(Attachment: Case of Toxic Disease)
Shi, Left [Honorific] Experiences turbid urine with dribbling and incomplete emptying, containing both red and white components; pain in the urethra during urination. When dampness exceeds heat, the discharge is white; when heat exceeds dampness, it is red. The *Classic* states: "All cases of torsion, spasms, and convulsions, as well as turbid body fluids, belong to Heat." The mechanism here is twofold: on one hand, Heat forces its way into the Blood level; on the other hand, Dampness stagnates in the Lower Jiao, causing stasis of essence to remain midway. This leads to a dysfunction in the diffusion and transformation (Qi Hua) of the Bladder, resulting in red and white turbidity. The proposed treatment plan is to clear Liver Fire, leach out Damp-Heat, and assist in removing stasis of essence.

Xie, Left Suffers from Lin Turbidity for years without cure; Yin deficiency has set in, yet Damp-Heat remains unresolved. Kidney and Bladder are exterior-interior partners. Insufficiency of Kidney Yin fails to anchor Primordial Yang, causing floating Yang to overflow into the Bladder, where it condenses into Damp-Heat. The proposed treatment is to nourish Yin and clear/dissolve turbidity, aiming for gradual efficacy.
Da Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix, 4 qian) Yun Fuling (Poria, 3 qian) Tong Jili (Tribuli Fructus, 3 qian) Shan Yurou (Corni Fructus, 1.5 qian) Shu Nvzhen (Ligustri Lucidi Fructus, 2 qian) Fen Danpi (Moutan Cortex, 1.5 qian) Huangbai Tan (Phellodendri Cortex carbonized, 0.8 qian) Weilingxian (Syneilesis Herba, 2 qian) Fu Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, 1.5 qian) Huai Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, 3 qian) Jian Qianshi (Euryales Semen, 2 qian) Zhu Jingsui (Porcine Spinal Cord, washed with wine, 2 strips)
Zhu, Left Yin deficiency allows Toxic Fire to attack upward, causing Hou Gan (throat ulceration/necrosis) with rotting tissue, headache, nasal congestion, and soreness/heaviness in limbs and joints. This is caused by residual toxic Damp-Heat lingering in the meridians. The condition is lingering and not easily cured quickly. The proposed formula is modified Jiedu Zijindan, to nourish Yin, detoxify, resolve Dampness, and unblock collaterals.
Xuanwu Ban (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, 4 qian) Ganzhonghuang (Bombyx Batryticatus processed with honey, 0.8 qian) Lianqiao Qiao (Forsythiae Fructus, 3 qian) Sigualuo (Luffae Fructus Retinervus, 2 qian) Sheng Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha, 8 qian) Hu Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma alternative/Huanglian substitute, 0.6 qian) Hanshui Shi (Calcitum, 3 qian) Xian Yiliang (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma/Tufuling synonym contextually, 4 qian) Zhu Fushen (Poria with hostwood dyed red, 3 qian) Rendongteng (Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis, 3 qian) Fei Huashi (Talcum, 3 qian) Wubao Dan (Five-Treasure Pill, 0.5 fen, divided into five doses, taken with boiling water)
Wang, Left Experiences pain in the spine, back, waist, and thighs, radiating to both hypochondria. Repeated administration of formulas for tonifying Qi, dispelling Wind, resolving Dampness, and unblocking collaterals has shown no effect. Now, Tufuling San combined with Jinchan Tuoke Decoction with modifications is proposed.
