此药顺气，滑大便。
紫苏子 麻子仁
上二味，不拘多少，研烂，水滤取汁，煮粥食之。
治肠胃有湿，大便秘涩。
槟榔（不拘多少）
上为细末，每服二钱，用蜜汤点服，不拘时候。
治发汗、利小便亡津液，大腑秘，老人虚人皆可服。
肉苁蓉（酒浸，焙，二两） 沉香（别研，一两）
上为细末，用麻子仁汁打糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服七十丸，空心，用米饮送下。
每用蜜三合，入猪胆汁两枚在内，煎如饧，出冷水中，捏如指大，长三寸许，纳下
部，立通。
治老人肠胃虚，津液不能内润，气涩不能运掉，大便秘结，不问风冷气秘，皆可
威灵仙（洗，去芦） 黄 （去芦，蜜水炙。各一两） 枳实（麸炒，半两）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大，每服七十丸，空心食前，用米饮送下。
治大肠有风，大便秘结，尊年之人尤宜服之。

Perillae Fructus (Zisuzi), Cannabis Seed (Maziren)

Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. Use Cannabis Seed juice to make a paste and form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 70 pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with rice water.
Take 3 he of honey, add two pig gallbladders, simmer until thick like maltose syrup. Remove and cool in cold water, shape into fingers-sized rolls about 3 cun long, and insert into the anus for immediate relief.
Treats constipation in the elderly due to weak stomach and intestines, inability of fluids to moisten internally, and sluggish Qi transport; applicable regardless of whether the cause is wind-cold or Qi stagnation.
Clematis Root (Weilingxian) (washed, remove rhizome), Astragalus Root [Text missing, inferred as Huangqi] (remove rhizome, honey-fried, 1 liang each), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi) (bran-fried, 0.5 liang)
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. Form pills with refined honey, size of Sophora seeds. Take 70 pills per dose before meals on an empty stomach, washed down with rice water.
Treats constipation due to wind pathogen in the large intestine; particularly suitable for the elderly.
Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit (Zaojiao) (roasted, remove seeds), Bitter Orange (Zhiqiao) (remove pith, bran-fried)
