Usually, opening the Lung orifices allows Qi transformation to occur naturally, thereby resolving warm-dampness slightly and gradually alleviating symptoms. If one stubbornly adheres to the notion of frail constitution, not only does it fail to treat the disease appropriately, but sweet-flavored medicines will hinder the Middle Jiao (Spleen and Stomach), potentially leading to lingering complications that are unpredictable and should be deeply considered.
