The second belongs to cold wrapping heat (exterior cold binding with interior heat). The treatment method involves formulas such as Yuebi Jia Banxia Tang (Mahuang and Gypsum Decoction with Pinellia) used by Zhang Zhongjing and Danxi to release the exterior, and preemptively using Dachengqi Tang (Major Order the Qi Decoction) to purge heat during the eighth and ninth lunar months when it is not yet cold; by winter, when there is no heat to be wrapped by cold, it will naturally not manifest.
