The Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian has sixty-three acupoints. Starting from Jingming (BL1) and Cuanzhu (BL2), proceed to the area of Qucha (BL8) and Wuchu (BL7); passing through Chengguang (BL74) and Tongtian (BL76), one sees the sequence of Luoque (BL75) and Yuzhen (BL90). Tianzhu (BL10) is high, Dazhu (BL11) meets it; Fengmen (BL12) opens, Feishu (BL13) faces forward. The Shu points for Jueyin, Heart, and Diaphragm, as well as the Zang organs of Liver, Gallbladder, Spleen, and Stomach. Sanjiaoshu (BL22), Shenshu (BL23), Dachangshu (BL25), Xiaochangshu (BL27), Pangguangshu (BL28), Zhonglunei Shu (BL29), and Baihuan Shu (BL30). From Dazhu (BL11) to here, these are located half cun lateral to the midline of the spine. There are also four points: Shangliao (BL31), Ciliao (BL32), Zhongliao (BL33), and Xialiao (BL34), connected in the four hollows of the waist. Huiyang (BL35) is located at the side of the coccyx, thus concluding the second line of back points. Then going up to the scapula and down again, Fufen (BL17) is beside the second vertebral spinous process. Posu (BL42) is at the third vertebra, Gaohuang (BL43) at the fourth. Shen Tang (BL44) and Ge Guan (BL45), Hun Men (BL47) and Yang Gang (BL46), Yi She (BL48) and Wei Cang (BL49). Huang Men (BL52) and Zhi Shi (BL53), Zhi Bian (BL54) and Bao Huang (BL55). Chengfu (BL36), Fuxi (BL38), and Weiyang (BL39); Yinmen (BL37), Weizhong (BL40), and Heyang (BL37) connect. Chengjin (BL56) and Chengshan (BL57) lead to Feiyang (BL58), Fuyang (BL59), Kunlun (BL60) to Pucan (BL61). Shenmai (BL62) and Jinmen (BL63), explore the site of Jinggu (BL64); Shugu (BL65) and Tonggu (BL66), reach Zhiyin (BL67) beside the little toe.
The Foot-Taiyang meridian is the Bladder Meridian, starting at Jingming (BL1) in the inner canthus of the eye. Cuanzhu (BL2) is taken in the depression at the medial end of the eyebrow. Qucha (BL8) is five fen above the hairline, Wuchu (BL7) is one cun above the hairline, Chengguang (BL74) is two and a half cun above the hairline. Tongtian (BL76), Luoque (BL75), and Yuzhen (BL90) are evenly spaced one and a half cun apart. Yuzhen (BL90) is one cun three fen behind the brain, appearing on the occipital bone two cun into the hairline. Tianzhu (BL10) is presented in the depression between the large tendons posterior to the neck within the hairline. From here, opening one and a half cun lateral to the spine, the first is Dazhu (BL11), the second is Fengmen (BL12). The third vertebra is Feishu (BL13), the fourth is Jueyinshu (BL14), below the fifth vertebra is Xinshu (BL15). The seventh is Geshu (BL17), the ninth is Ganshu (BL18), the tenth is Danshu (BL19), the eleventh is Pishu (BL20), the twelfth is Weishu (BL21), the thirteenth is Sanjiaoshu (BL22), the fourteenth is Shenshu (BL23), below the sixteenth vertebra is Dachangshu (BL25), the eighteenth is Xiaochangshu (BL27), the nineteenth is Pangguangshu (BL28), the twentieth is Zhonglunei Shu (BL29), and below the twenty-first vertebra is Baihuan Shu (BL30). The above points can be arranged; furthermore, Shangliao (BL31), Ciliao (BL32), Zhongliao (BL33), and Xialiao (BL34) correspond well to the first, second, third, and fourth hollows of the waist. Huiyang (BL35) is beside the coccyx, completing the discussion of the second line of back points. Again, opening three cun lateral to the spine, below the second vertebra is Fufen (BL17). Below the third vertebra is Posu (BL42), below the fourth is Gaohuang (BL43), below the fifth is the esteemed Shen Tang (BL44), below the sixth is Ge Guan (BL45), the ninth is Hun Men (BL47), the tenth is Yang Gang (BL46), the eleventh has Yi She (BL48), the twelfth Wei Cang (BL49) is clearly divided, the thirteenth Huang Men (BL52) is upright, the fourteenth Zhi Shi (BL53) needs no further discussion, the nineteenth is Bao Huang (BL55), the twentieth is Zhi Bian (BL54), the three lines of back points are evenly distributed. Again, taking points from the lower buttock region, Chengfu (BL36) resides in the depression and governs treatment. Fuxi (BL38) is six fen below Chengfu (BL36). Weiyang (BL39) is one cun six fen below Chengfu (BL36). Yinmen (BL37) extends six cun below Chengfu (BL36), located between the two tendons on the lateral aspect of the thigh. Weizhong (BL40) is in the center of the popliteal crease. Three cun below this, seek Heyang (BL37). Chengjin (BL56) is seven cun above the heel, located in the center of the gastrocnemius muscle.
