〔无〕解毒丸 治设食毒中，并百物毒，救人于必死。
板蓝根（四两，洗，晒干） 贯众（一两，锉，去毛） 青黛 甘草（生。各一两）
上为末，蜜丸，桐子大。以青黛另为衣，如稍精神恍惚，即是误中诸毒，急取十五丸烂嚼，用新水送下，
即解。
青黛雄黄丸 凡始觉中毒，及蛇虫咬，痈疽才作，即服此，毒瓦斯不聚。

〔洁〕解毒丸 善治男子妇人及小儿一切积热不解，停留作毒，上焦壅热，咽喉不利，口干多渴，伏暑困闷，
霍乱不宁，或山岚瘴气，及食毒酒毒，吐逆不定，游风丹毒，迷惑昏困，不省人事，虚烦发躁，赤目口疮，善
解四时伤寒之疾，发散瘟疫毒邪之气，及四方人不服水土一切诸毒，并皆解之。常服此药，补真益气，化毒
除风，神效不可细述。
滑石 黄芩 贯众 茯苓 山栀 干姜 草龙胆 大豆 青黛 甘草 薄荷 寒水石（各一两）

上为细末。炼蜜为丸，如弹子大。每服一丸，新汲水化下，细嚼或噙化亦得。小儿半丸。如妇人血晕不省，
生姜薄荷水磨下一丸。
〔世〕解诸毒。用玉簪花根擂水服。
治中诸药毒。

上 咀，用水一碗，浓煎连服。
〔无〕矾灰散 治中诸物毒。
明矾 建茶（各等分）
上为末，每服三钱，新汲水调下，得吐即效。
〔世〕解砒毒、鼠莽毒。用旋刺下羊血及鸡鸭血热服。（鼠莽草未详。）
蓝饮子 解砒毒及巴豆毒。用蓝根、砂糖二味相和，擂水服之，更入薄荷汁尤妙。
解砒毒。
白扁豆 青黛 甘草 巴豆（半粒，用半边去壳，不去白）
上同为末，砂糖一大块，水化开，调一大盏饮之，砒毒随利去，却服五苓散之类。
解砒毒。用早禾秆烧灰，新汲水淋汁滤过，冷服一碗，毒从利下，即安。又方∶用井花水调豆粉，
或绿豆擂水汁皆可。
解砒毒。
汉椒（四十九粒） 黑豆（十四粒） 甘草节（二寸，碎之） 乌梅（二个）
上 咀，用水一盏，煎至七分，温服。
解鼠莽草毒。用枯过明矾，同上等好末茶少许，新汲水调服，人有用之，累效。解鼠莽草毒。用大黑江豆
煮汁服之。如欲试其验，先刈鼠莽苗叶，以豆汁浇其根，从此败烂不复生矣。
〔仲〕治自死六畜肉中毒方。用黄柏捣屑，服方寸匕。
治郁肉漏脯中毒。（郁肉，密器盖之，隔宿者是也。漏脯，茅屋漏下，沾着者是也。）烧犬屎，
酒服方寸匕，或服人乳汁，或饮韭汁二三升亦良。
治黍禾中藏肝脯食之中毒方。大豆浓汁饮数升即解，亦治狸肉漏脯等毒。
治食生肉中毒方。掘地深三尺，取其下土三升，以水五升煮数沸，澄清汁，饮一升即愈。
治六畜马兽肉中毒方。水浸豆豉绞取汁，服数升即愈。
治马肝毒中人未死方。雄鼠屎二七粒末之，水和服，日再服。（屎尖者是。）
又人垢取方寸服之佳。
治马肉中毒欲死方。香豉二两，杏仁三两，相和蒸一食顷熟，杵服，日再服。又方，煮芦根汁，饮之良。
治啖蛇牛肉食之欲死方。（辨啖蛇牛肉，毛发向后顺者是也。）饮乳汁一升，立愈。以泔洗头，饮一
升愈。牛膝细切，以水一斗，煮取一升，暖饮之，大汗出，即愈。
治食牛肉中毒。甘草煮汁，饮之即解。
治食犬肉不消，心下坚或腹胀，口干大渴，心急发热，妄语如狂，或洞泄方。杏仁一升炒皮熟研，以沸汤三升，
和取汁，分三服，利下肉片，出大验。
鸟兽有中毒箭死者，其肉毒用大豆煮汁及蓝汁服之，即解。
〔世〕误吞蜈蚣。用生鸡血令病患吃，须更以清油灌口中，其蜈蚣滚在血中吐出，继以雄黄细研，水调服
愈。
〔仲〕 食在心胸间不化，吐不出，速下除之，久成症病方。
陈皮（一两） 大黄（二两） 朴硝（二两）
上三味，以水一大升，煮取半升，顿服消。
食 多不消，结为症病。治用马鞭草捣汁饮之。或以姜叶汁饮一升亦消。又可服吐药吐之。食鱼后食毒物，
烦乱，用陈皮浓煎汁服之，即解。食 鱼中毒，用芦根煮汁服之即解。
〔世〕治食河豚鱼中毒，一时困殆，仓卒无药。以清油多灌之，使毒物尽吐出为愈。
〔仲〕食蟹中毒，治用紫苏煮汁，饮三升。紫苏子捣饮之亦可。冬瓜汁饮二升，吃冬瓜亦可。
食果中毒，用猪骨烧过末之，服方寸匕。亦治马肝漏脯等毒。
〔世〕解一切菌毒。掘新地窟，以冷水于内搅之，令澄，少顷取饮之，见本草陶隐居注，谓之地浆。
荷叶，杀蕈毒。
〔仲〕食诸菌中毒闷乱欲死治方。人粪汁，饮一升。土浆，饮二升。大豆浓煮汁，饮之。服诸吐利药，并
解。取粪汁法，截淡竹去青皮浸渗其中，取筒中汁是也。食枫树菌而笑不止，亦治以前方。
〔世〕蕈毒吐泻不止者，用细茶芽研细，以新汲井水化服，神效。治蕈毒欲死方。用石首鱼头，或鲞头亦
妙，白水煮汁灌之，即愈。治中蕈毒，用笆竹不入泥者数节，煎汤饮之，立效。
〔仲〕误食芋烦毒欲死，亦治以前方。其芋根，山东人名魁芋、人种芋，三年不收，亦成野芋，并杀人。
蜀椒闭口者有毒，误食之，戟人咽喉，气欲绝，或吐下白沫，身体痹冷，急治之，用肉桂煎汁饮之。或食蒜或
食地浆。或浓煮豉豆汁饮之，并解。
〔仲〕食躁或躁方。用豉煮浓汁饮之。
钩吻与芹菜相似，误食杀人，解之，用荠 八两，水六升，煮取二升，分温二服。钩吻生池傍无他异，其
茎有毛，以此别之。菜中有水莨菪，叶圆而光，有毒，误食之，令人狂乱，状如中风，或吐血，治之用甘草煮
汁服之解。春秋二时，龙带精入芹菜中，人偶食之为病，发时手青腹满，痛不可忍，名蛟龙病。治之用饧糖二
三升，日两度服之，吐出如蜥蜴三五枚，瘥。
食苦瓠中毒，治之用黍穣煮汁服之解。
饮食中毒烦满，治之用苦参三两，苦酒一升半，煮半沸，三上三下，服之，吐食出即瘥。或以水煮亦得。
犀角汤亦解。
贪食，食多不消，心腹坚满痛，治之用盐一升，水三升，煮令盐消，分三服，当吐出食，便瘥。
[No] Jiedu Wan (Detoxifying Pill): Treats poisoning from food and various substances, saving lives in critical conditions.
Isatidis Radix (Banan Gen, Banlangen) (4 liang, washed, dried) Cyathulae Rhizoma et Radix (Guanzhong) (1 liang, sliced, hairs removed) Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Gancao, raw Licorice Root) (each 1 liang)
Grind the above into fine powder, make pills with honey, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Coat separately with Indigo Naturalis. If one feels slightly disoriented or spiritless, it indicates poisoning by various toxins; urgently take 15 pills, chew thoroughly, and swallow with fresh well water to detoxify.
Qingdai Xionghuang Wan (Indigo Naturalis and Realgar Pill): Take immediately upon feeling initial poisoning, snake or insect bites, or early-stage carbuncles and sores, to prevent toxin accumulation.

Grind into fine powder, mix with fresh well water, take 2 qian.
[Jie] Jiedu Wan (Detoxifying Pill): Effectively treats accumulated heat in men, women, and children that fails to resolve, stagnating into toxins. It clears upper jiao congestion and heat, relieves throat discomfort, dry mouth, and excessive thirst. It addresses summer-heat retention, restlessness due to cholera-like symptoms, mountain miasma, and poisoning from food or alcohol causing persistent vomiting. It treats wandering wind, erysipelas, confusion, coma, deficiency-fire irritability, red eyes, and mouth ulcers. It resolves seasonal cold damage, disperses epidemic toxic pathogens, and detoxifies all ailments caused by acclimatization issues and various poisons. Regular use tonifies true qi, transforms toxins, and expels wind; its miraculous effects are too numerous to detail.

Grind into fine powder. Make pills with refined honey, size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in fresh well water. Chewing or holding in the mouth is also acceptable. Children take half a pill. For postpartum blood syncope with loss of consciousness, grind one pill in ginger and mint water and administer.
[Shi] To treat various poisons: Grind the root of Tricyrtis hirta (Yuzanhua) with water and ingest.
To treat poisoning from various medicines:
Raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Gancao) Sojae Semen Preparatum (Heidou) Lophatheri Herba (Dan Zhuye) (equal parts)
Chop the ingredients, decoct in one bowl of water, boil strongly, and take continuously.
[No] Fanhui San (Alum Ash Powder): Treats poisoning from various substances.
Alumen (Mingfan) Jian Tea (Jiancha) (equal parts)
Grind into powder, take 3 qian per dose, mix with fresh well water. Emetic effect indicates efficacy.
[Shi] To treat arsenic (Pifu) and Wisteria sinensis seed (Shumang) poisoning: Incise sheep, chicken, or duck to collect hot blood and drink immediately. (Details on Shumang grass are unknown.)
Lanyin Zi (Blue Decoction): Treats arsenic and Crotonis Fructus (Badou) poisoning. Mix Isatidis Radix (Banlangen) and Saccharum (Shatang), grind with water, and ingest. Adding Menthae Haplocalycis Herba juice (Boheju) is especially effective.
To treat arsenic poisoning:
Dolichos Lablab Seed (Baibian Dou) Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) Crotonis Fructus (Badou) (half a bean, shell removed from one side, white membrane retained)
Grind together into powder. Dissolve a large piece of sugar in water, mix with the powder, and drink one cup. The arsenic will be expelled via stool, followed by administration of Wuling San (Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria).
To treat arsenic poisoning: Burn straw from early rice, leach ash with fresh well water, filter the juice, and drink one cup cold. The toxin will be expelled via stool, bringing relief. Another prescription: Mix bean flour with spring well water, or grind mung beans with water.
To treat arsenic poisoning:
Zanthoxyli Fructus (Han Jiao) (49 grains) Sojae Semen (Heidou) (14 grains) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Ganjie, licorice joints) (2 cun, crushed) Vitis Concinnae Fructus (Wumei) (2 pieces)
Chop the ingredients, decoct in one cup of water until reduced to 70%, and take warm.
To treat Wisteria sinensis seed (Shumang) poisoning: Use calcined alum mixed with a small amount of high-quality powdered tea, taken with fresh well water. This has been used successfully multiple times. To treat Wisteria sinensis seed poisoning: Decoct large black river beans and drink the juice. To verify efficacy, cut Shumang leaves and pour bean juice on the roots; they will rot and cease to grow.
[Zhong] Prescription for poisoning from meat of animals that died naturally: Crush Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) into powder, take one fangcun bi (measure).
To treat poisoning from "Yu Rou" (meat covered in sealed containers overnight) and "Lou Fu" (meat exposed to rain under thatched roofs): Burn dog feces, take one fangcun bi with wine. Alternatively, take human milk or drink 2-3 sheng of Chinese chive juice.
To treat poisoning from liver jerky stored in millet or grain fields: Drink several sheng of strong soybean decoction to detoxify. Also treats poisoning from fox meat and Lou Fu.
To treat poisoning from eating raw meat: Dig three chi deep, take three sheng of subsoil, boil in five sheng of water for a few boils, clarify the liquid, and drink one sheng for recovery.
To treat poisoning from horse or beast meat: Soak fermented soybeans (Douchi) in water, squeeze out the juice, and drink several sheng for recovery.
To treat poisoning from horse liver before death: Grind fourteen male rat feces (Shuxi), mix with water, and take. Take twice daily. (Use the tip of the feces.) Alternatively, take one fangcun bi of human dirt/scraps, which is also good.
To treat severe poisoning from horse meat: Steam two liang of fragrant fermented soybeans (Xiangchi) and three liang of apricot kernels for the duration of a meal. Pound and take. Take twice daily. Another prescription: Decoct reed rhizome juice and drink.
To treat severe poisoning from beef eaten by snakes: (Identify by hair growing backwards.) Drink one sheng of milk for immediate cure. Wash head with starchy water and drink one sheng for cure. Slice Achyranthes Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi) finely, decoct in one dou of water until reduced to one sheng, drink warm. Profuse sweating leads to cure.
To treat beef poisoning: Decoct Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) and drink to detoxify.
To treat indigestion of dog meat causing epigastric hardness, abdominal distension, dry mouth, extreme thirst, anxiety, fever, delirium, or diarrhea: Roast one sheng of apricot kernels, remove skin, grind when cooked. Mix with three sheng of boiling water, extract juice, divide into three doses. Expelling meat fragments via stool confirms efficacy.
For birds and beasts killed by poisoned arrows, their meat is toxic. Decoct soybeans or use blue plant juice to detoxify.
[Shi] For accidental ingestion of centipedes: Have the patient consume raw chicken blood. Shortly after, pour clear oil into the mouth. The centipede will roll in the blood and be vomited out. Then, take finely ground Realgar (Xionghuang) mixed with water for cure.
[Zhong] For food stuck in the chest/epigastrium, undigested and unable to vomit, leading to mass formation if prolonged:

Decoct the three ingredients in one da sheng of water until reduced to half a sheng. Take in one dose to dissipate the mass.
Food stagnation failing to digest forms masses. Treatment: Decoct Patriniae Herba (Mabiancao) juice and drink. Alternatively, drink one sheng of ginger leaf juice to resolve. Vomiting agents can also be used. After eating fish, if poisoning causes distress, decoct Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi) strongly and drink to detoxify. For fish poisoning, decoct Phragmitis Rhizoma (Lugen) and drink to detoxify.
[ShI] For acute pufferfish poisoning causing sudden collapse without available medicine: Pour large amounts of clear oil to induce vomiting of all toxins.
[Zhong] For crab poisoning: Decoct Perillae Folium (Zisu) and drink three sheng. Crushing and drinking Perillae Fructus (Zisuzi) is also effective. Drink two sheng of winter melon juice, or eat winter melon.
For fruit poisoning: Burn pig bones, grind to powder, take one fangcun bi. Also treats horse liver and Lou Fu poisoning.
[Shi] To treat all mushroom (Xun) poisoning: Dig a pit in new soil, stir cold water inside, let settle, and drink the clarified liquid. Tao Hongjing's commentary calls this "Di Jiang" (Earth Slurry). Lotus leaf (Heye) kills mushroom toxicity.
[Zhong] For severe poisoning from various mushrooms causing confusion and near-death state: Drink one sheng of human fecal juice. Drink two sheng of earth slurry. Drink strong soybean decoction. Taking emetics or purgatives also resolves toxicity. Method to obtain fecal juice: Cut a section of light bamboo, remove green skin, soak, and collect juice from the tube. For uncontrollable laughter after eating maple tree mushrooms, use the previous prescriptions.
[Shi] For persistent vomiting and diarrhea from mushroom poisoning: Grind fine tea buds, dissolve in fresh well water, and take for miraculous effect. To treat severe mushroom poisoning: Boil heads of Sturgeon (Shishou Yu) or dried fish (Xiang) in plain water, extract juice, and administer for cure. To treat mushroom poisoning: Decoct sections of bamboo that did not touch the soil and drink for immediate effect.
[Zhong] For severe poisoning from accidentally eating taro: Use the previous prescriptions. Taro roots, known as Kui Yu or Ren Zhong Yu in Shandong, if left unharvested for three years, become wild taro and are lethal.
Closed-mouth Sichuan pepper (Shujiao) is toxic. Accidental ingestion causes throat piercing pain, suffocation, foaming at mouth, body numbness, and coldness. Urgent treatment: Decoct Cinnamomi Cortex (Rougui) and drink. Alternatively, eat garlic or earth slurry. Or drink strong decoction of fermented soybeans and soybeans to detoxify.
[Zhong] For food-induced restlessness: Decoct fermented soybeans (Chi) strongly and drink.
Gelsemium elegans (Gouwen) resembles celery; accidental ingestion is fatal. Antidote: Decoct eight liang of Shepherd's Purse (Jiqucai) in six sheng of water until reduced to two sheng. Divide into two warm doses. Gouwen grows by ponds, distinguished by hairy stems. Water Henbane (Shui Langdang) in vegetables has round, smooth leaves and is toxic; accidental ingestion causes mania resembling stroke or hematemesis. Treat with Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) decoction. In spring and autumn, dragon essence enters celery; accidental consumption causes illness with cyanotic hands, abdominal fullness, and unbearable pain, named "Jiaolong Disease." Treat with two to three sheng of maltose (Yitang), taken twice daily. Vomiting lizard-like objects confirms cure.
For bitter gourd (Ku Hu) poisoning: Decoct sorghum husks (Shu Rang) and drink to detoxify.
For food poisoning causing distress and fullness: Decoct three liang of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen) in one and a half sheng of vinegar (Ku Jiu) with three boilings and cooling cycles. Taking induces vomiting of food, leading to cure. Boiling in water is also acceptable. Xijiao Tang (Rhino Horn Decoction) also detoxifies.
For gluttony and indigestion causing epigastric/abdominal hardness, fullness, and pain: Decoct one sheng of salt in three sheng of water until salt dissolves. Divide into three doses. Vomiting food leads to cure.
