、没药各二钱，涂之即生肉。如咬去唇舌，用川乌、草乌为
末

参考《小儿杂治门》中关于重舌（舌下肿胀如舌状）的各种方剂。按照上文“舌菌”（舌上生瘤如菌状）的第二方进行治疗。

这是肺痈（肺部化脓性病变）。查阅《痈毒门》中治疗肺痈的方剂，仔细辨别后进行治疗。
患有此症的患者，饮食减少，气喘并伴有痰液，手足发冷。用针刺破舌头两侧尖端部分，中间断不可刺，切记切记。
这也属于重舌一类。用蒲黄五钱，煎取汁液去渣，含在口中多次，效果极佳。
使用无杂色的白马粪，放在新瓦上焙干后研成粉末，加入头顶上的梅花冰片，研末后敷于患处，立即痊愈。或者参照上文治疗舌病的各方方剂。
用盐橄榄连同果核烧成灰但保留药性，研成粉末吹入患处，或者用吊扬尘的灰烬点涂患处，或者用食盐炒热后点涂患处，均有效。总之宜先用筷子压住大舌根部，然后吹药或点药，才能奏效。
凡人偶然将刀含在口中割断舌头，已垂落但未完全断开，用鸡蛋内的白软皮套住舌头，另取天花粉三两，赤芍二两，姜黄、白芷各一两，研成粉末后用蜂蜜调和涂抹舌根。用白蜜调和白蜡，调节至稀稠适宜，敷在鸡蛋皮上，每天敷数次。三天后舌头自然接合，去掉鸡蛋皮，再用蜜蜡频繁敷贴，七天完全痊愈。
另一处方：如果是跌打损伤导致舌心穿断，血流不止，用鹅毛蘸米醋频繁刷拭断裂处，血自然停止。或者用瘦猪肉片贴敷，效果更好。仍需用蒲黄、杏仁、硼砂少许，研成粉末，用蜂蜜调成膏状，含化以安复。
Rhino Gallstone (Xiuniuhuang) and Cinnabar (Zhusha), each one fen, Xuanjing Stone (Xuanjingshi) two liang, are ground together into a fine powder. The tip of the tongue is pricked to release purple-black blood, and this powder is applied to the lesion for immediate cure.
This is an empirical formula from Linwu Shanshan.
Refer to the various formulas for Chongshe (Double Tongue / Sublingual swelling resembling a tongue) in the "Pediatric Miscellaneous Treatments" section. Treat according to the second formula for Shejun (Tongue Fungus / Lingual tumor) mentioned above.
Another prescription: Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Gardenia Fruit (Shanzhi), Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao), Akebia Stem (Mutong), Mint Leaf (Bohe), and Arctium Seed (Niubangzi), each one qian; Licorice Root (Gancao) five fen; Juncus Effusus (Dengxin), a small bundle. Decoct in water and take orally; pediatric dosage is halved.
This is Feiyong (Lung Abscess). Consult the formulas for Lung Abscess in the "Abscess and Toxic Diseases" section, differentiate carefully, and treat accordingly.
Patients suffering from this condition exhibit reduced appetite, asthma with phlegm production, and coldness in both hands and feet. Prick the two lateral tips of the tongue with needles; absolutely do not prick the center. Remember this well.
This also belongs to the category of Chongshe (Double Tongue). Use Polygonum Multiflorum Seed (Puhuang) five qian, decoct to extract the juice, strain off the dregs, and hold in the mouth multiple times; it is extremely effective.
Use white horse dung without impurities, bake dry on a new tile, grind into powder, add Plum Blossom Borneol (Meihua Bingpian) from the top, grind into powder, and apply to the lesion for immediate cure. Alternatively, refer to the various formulas for tongue diseases mentioned above.
Burn salted olive (Yanganli) with seeds intact until charred but retaining its medicinal nature, grind into powder, and insufflate into the lesion. Alternatively, apply ash from hanging dust (Diaoyangchen) or stir-fried hot table salt (Yanshi) to the area; all are effective. Generally, one should first use chopsticks to press down the root of the enlarged tongue, then insufflate or apply drops, to ensure efficacy.
Burn two liang of Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi) in a jar, inhale the smoke into the throat, and the symptoms will subside naturally.
If a person accidentally cuts their tongue with a knife held in the mouth, and the tongue is dangling but not completely severed, cover the tongue with the soft inner membrane of an egg white. Take three liang of Trichosanthes Root (Tianhuafen), two liang of Red Peony Root (Chishao), one liang each of Turmeric Rhizome (Jianghuang) and Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi), grind into powder, and mix with honey to apply to the root of the tongue. Mix white honey with beeswax to an appropriate consistency, apply over the egg membrane, and apply several times daily. After three days, the tongue will naturally reattach. Remove the egg membrane, and continue frequent application of honey wax; full recovery occurs in seven days.
Another prescription: If the center of the tongue is pierced and severed by trauma, causing unceasing bleeding, frequently brush the severed area with goose feather dipped in rice vinegar to stop the bleeding spontaneously. Alternatively, applying slices of lean pork is even better. Continue to use small amounts of Polygonum Multiflorum Seed (Puhuang), Apricot Seed (Xingren), and Borax (Pengsha), ground into powder, mixed with honey into a paste, and held in the mouth to dissolve for stabilization.
Another prescription: One live crab, roasted dry and ground into powder, applied to the lesion promotes tissue regeneration. Prepare the medicine in advance for emergency use.
