芡实八两，苡仁八两，山药三斤，糯米一斤，人参三两，茯苓三两，莲子半斤，白糖。
各为末，每日调服一两，如不欲调服，以水打成丸如元宵服，上下午服更妙。
养神扶元，健脾胃，进饮食，补虚损，生肌肉，除湿热。
莲肉四两，麦芽（炒）、白扁豆（炒）、芡实各二钱，山药（炒）、白茯苓、苡仁各四两，
柿霜一两，白糖二十两。
为末，入粳米粉五升蒸糕，晒干，任意食，米饮下。
