治 疮初起。生黄 、泡川乌、赤小豆、炒蒺藜、炒地龙、炒茴香、川楝肉、防风、乌
药等分，晒、研细末，面糊小丸。酒下二钱，日三服。
治 疮日久。土炒蚯蚓、炒僵蚕、泡草乌、泡白附、五灵脂等分，研末，蜜为小丸。每
服二钱，茶酒任下。
治风疽肿痛，发热恶寒。麻黄、防风、泡附子各五分，白芷、柴胡、羌活、桔梗、木通
当归、甘草各一钱，生姜引。
治脱疽等症。当归、远志、花粉、川芎、柴胡、条芩、川连、麦冬、知母、川柏、茯苓
银花各一钱，牛膝、甘草、红花、木香各五分，童便引。
天冬（去心）、麦冬（去心）、元参（同煎烂，捣如泥）、五味子（炒）、人中白、川柏各
一两
朱砂
亦治脱疽。绿豆粉一两，牛黄、冰片各五分，甘草、朱砂各五钱，共研极细，灯芯汤每
下一钱，日服三次。
治脱疽及疔疮发背，渴饮、液竭，又预解五金八石丹毒。人中黄、乌梅肉、五味子、胡
连、茯神各一两，石菖蒲、远志肉、元明粉、朱砂、雄黄各三钱，牛黄、冰片各一钱，共研
细，择吉日炼蜜和匀为丸，重三钱，研碎金箔三十张为衣，阴干收贮。每用一丸，童便和人
乳，温热送下。
治足跟土栗。乳香、丁香、藿香、木香、沉香（无则以乌药代）等分服。
治香港脚肿痛。犀角（无则黄连代）、天麻、黄 、片芩、羌活、防风、炒蒺藜、炒枳壳、
白藓皮各一钱，槟榔钱半，甘草、木香各五分，姜、葱引。
治疗疮疡初起。取生黄芪、炮制过的川乌、赤小豆、炒制的蒺藜、炒制的地龙、炒制的茴香、川楝肉、防风、乌药，以上药材等量，晒干后研成细末，用面糊制成小丸。每次服用二钱，用酒送服，每日三次。

治疗风疽引起的肿痛，伴有发热和恶寒。麻黄、防风、炮制过的附子各五分，白芷、柴胡、羌活、桔梗、木通、当归、甘草各一钱，以生姜为引。
治疗脱疽等症状。当归、远志、天花粉、川芎、柴胡、黄芩、黄连、麦冬、知母、黄柏、茯苓、金银花各一钱，牛膝、甘草、红花、木香各五分，以童子尿为引。
天冬（去心）、麦冬（去心）、玄参（同煎至烂熟，捣成泥状）、五味子（炒制）、人中白、黄柏各一两，朱砂。
此方也用于治疗脱疽。绿豆粉一两，牛黄、冰片各五分，甘草、朱砂各五钱，共同研磨至极细，每次服用一钱，用灯芯草汤送服，每日三次。
治疗脱疽以及疔疮发背，出现口渴多饮、津液枯竭的症状，同时预先解除五金八石丹毒。人中黄、乌梅肉、五味子、胡黄连、茯神各一两，石菖蒲、远志肉、玄明粉、朱砂、雄黄各三钱，牛黄、冰片各一钱，共同研磨细，选择吉日炼蜜调和均匀做成丸剂，每丸重三钱，用三十张金箔研碎包裹作为外衣，阴干后收藏。每次使用一丸，用童子尿混合人乳，温热后送下。
治疗足跟部的胼胝（老茧）。乳香、丁香、藿香、木香、沉香（如果没有则用乌药代替），以上药材等量服用。
治疗香港脚（足部肿胀疼痛）。犀角（没有则用黄连代替）、天麻、黄芪、黄芩、羌活、防风、炒蒺藜、炒枳壳、白鲜皮各一钱，槟榔一钱半，甘草、木香各五分，以生姜、葱白为引。
To treat the initial stage of sores and ulcers. Take raw Huangqi (Radix Astragali), prepared Chuanwu (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii), adzuki beans, stir-fried Tribulus (Fructus Tribuli), stir-fried earthworms (Pheretima), stir-fried fennel seeds (Fructus Foeniculi), pericarps of Toosendan (Fructus Toosendan), Saposhnikovia root (Radix Saposhnikoviae), and Ligusticum rhizome (Rhizoma Ligustici) in equal proportions. Dry them in the sun, grind into a fine powder, and make small pills using wheat flour paste. Take 2 qian with wine, three times a day.
To treat chronic sores and ulcers that have persisted for a long time. Take earth-cooked earthworms (Pheretima), stir-fried silkworm pupae (Bombyx Batryticatus), prepared Caowu (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii), prepared Baifu (Rhizoma Typhonii), and Tachyplesexis (Lipidum Leuciscum) in equal proportions. Grind into a powder, and make small pills using honey. Take 2 qian per dose, with tea or wine as desired.
To treat wind-ju (wind-induced abscesses) characterized by swelling and pain, accompanied by fever and aversion to cold. Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 麻黄), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, 防风), and prepared Aconite (Paofuzi, 泡附子) each 5 fen; Angelica dahurica (Baizhi, 白芷), Bupleurum (Chaihu, 柴胡), Notopterygium (Qianghuo, 羌活), Platycodon (Jiegeng, 桔梗), Akebia stem (Mutong, 木通), Angelica sinensis (Danggui, 当归), and Licorice (Gancao, 甘草) each 1 qian. Use fresh ginger as a guide.
To treat gangrene of the toes (Tuoju) and related conditions. Angelica sinensis (Danggui, 当归), Polygala (Yuanzhi, 远志), Trichosanthes root (Huafen, 花粉), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Bupleurum (Chaihu, 柴胡), Scutellaria baicalensis (Tiaohuangqin, 条芩), Coptis chinensis (Chuanlian, 川连), Ophiopogon (Maidong, 麦冬), Anemarrhena (Zhimu, 知母), Phellodendron (Chuanbai, 川柏), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), and Forsythia (Yinhua, 银花) each 1 qian; Achyranthes bidentata (Niuxi, 牛膝), Licorice (Gancao, 甘草), Safflower (Honghua, 红花), and Costus root (Muxiang, 木香) each 5 fen. Use urine from healthy young boys (Tongbian, 童便) as a guide.
Asparagus root (Tiandong, 天冬) (decored), Ophiopogon (Maidong, 麦冬) (decored), Scrophularia (Yuanshen, 元参) (boiled until soft and mashed into paste), fried Schisandra (Wuweizi, 五味子), human waste ash (Renzhongbai, 人中白), and Phellodendron (Chuanbai, 川柏) each 1 liang; Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂).
This formula is also used to treat gangrene of the toes (Tuoju). Mung bean powder 1 liang, Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang, 牛黄), and borneol (Bingpian, 冰片) each 5 fen; Licorice (Gancao, 甘草) and Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) each 5 qian. Grind all ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose with decoction of lucerne stems (Dengxin, 灯芯), three times a day.
To treat gangrene of the toes (Tuoju), carbuncles and back sores (Dingchuang Fabei), excessive thirst due to fluid depletion, and to preemptively detoxify heavy metal and mineral poisons (Wujin Bashidan). Human waste yellow (Renzhonghuang, 人中黄), dried plum flesh (Wumei, 乌梅肉), fried Schisandra (Wuweizi, 五味子), Coptis chinensis var. chinensis (Hulian, 胡连), and Poria with hostwood (Fushen, 茯神) each 1 liang; Acorus tatarinowii (Shichangpu, 石菖蒲), Polygala root meat (Yuanzhi rou, 远志肉), Mirabilite (Yuanmingfen, 元明粉), Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂), and Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) each 3 qian; Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang, 牛黄) and borneol (Bingpian, 冰片) each 1 qian. Grind into a fine powder, select an auspicious day, mix with refined honey to form pills weighing 3 qian each. Coat with powdered gold foil (from 30 sheets). Dry in the shade and store. Take one pill at a time, mixed with urine from healthy young boys (Tongbian, 童便) and human milk, taken warm.
To treat callosities on the heel (Zugen Tulie). Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香), clove (Dingxiang, 丁香), Agastache (Huoxiang, 藿香), Costus root (Muxiang, 木香), and Aquilaria wood (Chenxiang, 沉香) (substitute with Ligusticum if unavailable) in equal proportions. Take orally.
To treat "Hong Kong foot" (podagra/gout-like swelling and pain). Rhinoceros horn (Xijiao, 犀角) (substitute with Coptis chinensis if unavailable), Gastrodia (Tianma, 天麻), Astragalus (Huangqi, 黄芪), Scutellaria baicalensis (Pianhuangqin, 片芩), Notopterygium (Qianghuo, 羌活), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng, 防风), stir-fried Tribulus (Chaojili, 炒蒺藜), stir-fried Aurantium (Chaozhike, 炒枳壳), and Dictamnus bark (Baixianpi, 白藓皮) each 1 qian; Areca seed (Binglang, 槟榔) 1.5 qian; Licorice (Gancao, 甘草) and Costus root (Muxiang, 木香) each 5 fen. Use fresh ginger and scallion white as guides.
