For women suffering from red and white leukorrhea, or discharging white matter resembling grease, Daoshui Wan (Water-Guiding Pill), Yugong San (Yugong Powder), or Wuyou San (Wuyou Powder) alone may be administered, with dosage adjusted according to the patient's deficiency or excess; after purgation, Guiling San (Cassia Twig and Poria Powder), Wuling San (Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria), or Tingli Muxiang San (Descurainiae Semen and Aucklandiae Root Powder) should be taken. These constitute methods for treating dampness. Alternatively, Dusheng San (Single-Sovereign Powder) can be used to induce vomiting. For unmarried girls with leukorrhea, Chatiao San (Tea-Regulating Powder) is used to induce vomiting; after emesis, Daoshui Wan and Yugong San are administered to purge, followed by Tingli Muxiang San, Siwu Tang (Four-Substance Decoction), Baizhu San (Atractylodes Macrocephala Powder), etc., which will lead to recovery. The treatment of leukorrhea follows the method of purging dampness. Women with continuous discharge of turbid fluid are treated similarly.
For women aged twenty or thirty who are healthy but infertile, with regular or irregular menstruation, this results from Yin failing to ascend and Yang failing to descend, preventing communication between the upper and lower parts due to obstruction, thereby impairing function. Dusheng San may be used to induce vomiting, expelling two to three sheng of cold phlegm; subsequently, Daoshui Wan and Yugong San are used to purge three to five times or more than ten times; or Wuyou San alone is used to purge more than ten times, depending on signs of cold, heat, deficiency, or excess. This is followed by consuming scallion white congee for three to five days. Once stomach Qi is unblocked and the intestines become solid, Yuzhu San (Jade-Candle Powder) can be taken, assisted by Baizhu San and Poria. This approach lowers fire and benefits water, following the principle of mutual completion (Ji Ji), leading to pregnancy within a few months. The *Neijing* states: "Women with strangury, hemorrhoids, urinary incontinence, and dry throat cannot conceive even with excellent medicines and acupuncture." This is because disease in the Chong Mai (Penetrating Vessel), Du Mai (Governing Vessel), and Ren Mai (Conception Vessel) prevents conception.
"Half-birth," commonly called "miscarriage," refers to abortion occurring at three or four months, or five or six months, as the fetus has already formed. Causes include sudden fright, rage, excessive grief, physical exertion, trauma from falls or blows, or exposure to summer heat. Heishen San (Black-God Powder) must not be used, as its hot-natured ingredients may cause other diseases. Instead, Yuzhu San and Hejing Tang (Harmonizing Meridian Decoction) are appropriate. Women born without milk secretion are incurable. However, if lactation failure is caused by weeping, rage, or emotional stagnation leading to Qi and blood blockage and obstructed milk vessels, clear broth made from lean pork can be consumed with delicious flavors. After meals, Yi Yuan San (Benefit-Origin Powder) of 5–7 qian should be taken for three to five doses. Additionally, combing around the breasts with a wooden comb will promote natural milk flow.
Another method: Take Yi Yuan San with pig trotter soup continuously.
Another method: Needle the Jianjing (GB21) acupoints bilaterally, which yields good results.
