治五痫。
朱砂（水飞） 白矾（生用） 赤石脂 硝石（以上各等份）
上同为细末，研蒜膏如丸，绿豆大。每服三十丸，食后，荆芥汤下。
又方
朱砂（不以多少，水飞，研为细末）
上用猪心血浸，蒸饼为丸，如绿豆大。每服二十丸，空心，金银汤下之。
浮萍（一两） 荆芥 川芎 甘草 麻黄（以上各半两） 或加芍药 当归
上为粗末。每服一两，水一碗，入葱白根、豆豉，同煎至一半，无时服，汗出为度。
半夏（生用） 羊粪（烧，以上各等份）
上为末。生姜自然汁调涂。
治癞。
地龙（去土） 蝉壳 白僵蚕 凌霄 全蝎（以上各等九个）
上同为末。只作一服，热酒调下。浴室中汗出粘臭气为效。
治疠风。
苦参（取头末，秤，二两） 猪肚（一个，去脂）
上以苦参末掺猪肚内，用线缝合，隔宿煮软，取出，洗去元药。先不吃饭五顿，
至第二日，先饮新水一盏，后将猪肚食之，如吐了，再食之，食罢，待一、二时，用肉汤调
无忧散五、七钱，取出小虫一、二万，为效。后用皂角一斤，不蛀者，去皮弦及子，捶碎，
用
药相和。药附后∶
何首乌（二两） 防风（一两半） 芍药（五钱） 人参（三钱） 当归（一两，焙）
上为细末，入皂角膏子为丸，如桐子大。每服三、五十丸，温酒或茶清送下，不
拘时候，日进三服。后用苦参、荆芥、麻黄煎汤洗冷。
To treat the five types of epilepsy (Wuxian).
Zhusha (Cinnabar, processed by water levigation) Baifan (Alum, used raw) Chishizhi (Red Halloysite) Xiaoshi (Niter/Sodium Nitrate) (all in equal parts)
Grind the above ingredients together into a fine powder. Mix with garlic paste to form pills, sized like mung beans. Take thirty pills per dose, after meals, washed down with Jingjie Decoction (Schizonepeta Tea).
Another prescription:
Zhusha (Cinnabar, quantity not fixed, processed by water levigation and ground into fine powder)
Soak the above in pig heart blood, mix with steamed bread dough to form pills, sized like mung beans. Take twenty pills per dose, on an empty stomach, washed down with Jinyin Decoction (Gold and Silver Tea).
Fuping (Floating Fern Herb, one tael) Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike) Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome) Gancao (Licorice Root) Mahuang (Ephedra Stem) (all half a tael) Optionally add Shaoyao (Peony Root) Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root)
Grind the above into coarse powder. Take one tael per dose, add one bowl of water, scallion white roots, and Douchi (Fermented Soybeans), decoct together until half remains. Take at any time, stopping when sweating occurs.
Banxia (Pinellia Tuber, used raw) Yangfen (Sheep Feces, burnt) (both in equal parts)
Grind into powder. Apply using fresh ginger juice.
To treat Lai disease (leprosy or severe skin disorders).
Dilong (Earthworm, cleaned of soil) Chanqiao (Cicada Slough) Baijiangcan (White Silkworm) Lingxiao (Campsis Flower) Quanxie (Scorpion) (all nine pieces each)
Grind the above together into powder. Prepare as a single dose, taken with warm wine. The effect is indicated by sweating in a bathroom setting, discharging sticky, foul-smelling matter.
To treat Lifeng (leprosy).
Kushen (Sophora Root, take the finest sifted powder, weighed, two taels) Zhudu (Pig Stomach, one, fat removed)
Place the Kushen powder inside the Zhudu, sew shut with thread, boil overnight until soft, remove, and wash away the original medicine. Fast for five meals.
On the second day, first drink one cup of fresh water, then consume the pig stomach. If vomiting occurs, eat again. After eating, wait one to two hours, then take Wuyou San (Worry-Free Powder) five to seven qian mixed with meat broth. The expected effect is the expulsion of one to ten thousand small worms. Afterwards, use one jin of Zaojiao (Gleditsia Fruit), selecting uninfested ones, removing the peel, rind, and seeds, crushing them,
and mixing with the following medicine. The formula is attached below:
Heshouwu (Polygonum Multiflorum Root) Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root) Shaoyao (Peony Root) Renshen (Ginseng Root) Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, baked) (quantities: Heshouwu two taels, Fangfeng one and a half taels, Shaoyao five qian, Renshen three qian, Danggui one tael)
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with Zaojiao paste to form pills, sized like paulownia seeds. Take thirty to fifty pills per dose, taken with warm wine or clear tea, at any time, three doses daily. Afterwards, wash with a decoction of Kushen, Jingjie, and Mahuang cooled to room temperature.
