Take ten pills each time on an empty stomach and before sleep, swallowed with boiling water, and the hair will naturally recede.
Geng Sheng's note: The "Sha" here is suspected to be a mistake for "Pengsha" (Borax). Salt is bitter and absolutely cannot be used in such large quantities; caution is essential.

Reddish salt, ground and boiled in river water, consumed orally. Inducing vomiting to expel several sheng of hot phlegm leads to recovery.

Take Chensha (Cinnabar), Renshen (Ginseng), and Fuling (Poria) in equal parts, decoct strongly, and drink daily; the true self gains vitality, while the false self dissipates. Alternatively, Qiannü Lihun Tang (Young Maiden Soul-Separating Decoction) uses Renshen (Ginseng), Longchi (Dragon Teeth), and Chi Fuling (Red Poria) each one qian, decocted in water and taken orally.
Rolling sounds like waves within the skin and flesh all over the body, unbearable itching, bleeding upon scratching, is termed Qiben (Qi Rushing Disorder).
