Generally speaking, in men, Qi moves from the left; injuries to the upper part are easy to treat, while injuries to the lower part are difficult to treat, because Yang Qi ascends. In women, Blood moves from the right; injuries to the lower part are easy to treat, while injuries to the upper part are difficult to treat, because Yin Blood descends. First, decoct Amomum Fruit (*Sharen*) in water, mix with Jili Powder (*Jili San*), and take it orally. Then, administer Shunqi Huoxue Decoction (*Shunqi Huoxue Tang*), followed by taking five pills of He Shang Wan (*He Shang Wan*) with sugar-flower wine.
For shoulder injuries: If on the left, there is shortness of breath, yellow complexion, and edema; if on the right, there is Qi deficiency, pale complexion, and blood deficiency. Have the patient sit low. One person holds the patient's body straight using Tuina massage methods to relax the tendons. One hand grasps the shoulder, pressing against the joint head, and pulls out with coordinated force. Then, bend the elbow. A sound within the joint indicates reduction to its original position. Bind the arm under the neck with a cloth strip. Administer Xingqi Huoxue Tang (*Xingqi Huoxue Tang*). Full recovery takes one month.
For back injuries: The five Zang organs are connected to the back. Although critical, death is delayed. First, take Jili San (*Jili San*), then send down five pills of He Shang Wan (*He Shang Wan*) with sugar-flower wine. If dislocated, with extreme stiffness and pain in the waist, use six bamboo poles tied into two tripod stands placed at both ends. Place a horizontal bamboo pole above, with two hemp rope loops attached. Let the patient hold the loops with both hands, stepping on three bricks per foot. The physician holds the lower back, removing one brick from each side, instructing the patient to straighten up. Remove another brick from each side. Repeat this three times. When the feet touch the ground, depressed bones rise, and curvature straightens. Apply Ding Tong San (*Ding Tong San*) first, paste skin paper externally, cover with mugwort wool, and wrap with four fir wood strips (one inch wide, half an inch thick), drilled on the sides and threaded with rope, tightly bound around the injury. Only supine position is allowed. If Qi is weak, have the patient sit cross-legged, pull their hair, rest them on the physician's knees, and gently pat the back to restore consciousness through exhalation. For non-straight chests, also use the bamboo frame loop-holding method.
For chest injuries: The chest is the pathway for Qi and Blood. Long-term injury causes cough, fullness, dark complexion, and fever, indicating death within four days. First, administer Shufeng Tang (*Shufeng Tang*), then Xingqi Huoxue Tang (*Xingqi Huoxue Tang*). Anterior blunt trauma is severe; posterior is mild. Use manual massage. Injury to the transverse bone above the heart: Section 1 injury leads to death in one year; Section 2 in two years; Section 3 in three years.

For large intestine injuries: Urgency and difficulty after defecation, red face, obstructed Qi, blood in stool indicates severe injury, leading to death within half a month. First, administer Huaihua San (*Huaihua San*), then Jili San (*Jili San*), followed by He Shang Wan (*He Shang Wan*).
For small intestine injuries: Urinary retention with pain, facial swelling, panting, fever, dry mouth, sour taste, indicating death within three days. First, decoct Shufeng Liqi Tang (*Shufeng Liqi Tang*) in equal parts water and wine, then Jili San (*Jili San*), followed by Hupo Wan (*Hupo Wan*).

For pain in the chest, epigastrium, and hypochondrium due to drunkenness, overeating, or sexual exhaustion, first administer Guiyuan Yangxue Tang (*Guiyuan Yangxue Tang*), then Shiquan Dabu Tang (*Shiquan Dabu Tang*). For pathogenic invasion of the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, treat with Xiaochaihu Tang (*Xiaochaihu Tang*). First use Huatan Xiaoshi Fang (*Huatan Xiaoshi Fang*), then Huoxue Zhengtong Tang (*Huoxue Zhengtong Tang*).
For injured areas with redness, high swelling, and pain, it is caused by blood stasis, alternating chills and fever, lighter during the day and heavier at night, accompanied by lower back pain. Obese people often have Qi deficiency; thin people often have depression and anger. Urgently administer Hupo San (*Hupo San*), then He Shang Wan (*He Shang Wan*), followed by medicinal wine for stabilization.
