治干血气。用锦纹大黄酒浸晒干，四两为末，好醋一升，熬成膏，丸弹子大。临卧服一
丸，热酒化开，温服。大便利一二行，红脉自下。此药调经水之仙药也。
又方 加香附米一两，室女作小丸服，亦可。
治妇人腹内结块久不消，并月经过不至，腹内作痛，或为邪所交，腹中作痞。热酒磨服。
有孕不可用。
一方 治室女月经不通。用雄鼠屎一两，烧灰存性，为末，酒调下一钱，空心服，神效。

治经水或前或后，或多或少，或有积块，或赤白带下，或经水两三月不行。

上将艾叶、香附、芍药一处醋煮透焙干，醋糊丸梧子大，每六十丸空心米汤下。
治月经不调，血气刺痛，头晕恶心，赤白带下，子宫虚冷，久无孕育，
蕲艾（四两） 香附（六两，醋浸，炒） 当归（二两） 白茯（二两） 吴茱萸（二
两，汤泡七次，盐酒炒） 川芎（二两） 白芍（二两） 白芷（一两） 广木香（一两，
煨） 生地
上为末，醋糊为丸梧子大。每六十丸空心米汤下。
To treat dry blood qi syndrome. Use Jinwen Dahuang (Rheum palmatum, Rhizoma et Radix Rhei) soaked in Huangjiu (Yellow Wine), dried, and ground into powder, four liang. Take one sheng of good vinegar, boil down to a paste consistency, then form pills the size of bullet seeds. Take one pill before sleep, dissolve it in hot wine, and take warm. After defecation, red pulse-like substances will be discharged naturally. This medicine is a miraculous agent for regulating menstruation.
Another prescription: Add Xiangfu Mi (Cyperi Rhizoma) one liang. Unmarried women may take small pills; this is also effective.
To treat abdominal masses in women that persist for a long time without dissolving, along with delayed or absent menstruation, abdominal pain, or epigastric fullness caused by pathogenic obstruction. Grind with hot wine and take. Contraindicated in pregnancy.
Another prescription: To treat amenorrhea in unmarried women. Use Xiong Shushi (Dry Feces of Male Rat) one liang, burn to charcoal retaining its properties, grind into powder, mix with wine, take one qian, on an empty stomach. Extremely effective.
Another prescription: To treat amenorrhea in unmarried women. Suman (Sappanwood, Lignum Sappani) four qian, Heidou (Black Soybean, Sojae Semen Nigrum) one sheng, good wine one and a half sheng. Put them together in a pot and boil until half remains, then add Tongbian (Child's Urine) half (amount implied).
To treat irregular menstruation, whether early or late, with varying amounts, presence of masses, red and white leukorrhea, or amenorrhea lasting two to three months.
Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) three liang, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) two liang, Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) one and a half liang, Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma) four liang, Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma) one liang, Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) one liang, Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) two liang, Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) one liang, Wuyao (Linderae Radix) one liang, Sharen (Amomi Fructus) five qian, Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla) five qian (stir-fried), Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) seven qian. If abdominal pain occurs, add Xuanhu (Corydalis Rhizoma).
Take the Aiye, Xiangfu, and Shaoyao from the above ingredients, boil thoroughly in vinegar, then bake dry. Form pills using vinegar paste, sized like wutong seeds. Take sixty pills on an empty stomach with rice soup.
To treat menstrual irregularities, stabbing pain due to blood and qi stagnation, dizziness and nausea, red and white leukorrhea, cold deficiency of the uterus, and prolonged infertility.
Qiai (Artemisiae Argyi Folium, specifically from Qichun) four liang, Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma) six liang (soaked in vinegar, stir-fried), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) two liang, Bai Fu (Poria) two liang, Wu Zhu Yu (Evodiae Fructus) two liang (soaked in water seven times, stir-fried with salt and wine), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) two liang, Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) two liang, Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) one liang, Guang Muxiang (Costi Radix) one liang (baked), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix).
Grind all ingredients into powder, form pills using vinegar paste, sized like wutong seeds. Take sixty pills on an empty stomach with rice soup.
