Wind pathogen invading the human body often presents with deep and hidden pulses in all six positions. Diagnosis primarily focuses on the Renying (ST9) pulse. The maxim states: In wind-stroke with locked jaw, a slow and floating pulse is auspicious; an urgent, excess, large, and rapid pulse indicates isolated Yang without Yin, which is ominous.
*Juyao* states: Wind-stroke with a floating and slippery pulse accompanied by phlegm-qi, or a deep and slippery pulse, should not be treated solely as a wind syndrome. A floating and large pulse indicates accompanying deficiency; a floating and moderate pulse indicates accompanying dampness; a floating and tight pulse indicates accompanying cold. If the pulse is faint and rapid, it indicates extreme weakness and extreme heat.
Tongguan Liqiao San (Passing Obstruction and Opening Orifices Powder): Treats wind-stroke with loss of consciousness, locked jaw, and difficulty swallowing liquids.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Blow a small amount into the nose. If sneezing occurs, the patient will survive; if not, it is untreatable.
Xianshou Limke Huisheng Dan (Immortal's Instant Resurrection Pill)

Method for obtaining Qian Shuang: Take ten jin of lead from the mine, hammer it into square plaques about one cun in size. Pierce them with thread and suspend them inside a large ceramic jar. Place six jin of distilled liquor and two jin of good vinegar at the bottom. Cover with another lid, seal tightly with salt mud, and simmer in hot water in a pot for five days. Remove, scrape down the precipitate, and this constitutes Qian Shuang.
Grind all the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Use bamboo sap mixed with juice of old ginger to form pills, dividing them into seventy-two pills. Coat with Zhu Sha and Jin Bo, and seal externally with wax. Take one pill per dose, remove the wax shell, and take with ginger decoction. This pill was secretly transmitted by an extraordinary person, with miraculous efficacy. It is truly a prescription worth ten thousand gold. Due to my earnest desire to save people, I dare not keep it secret, so I record it here.
