上 咀，每服四钱，水一盏半，姜五片，煎至八分，去滓，温服，不拘时候。
治黄胆。

治时行瘀热在里，郁蒸不消，化为发黄。

治五疸，口淡，耳鸣，脚弱，微寒发热，小便白浊。

Treats Huanghan (Yellow Sweat).
Huangqi (Astragali Radix, remove the radicle, honey-water processed) 2 liang, Chishao Yao (Red Peony Root) 2 liang, Yinchen (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba, remove the radicle, honey-water processed) 2 liang, Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 4 liang, Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, remove the heart), Chi Dou (Black Soybean Seed) 1 liang each, Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted) 0.5 liang.
The above herbs are coarsely crushed. Take 4 qian per dose, add 1.5 zhan of water and 5 slices of ginger, decoct until reduced to 0.8 zhan, strain off the dregs, and take warm at any time.
Treats Huangdan (Jaundice).
Yinchen (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba) 1 liang, Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) 1 liang, Zhiziren (Gardeniae Semen) 1 liang, Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, stir-fried) 1 liang, Gualou (Trichosanthis Fructus) 1 fruit, Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 2 liang, Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted) 0.5 liang.
The above herbs are coarsely crushed. Take 4 qian per dose, add 1.5 zhan of water, 5 slices of fresh ginger, and 1 stalk of scallion white, decoct together until reduced to 0.8 zhan, strain off the dregs, and take warm at any time.
Treats Gudan (Grain Jaundice).
Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) 3 liang, Longdancao (Gentianae Radix) 1 liang, Niu Dan (Bovis Bile) 1 piece.
The above herbs are ground into a fine powder. Use bovine bile with a small amount of refined honey to make pills, sized like sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose on an empty stomach or before meals, washed down with boiled water or ginger-gancao decoction.
Treats Jiudan (Wine Jaundice).
Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) 2 liang, Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, remove the pith, bran-roasted), Zhiziren (Gardeniae Semen) 1 liang, Chi Dou (Black Soybean Seed) 1 liang, Gancao (Licorice Root, roasted) 0.5 liang.
Treats epidemic stasis-heat residing in the interior, stagnating and steaming without dissipating, transforming into yellowing.
Yinchen (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba) 2 liang, Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 1 liang, Zhiziren (Gardeniae Semen) 3 qian.
The above herbs are coarsely crushed. Take 4 qian per dose, add 1.5 zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 0.8 zhan, strain off the dregs, and take warm at any time.
Treats latent summerheat stagnation causing yellowing, accompanied by irritability and thirst, and difficult urination.
Chifuling (Poria Cocos with Red Cortex, peel removed), Zhuling (Polyporus) 1 liang each, Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Yinchen (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba) in equal parts.

Treats Wudan (Five Types of Jaundice), accompanied by bland taste in the mouth, tinnitus, weakness of the legs, slight chills and fever, and turbid white urine.
Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix, remove the radicle), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, remove the radicle, wine-soaked), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Guangui (Cinnamomi Cortex, peel removed, do not expose to fire), Fuling (Poria Cocos, peel removed), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, wine-steamed), Juhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Rubrum), Xiaocao (Polygoni Avicularis Herba), Chuan [Incomplete].
