The above six ingredients are ground together to a fine powder, mixed with a paste made from Han Shi flour, and formed into pills the size of mung beans. For children aged one or two years, administer two pills; for three-year-olds, three pills. Take with decoction of Qian Tang (coin soup) before bedtime.
Treats infantile convulsions and epilepsy in children, as well as sudden onset of evil wind in adults, characterized by surging phlegm-saliva causing severe stupor and deviation of the mouth and eyes.
Chen Jin Sha (Cinnabar from Chenji) Ni Fen (Calomel) Tie Yan Fen (Iron Flame Powder) Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii Preparata (each 2 liang) She Huang (Snake Gallstone, soaked in vinegar briefly, then stir-fried over high heat) Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (processed, each... after several days, wrapped in paper and pressed to remove oil) Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (soaked in wine, dried) Scorpio (each 3 liang) Aurum Vivum (raw gold) Argentum Vivum (raw silver) (each separately ground, 1 fen) Moschus (real Musk) Calculus Bovis (real Cow Bezoar) (each separately ground, 1 liang...)
The above fifteen ingredients are ground together into a fine powder, mixed with honey and moistened with millet drink to form pills the size of chicken beans. For mild cases of sudden evil wind and five types of epilepsy, grind one pill in mint wine and take. Elderly patients take half a pill. For pediatric convulsions, children over ten years old divide one pill into four doses; children under four years old divide one pill into five doses; newborns divide one pill into seven doses. All should be taken with honey-water solution. If the patient suffers from stroke with stiff hair, face color like peach blossoms, closed mouth and eyes, sounds in the throat, oily sweat, or non-flowing sweat, frequent diarrhea, or bloody stool, these are all ominous signs, and medication should not be administered. Only if the mouth is clenched but the eyes are open will the medicine bring immediate recovery. In cases of strangling wind (Guan Yuan Feng), where there is throat obstruction and breathing is nearly stopped, urgently dissolve one pill and take with ginger and mint wine; it will be effective.
Shuang Wan Zi (Double Pill) Treats pediatric paralysis, all types of wind-phlegm and cold damage, and pediatric convulsions.

Mixed with refined honey to achieve appropriate consistency, then pounded on stone three hundred times, and stored in containers. Administer two pills per dose with mint tea. Adult pills are the size of white beans; pediatric pills are the size of mung beans. For acute onset, take three doses. For paralysis and stroke, mix 3 qian of Calomel with water, dissolve together with the medicine, and take. For pediatric convulsions, take with gold-silver mint tea.
