川芎（四钱） 白芷（二钱） 薄荷（八钱） 甘草（炙） 羌活（各二钱） 细辛（一钱） 荆芥（四钱） 防
风（一钱半）为末，浓茶调服。
苍耳子（炒，去刺研破，一两） 辛夷（三钱） 白芷 薄荷（各一钱） 葱三茎煎。（原方白芷一
两，薄、辛各五钱，苍耳炒、二钱半，为末，葱、细茶煎汤调，食前服二钱。）
羌活 防风 川芎 本 当归 芍药 甘草（各四两） 地榆 细辛（各二钱） 上 咀，
每服五钱，水二盏，煎八分，热服。
羌活 防风 苍术（各一两半） 细辛（五钱） 川芎 白芷 生地黄 黄芩 甘草（各一两）
以上九味 咀，每服一两，水煎，姜、葱引。
白术 黄 （各一两） 防风（二两） 上 咀，每服七钱，水二盏，煎一盏，去滓温服。
羌活（去芦） 独活（去芦） 防风（去芦） 地榆（各一两） 上 咀，每服一两，水二钟半，煎至一
钟，去 温服。
地榆 防风 地丁香 马齿苋（各一两） 上为细未，每服三钱，温米饮调下。
川芎（五钱） 大黄（生） 黄芩 羌活（去芦，各一两） 上 咀，每服五七钱，水煎，以利
为度。
江鳔（半两，炒） 野鸽粪（半两，炒） 雄黄（一钱，水飞） 蜈蚣（一对） 天麻（一两） 白僵蚕
（半两，炒） 上为细末，分作三分，先用二分烧饭为丸，如桐子大，朱砂为衣。又用一
分入巴豆霜二钱五分，亦以烧饭为丸，不用朱砂为衣。每服朱砂为衣丸药二十丸，
入巴豆霜丸药一丸，次服二丸，渐加至利为度，再服朱砂为衣丸药，病愈止。

*Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong, 4 qian), *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Baizhi, 2 qian), *Menthae Haplocalycis Herba* (Bohe, 8 qian), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, honey-fried), *Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix* (Qianghuo, 2 qian each), *Asari Radix et Rhizoma* (Xixin, 1 qian), *Schizonepetae Spica* (Jingjie, 4 qian), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng, 1.5 qian). Grind into fine powder, take with strong tea infusion.
*Xanthii Fructus* (Cangerzi, stir-fried, thorns removed, crushed, 1 liang), *Coriandri Fructus* (Xinyi, 3 qian), *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Baizhi), *Menthae Haplocalycis Herba* (Bohe, 1 qian each), three stalks of *Allium fistulosum* (Congbai). Decoct and take. (Original formula: *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* 1 liang, *Menthae Haplocalycis Herba* and *Asari Radix et Rhizoma* 5 qian each, *Xanthii Fructus* stir-fried 2.5 qian, ground into powder, taken with decoction of scallion and fine tea before meals, 2 qian per dose.)
*Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix* (Qianghuo), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng), *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong), *Ligustici Sinensis Rhizoma* (Gabenshen), *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui), *Paeoniae Radix* (Shaoyao), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, 4 liang each), *Sanguisorbae Radix* (Diyu), *Asari Radix et Rhizoma* (Xixin, 2 qian each). Cut into small pieces, take 5 qian per dose, add two cups of water, decoct to 0.8 cup, take hot.
*Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix* (Qianghuo), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng), *Atractylodis Rhizoma* (Cangzhu, 1.5 liang each), *Asari Radix et Rhizoma* (Xixin, 5 qian), *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong), *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Baizhi), *Rehmanniae Radix Recens* (Shengdihuang), *Scutellariae Radix* (Huangqin), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, 1 liang each). The above nine herbs cut into small pieces, take 1 liang per dose, decoct in water, use ginger and scallion as guides.
*Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma* (Baizhu), *Astragali Radix* (Huangqi, 1 liang each), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng, 2 liang). Cut into small pieces, take 7 qian per dose, add two cups of water, decoct to one cup, remove dregs, take warm.
*Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix* (Qianghuo, remove rhizome base), *Angelicae Pubescentis Radix* (Duohuo, remove rhizome base), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng, remove rhizome base), *Sanguisorbae Radix* (Diyu, 1 liang each). Cut into small pieces, take 1 liang per dose, add two and a half zhong of water, decoct to one zhong, remove dregs, take warm.
*Sanguisorbae Radix* (Diyu), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng), *Illicij Coriacei Fructus* (Didingxiang), *Portulacae Herba* (Machixian, 1 liang each). Grind into fine powder, take 3 qian per dose, mix with warm rice drink.
*Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong, 5 qian), *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang, raw), *Scutellariae Radix* (Huangqin), *Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix* (Qianghuo, remove rhizome base, 1 liang each). Cut into small pieces, take 5-7 qian per dose, decoct in water, stop when bowel movement is achieved.
*Ostreae Concha* (Jiangbiao, half liang, stir-fried), *Columbidae Excrementum* (Yegefen, half liang, stir-fried), *Realgar* (Xionghuang, 1 qian, water-insublimed), *Scolopendra* (Wugong, one pair), *Gastrodiae Rhizoma* (Tianma, 1 liang), *Bombyx Batryticatus* (Baijiangcan, half liang, stir-fried). Grind into fine powder, divide into three parts. Use two parts mixed with cooked rice to make pills, size of paulownia seeds, coated with *Cinnabaris* (Zhusha). Use the remaining one part mixed with 2.5 qian of *Crotonis Fructus* (Badou) frost, also made into pills with cooked rice, without *Cinnabaris* coating. Take 20 pills of the *Cinnabaris*-coated pills, plus 1 pill of the *Crotonis Fructus* frost pill per dose; second dose take 2 pills, gradually increase until diarrhea occurs, then resume taking the *Cinnabaris*-coated pills, stop when cured.
