治背发痰注木硬诸疮。捣生葱绞汁一钟，米醋一钟，切碎牛皮胶三钱（漫火搅匀熬化），
预晒研凤仙花末一两，人中白八钱（筛入胶内，住火，尽搅成膏），每用坐重汤炖化，棉纸
摊
治蛇串缠腰。炒焦柏叶、干蚯蚓粪、大黄、黄柏、赤小豆各五钱，雄黄、轻粉各三钱，
共研细末，麻油调搽。
治手指蛇疔坚硬有头。雄黄二钱，轻粉五分，蟾酥三分，冰片一分，研细，蜜调膏，坐
滚汤炖热，频涂之，上盖薄纸，漫肿无头用。
治梅毒未尽，生鹅掌风。明矾、皂矾各四钱，儿茶五钱，柏叶八两，水十碗，煎药数滚
听用。掌上先搽桐油，再用桐油纸捻点火，熏扫片时，将药汤顷桶内，常架桶上，外盖衣
勿泄药气，乘热熏蒸。待稍冷，入掌桶内浸之，后以棉拭干，外搽三油膏数次。七日不
水。
治鹅掌风及诸疮燥裂。牛肚油、柏子仁油、麻油各一两，小锅煎滚，下黄蜡一两，化尽
滤去渣。预研银朱一两，水粉三钱，麝香三分，筛入膏内搅匀，频搽患上，对火烘令油干
为度。
治手掌 疮，疲顽痒痛。猪油八两，拌藜芦、苦参各一两（切薄片），锅内熬枯，滤去
渣，再煎滚，投松香一两搅化离火，筛入枯矾、雄黄细末各一两，柳枝搅冷成膏，频涂贴。

治疗蛇串疮（缠腰火丹）。将侧柏叶炒焦，与干蚯蚓粪、大黄、黄柏、赤小豆各五钱，雄黄、轻粉各三钱，共同研磨成细末，用麻油调和后涂抹患处。
治疗手指上的蛇疔，坚硬且有脓头。取雄黄二钱，轻粉五分，蟾酥三分，冰片一分，研磨细末，用蜂蜜调成膏状，放在滚水中加热，频繁涂抹，上面覆盖薄纸；若漫肿无头则不适用此法。
牡蛎四钱，雄黄二钱，研磨细末，用蜂蜜调成膏状，在火上烘热，频繁涂抹并贴敷。
治疗梅毒未尽，生出鹅掌风（手部角化性皮肤病）。明矾、皂矾各四钱，儿茶五钱，侧柏叶八两，加水十碗，煎煮药液数沸后备用。手掌先涂抹桐油，再用浸过桐油的纸捻点火，熏扫片刻，将药汤倒入桶内，常坐在桶上，外面盖上衣物以防药气泄漏，趁热熏蒸。待稍冷却后，将手放入桶内浸泡，之后用棉布拭干，外部涂抹三油膏数次。七天内不沾水。
治疗鹅掌风以及各种疮疡导致的皮肤干燥开裂。牛肚油、柏子仁油、麻油各一两，在小锅中煎至沸腾，加入黄蜡一两，完全融化后滤去渣滓。预先研好的银朱一两，水粉三钱，麝香三分，筛入膏中搅拌均匀，频繁涂抹于患处，对着火烘烤直至油干为止。
治疗手掌疮疡，顽固瘙痒疼痛。猪油八两，拌入藜芦、苦参各一两（切成薄片），在锅内熬至枯焦，滤去渣滓，再次煎沸，投入松香一两搅拌至融化后离火，筛入枯矾、雄黄细末各一两，用柳枝搅拌冷却成膏，频繁涂抹贴敷。
Treats various sores on the back, such as phlegm accumulation (Tan Zhu), woody hardness (Mu Ying). Crush fresh green onion and squeeze out one cup of juice, mix with one cup of rice vinegar. Cut three qian of ox hide glue into pieces (melt over low heat while stirring evenly). Mix in one liang of pre-dried and powdered *Impatiens balsamina* (Feng Xian Hua) and eight qian of *Ning Mei Bai* (Ren Zhong Bai) (sifted into the glue mixture, remove from heat, and stir thoroughly to form a paste). For each application, melt the paste in a double boiler, spread it onto cotton paper, and apply.
Treats Herpes Zoster (She Chuan Chan Yao). Char cypress leaves (*Bai Ye*), dry earthworm feces, *Rheum palmatum* (Da Huang), *Phellodendron amurense* (Huang Bo), and *Vigna umbellata* (Chi Xiao Dou), five qian each. Mix with two qian of Realgar (Xiong Huang) and two qian of Calomel (Qing Fen). Grind all ingredients into a fine powder and mix with sesame oil for topical application.
Treats Snake Ding (She Ding) on fingers, characterized by hardness and a head/pustule. Mix two qian of Realgar (Xiong Huang), five fen of Calomel (Qing Fen), three fen of *Bufo bufo gargarizans* or *Bufo melanostictus* secretions (Chan Su), and one fen of Borneol (Bing Pian) into a fine powder. Blend with honey to form a paste. Heat the paste in boiling water and apply frequently; cover with thin paper. Note: Do not use if there is diffuse swelling without a distinct head.
For [conditions requiring]: Four qian of *Ostrea gigas* (Mu Li) and two qian of Realgar (Xiong Huang), ground into a fine powder. Blend with honey to form a paste. Warm the paste over fire and apply frequently with patching.
Treats incomplete resolution of Syphilis leading to Tinea Manuum (E Zhang Feng - Goose Palm Wind). Mix four qian of Alum (Ming Fan), four qian of Ferrous Sulfate (Zao Fan), five qian of Catechu (Er Cha), and eight liang of cypress leaves (*Bai Ye*). Add ten bowls of water and boil the decoction several times before use. First, apply tung oil to the palm. Then, ignite a paper wick soaked in tung oil and smoke-sweep the area for a short time. Pour the medicinal decoction into a bucket. Sit over the bucket, covering the body with clothes to prevent the escape of medicinal vapors, and steam the hands while hot. Once slightly cooled, immerse the hands in the bucket. Dry with cotton cloth afterward, and apply San You Gao (Three Oils Paste) several times externally. Avoid contact with water for seven days.
Treats Tinea Manuum (E Zhang Feng) and various sores causing dry skin cracking. Mix one liang each of beef tallow oil (*Niu Du You*), *Platycladi Semen* oil (*Baizi Ren You*), and sesame oil (*Ma You*). Boil in a small pot, add one liang of yellow beeswax, melt completely, and filter out dregs. Pre-grind one liang of Vermilion (Yin Zhu), three qian of Lead Carbonate (Shui Fen), and three fen of Musk (She Xiang). Sift these into the paste, stir evenly, and apply frequently to the affected area. Bake over fire until the oil is absorbed/dry.
Treats palm sores that are stubborn, itchy, and painful. Mix eight liang of lard with one liang each of *Veratrum nigrum* (Li Lu) and *Sophora flavescens* (Ku Shen) (cut into thin slices). Simmer in a pot until charred, filter out dregs, and bring to a boil again. Add one liang of Pine Rosin (Song Xiang), stir until melted, then remove from heat. Sift in one liang each of Calcined Alum (Ku Fan) and Realgar (Xiong Huang) fine powders. Stir with a willow branch until cool and formed into a paste. Apply frequently with patching.
