黑牵牛末 大黄（以上各二两） 白术（一两）
上为末，滴水丸桐子大。每服三十丸，食前生姜汤下。要利，加至百丸。
治小儿脾。
白丁香 密陀僧 舶上硫黄（以上各一钱） 砂（半钱） 轻粉（少许）
上为细末。每儿一岁服半钱，男病女乳调，女病男乳调，后用通膈泄。
水蛭（十个） 虻虫（十个，去翅、足，熬） 大黄（一两） 桃仁（七枚，去皮、尖，捶）
上锉如麻豆。作一服，水二盏，煎至七分，去滓，温服。
虻虫（五个） 桃仁（六枚） 大黄（三分） 水蛭（五个）
上为细末，只作一丸。水一大盏，煮一丸，至七分，顿服之。
紫芫花（醋浸煮） 大戟 甘遂（制，以上各等分）
上为末。每服半钱，水一盏，枣十枚，同煎，取半盏服。
槟榔 甘遂 威灵仙 赤芍药 泽泻 葶苈（以上各二两） 乳香（另研） 没药
（另研，以上各一两） 黑牵牛末（半两） 大戟（三两，炒） 陈皮（四两，去白）
上为细末，面糊和丸，如桐子大。每服三、五十丸，水送下。

上为细末，生姜、面糊为丸，桐子大。每服四、五十丸，水送下。
Treats dampness in the waist and feet.
Black Qian Niu Zi (Pharbitidis Semen) powder, Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [above each two liang], Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) [one liang].
Grind the above into powder, add water drop by drop to make pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take thirty pills each time, administered with ginger decoction before meals. To enhance purgation, increase to one hundred pills.
Use Si Wu Tang (Four Substances Decoction), Cheng Qi Tang (Order the Qi Decoction), and Po Xiao (Mirabilite) in equal parts. Decoct in water, remove dregs, and take before meals.
Use Si Wu Tang (Four Substances Decoction), Liang Ge San (Cool the Diaphragm Powder), and Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) at half strength each. Decoct in water and take.
Treats pediatric spleen disease.
Bai Ding Xiang (Stercus Domesticum Gallinae), Mi Tuo Seng (Litharge), Bo Shang Liu Huang (Sulfur from Overseas) [above each one qian], Sha (Realgar), Qing Fen (Calomel) [a small amount].
Grind the above into a fine powder. For each year of age, administer half a qian. If the patient is male, mix with female breast milk; if female, mix with male breast milk. Afterwards, treat with methods to unblock the diaphragm and drain turbidity.
Shui Zhi (Hirudo) [ten], Meng Chong (Asida) [ten, remove wings and legs, stir-fry], Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [one liang], Tao Ren (Persicam Semen) [seven, remove skin and tips, crush].
Chop the above into pieces the size of hemp seeds. Prepare as one dose, add two zhan of water, decoct until seven-tenths remain, remove dregs, and take warm.
Meng Chong (Asida) [five], Tao Ren (Persicam Semen) [six], Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [three fen], Shui Zhi (Hirudo) [five].
Grind the above into a fine powder, form only one pill. Add one da zhan of water, boil this one pill until seven-tenths remain, and take all at once.
Zi Yuan Hua (Genkwa Flos) [soaked and boiled in vinegar], Da Ji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix), Gan Sui (Kansui Radix) [processed, above each equal part].
Grind the above into powder. Take half a qian each time, add one zhan of water and ten jujubes, decoct together, take half a zhan of the liquid.
Bing Lang (Arecae Semen), Gan Sui (Kansui Radix), Wei Ling Xian (Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma), Chi Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Ting Li (Lepidii Fructus) [above each two liang], Ru Xiang (Olibanum) [separately ground], Mo Yao (Myrrha) [separately ground, above each one liang], Black Qian Niu Zi (Pharbitidis Semen) powder [half liang], Da Ji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix) [three liang, stir-fried], Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) [four liang, remove white pith].
Grind the above into a fine powder, mix with flour paste to make pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take thirty to fifty pills each time, administered with water.
Qian Niu Zi (Pharbitidis Semen) [four liang, raw], Huai Jiao Zi (Sophorae Fructus) [one liang, stir-fried], Mu Xiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Qing Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride), Zao Jiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina) [remove skin, roast with butter], Ban Xia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) [washed, each two liang].
Grind the above into a fine powder, use ginger juice and flour paste to make pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take forty to fifty pills each time, administered with water.
