There are three main causes for severe constipation: First, disharmony of the Sanjiao (Triple Burner) and five Zang organs, with slight heat invading the stomach and intestines; second, wind pathogen lodging in the Sanjiao, with weak Qi leading to ineffective transmission; third, Kidney deficiency resulting in insufficient fluids.
Hemp Seed (Cannabis Fructus), Apricot Kernel (Prunus armeniaca Semen) [Note: Original says Yuli Ren, usually Prunus japonica or similar, here translated as Apricot/Plum Kernel based on context of lubrication, but strictly Yuli Ren is often interpreted as Prunus japonica seed or similar. WHO term for Yuli Ren is not standard single entry, often grouped. Let's use *Semen Pruni* or specific if known. Actually Yuli Ren is *Semen Armeniacae Amarum*? No, Mahuaren is Hemp. Yuli Ren is *Semen Pruni Japonicae* or *Semen Armeniacae*. In many texts, they are distinct. I will use *Semen Pruni* for generic plum apricot kernel if specific species ambiguous, but WHO prefers Latin. Let's stick to Latin names as requested].
Correction: The prompt asks for Latin herb names.
Mahuren = *Fructus Cannabis* (Cannabis Fruit).
Yuliren = *Semen Pruni* (Prune Seed) or *Semen Armeniacae* (Apricot Seed)? In Song dynasty, Yuli Ren usually refers to *Semen Pruni Japonicae* or similar. I will use *Semen Pruni* for safety or specify. Actually, standard TCM English uses *Semen Pruni* for Xingren (Apricot) and *Fructus Cannabis* for Huomaren. Yuli Ren is less common in modern WHO lists as a separate primary entry compared to Xingren, but often treated similarly. I will use *Semen Pruni* (Prune/Apricot Seed) noting the ambiguity, or better, *Semen Armeniacae* if it implies apricot. However, strict translation: *Fructus Cannabis* (Hemp Seed), *Semen Pruni* (Prune Seed - assuming Yuli Ren maps to this category of lubricating seeds).
Chenju Pi = *Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae* (Tangerine Peel).
Qianghuo = *Rhizoma Notopterygii* (Notopterygium Rhizome).
Chuanxiong = *Rhizoma Chuanxiong* (Sichuan Lovage Rhizome).
Muxiang = *Radix Aucklandiae* (Aucklandia Root).
Binglang = *Areca Semen* (Areca Nut).
