Treats ascariasis with cold limbs (Hui Jue). Instruct the patient to remain quiet, yet they experience recurrent restlessness. This is due to cold in the zang organs, causing roundworms to migrate upward into the diaphragm, resulting in restlessness; after a short while, they move upward again. Vomiting and renewed restlessness occur after eating because the roundworms are attracted by the odor of food, leading the patient to vomit worms spontaneously.

Grind the above ingredients into powder. Soak Wumei in bitter wine overnight, remove the pits, steam over five dou of rice until cooked, then pound into a paste. Take ten pills before meals with warm water, gradually increasing to thirty pills.
Treats conditions caused by deficiency of the zang-fu organs or excessive consumption of sweet and fatty foods, which stimulate roundworm activity. Symptoms include severe colicky pain in the heart and abdomen, where masses appear and disappear, moving up and down, with intermittent pain, abdominal heat and irritability, and spitting of saliva. These indicate biting by roundworms, and this prescription is suitable. Even if the condition has persisted for years, it can be cured. It also treats hemorrhoids caused by lower body parasites, characterized by itching and pain.
