水银 枣膏各二两
同研，绵裹纳下部，翌日虫出痒止。或以∶
猪大肠六两 蚯蚓十余条
煮融，去蚓食肠，极效。
内服用∶
当归尾一钱五分 生地二钱 赤芍一钱 黄连二钱 枳壳一钱 炒黄芩一钱 炒槐角三
钱炒地榆二钱 炒荆芥一钱 升麻五分 天花粉八分 甘草五分 生侧柏二钱
水煎服，三四剂后，即痛止肿消。外用∶
地骨皮 槐花 韭菜根 朴硝各二两 白矾 苏叶各五钱 葱头七个
用水十五大碗，煎百沸，倾净桶内，令患者坐之，四周密闭，勿令泄气，先熏后洗，俟
痔出黄水为度。
墙上生之绿苔（刮下之，需五钱，火焙干为细末） 羊蹄壳五副 炒白术 白芷各一两 茯
苓二两 槐花五钱
共为细末，米饭为丸，每日临卧，先服一钱，后压之，美膳一月即愈。
在肛门内外皆有之，遇大便即出血疼痛者是。用∶
胡黄连五钱 血竭 儿茶各二钱 熊胆三钱 冰片一钱 麝香三分 共研细，水调敷，
日凡三四次。
在肛门之内，大便时则出血，便毕以手按之，良久乃入。
内服用∶生枳壳三两 陈皮一两
水煎服。
外用∶生草乌尖一钱 刺 皮末三钱 枯矾五分 冰片三分
各为细末，用葱汁调药，送入肛门，约一时许，其痔即翻出，洗净之。用∶
鸡粪四两（取公鸡母鸡各一，饿之二日，次早以猪胰子切碎，拌糯米粉一、二合，喂之。

共为末，倾入银罐内，火 出青烟为度，加∶
乳香 没药各三钱 冰片五分
用唾津调敷，七日后其痔自脱。再用珍珠散敷之，使收口。内服收肛散。
珍珠散方如下∶
珍珠 石膏 赤石脂 轻粉各一钱 白龙骨三钱 孩儿骨五分 冰片二分
共为末。
收肛散方如下∶
陈皮三两 枳壳一两
水二碗，煎一碗服。
[External Application Formula]
Take Mercurius (Shuiyin) and Zao Gao (Date Paste), each two liang. Grind them together thoroughly, wrap the mixture in cotton cloth, and insert it into the anus. By the next day, parasites will be expelled and itching will cease. Alternatively:
Take Pig Large Intestine (Zhudachang) six liang and Earthworm (Qiuyin) more than ten strips. Boil until melted, remove the earthworms, and consume the pig intestine; this is extremely effective.
[Internal Administration Formula]
Take Dangguiwei (Tail of Angelica Sinensis Root) 1.5 qian, Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens) 2 qian, Chishao (Red Peony Root) 1 qian, Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) 2 qian, Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) 1 qian, Chao Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix stir-fried) 1 qian, Chao Huaijiao (Sophorae Tonkinensis Fructus stir-fried) 3 qian, Chao Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix stir-fried) 2 qian, Chao Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica stir-fried) 1 qian, Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) 0.5 qian, Tianhuafen (Trichosanthis Radix) 0.8 qian, Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 0.5 qian, and Sheng Cebaiye (Platycladi Cacumen) 2 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. After three to four doses, pain will cease and swelling will subside.
[External Washing Formula]
Take Digupi (Phellodendri Cortex), Huaihua (Sophorae Flos), Jiucaigen (Allium Tuberosum Root), and Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas), each two liang; BaiFan (Alumen) and Ziye (Perillae Folium), each five qian; and Congtou (Allii Cepae Bulbus) seven heads. Use fifteen large bowls of water, boil vigorously for a hundred times, pour into a clean bucket, and have the patient sit on it. Seal the surroundings tightly to prevent steam leakage. First fumigate, then wash, until yellow fluid oozes from the hemorrhoids.
[Pill Formula]
Take Lv Tai (Green Moss growing on walls) scraped down, requiring five qian, dried over fire and ground into fine powder; Yangtike (Sheep's Hoof/Shell) five pairs; Chao Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried); Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), each one liang; Fuling (Poria) two liang; and Huaihua (Sophorae Flos) five qian. Grind all into fine powder, form pills with rice paste. Take one qian daily before bedtime, followed by manual reduction of the prolapse. With a month of good diet, recovery will occur.
[Application Paste Formula]
Take a Snail (Yanyou) from the wall, pound into a paste, add a small amount of Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) and Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), and apply together externally; this is extremely effective.
[Differentiation and External Treatment]
Hemorrhoids present both inside and outside the anus, bleeding and causing pain during defecation are treated as follows:
Use Huhuanglian (Coptidis Teetae Rhizoma) five qian, Xuejie (Dragon's Blood) 2 qian, Ercha (Terminalia Chebula Retz.) 2 qian, Xiongdan (Ursi Bile) 3 qian, Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) 1 qian, and Shexiang (Moschus) 0.3 qian. Grind finely, mix with water, and apply externally. Apply three to four times daily.
[Internal Administration for Internal Hemorrhoids]
Hemorrhoids located within the anus, bleeding during defecation, requiring manual pressure for a long time to reduce after stool:
Internal administration: Sheng Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) three liang, Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) one liang. Decoct in water and take orally.
[External Treatment for Internal Hemorrhoids]
External application: Sheng Caowujian (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata tip) 1 qian, Ci Pi (Tribuli Fructus Cortex) powder 3 qian, Kufan (Alumen calcined) 0.5 qian, Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) 0.3 qian. Grind each separately into fine powder, mix with Scallion Juice (Congzhi), insert into the anus. After approximately one hour, the hemorrhoid will evert; wash it clean.
[Melt Hemorrhoid Formula]
Take Chicken Manure (Jifen) four liang (Select one rooster and one hen, starve for two days. On the morning of the second day, chop Pig Pancreas (Zhi) finely, mix with one or two he of Glutinous Rice Flour (Nuomifen), and feed to the chickens). Grind the manure into powder, pour into a silver jar, heat with fire until blue smoke appears. Add: Ruxiang (Olibanum) 3 qian, Moyao (Myrrha) 3 qian, Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) 0.5 qian. Mix with saliva and apply externally. After seven days, the hemorrhoid will naturally detach. Then apply Zhenzhu San (Pearl Powder) to promote wound healing. Internally administer Shougang San.
[Zhenzhu San (Pearl Powder) Formula follows:]
Zhenzhu (Margarita) 1 qian, Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 1 qian, Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum) 1 qian, Qingfen (Calomelas) 1 qian, Bailonggu (Os Draconis) 3 qian, Haiergu (Os Infantis) 0.5 qian, Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) 0.2 fen. Grind all into powder.
[Shougang San (Anus-Recovery Powder) Formula follows:]
Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) three liang, Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) one liang. Decoct in two bowls of water until one bowl remains, and take orally.
