Jiedu Shengxiao Fang (Miraculous Efficacy Decoction for Knot Toxins): Treats all types of knot toxins, as well as pain in the sinews and bones.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) (each 3 qian); Feizaozi (Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis) (7 units); Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Shengdi (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), Baixianpi (Cortex Dictamni), Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Jinyinhua (Flos Lonicerae), Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentata), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Fangji (Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae), Weilingxian (Herba Clematidis) (each 2 qian); Tufuling (Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae) (4 liang).
Add four bowls of water, decoct until two bowls remain, and take warm. After taking the medicine, drink alcohol to assist the medicinal power.

Babao Qimi San (Eight-Treasure Secret Powder): Treats all types of knot toxins.
Zhongrushí (Concretio Silicea Stomachatis Bovis), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) (each 3 qian); Shexiang (Moschus), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) (each 6 fen); Chansu (Secretio Bufonis), Yapiān (Papaveris Rhoeas) (each half fen); Zhenzhu (Margarita), Zhusha (Cinnabaris) (each [dose omitted in text]).
Grind into a fine powder and store. When using, take one qian of the powder, add three qian of sifted wheat flour, mix evenly, and divide into ten doses. For each dose, add one jin of Tufuling (Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae), four bowls of water, decoct to make a soup, and use it to wash down the medicine powder.

Shengji San (Flesh-Regenerating Powder): Treats knot toxins with flowing pus that fail to close. Apply to the affected area. (See the "Fabai" section for this formula.)

Qudu Yin (Toxin-Expelling Decoction): Treats Biandu (venereal bubo) in its early stage; one dose eliminates it.
Jinyinhua (Flos Lonicerae), Chuanshanjia (Squama Manis) (each 2 qian); Gualouren (Semen Trichosanthis) (one unit with shell); Quanxie (Scorpio), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) (5 qian); Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentata), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis) (each 1 qian).
Decoct with half water and half wine, and take orally.

Feilong Duoming Dan (Flying Dragon Snatching Life Pill): Reduces swelling and relieves pain. (See the "Yongju" section for this formula.)

Xidu Zhutong (Poison-Sucking Bamboo Tube): Treats Biandu (venereal bubo) that has ulcerated but does not fully drain pus. Use this method.

Shengji San (Flesh-Regenerating Powder): Treats difficulty in draining pus and closing wounds. Apply to the affected area. (Both formulas above are found in the "Fabai" section.)

Longdan Xiedu Tang (Gentian Root Decoction for Expelling Toxins): Treats all types of Xiagan (chancre).
Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri), Longdancǎo (Herba Gentianae), Shanzhi (Fructus Gardeniae) (each 1 qian); Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis), Huashi (Talcum), Mutong (Caulis Akebiae) (each 1.5 qian); Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis) (0.5 fen).
Add thirty stems of Dengxincao (Medulla Junci), take before meals.

Zhangji San (Muscle-Growing Powder):
Zhenzhu (Margarita) (1 liang); Ruxiang (Olibanum), Xuexie (Resuta Draconis) (each 3 qian); Toufa Hui (Ash of Human Hair), Simian Hui (Ash of Silk Floss) (each 1 qian). Grind into a powder.

Bi Yun San (Blue Cloud Powder): Treats Zhu Jin Gan (canker eroding sinews). First, wash the area with a decoction of Xingren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum).
Xiangya (Elephant Tusk) (wrapped in mud, calcined to preserve nature), Xionghuang (Realgar), Fenghuangyi (Membrana Ovi Galli) (each 1 qian); Jimun Pi (Corium Gigerii Gallinae) (5 units); Nanzao Hui (Ash of Chinese Date), Mianfen Hui (Ash of Wheat Flour), Zhenzhu (Margarita), Chaye Hui (Ash of Tea Leaves) (each 2 qian). Grind into a powder and apply to the affected area.
