**Clinical Report on Needling SiFeng for Pediatric Malnutrition (200 Cases)**
Select SiFeng (center of transverse creases of middle phalanges of index, middle, ring, and little fingers), Upper SiFeng (transverse creases of proximal phalanges), and Lower SiFeng (transverse creases of distal phalanges). Use a steel needle to prick these points (bilateral), depth approx. 1 fen, until yellow fluid appears. Once daily until cured, generally 7-8 sessions suffice. Of 220 children, 205 were cured, 15 not. Most cured cases required 6-9 sessions; most uncured cases only received 1-2 sessions (Shanghai Journal of TCM).
**Bleeding from Xingjian for Pediatric Hernia**
Superficially needle Xingjian (LR2) on the affected side with a filiform needle to cause slight bleeding. Needle once every 3-7 days. Good efficacy for pediatric hernia. Children under 7 years old generally recover after 3-7 sessions (Acupuncture Prescription Collection).
**Wu Sha Jing:** Caused by excessive cold/raw food or wind-exposure, turning blood into "Sha," resulting in blackened body. Blue veins over face, abdominal distension, black lips, cold of five zang organs... Rub the whole body, pushing from head to feet to guide Wu Sha into the feet, prick with needles, and roast with fire at four heart centers (Zhenjiu Dacheng · Treating Pediatric Jings, Pushing and Rubbing Methods).
