不拘时候。又治男子妇人虚劳发热咳嗽。新汲水一盏化下。其喘满痰嗽立止。又治男女语涩。舌强
。日进三服。食后温水化下。
【治痫疾】
川芎 防风 猪牙皂角 郁金
明矾（各一两） 蜈蚣（黄脚赤脚各一条）
上六味为细末。蒸饼丸如梧子大。空心茶清下十五丸。一月除根神验。
【神应丹】治诸痫。
好辰砂（不以多少）
上细研。猪心血和匀。以蒸饼裹剂蒸熟。就热取出。丸如桐子大。每服一丸。人参汤下。食
后临卧服。
【珠子辰砂丹】治风痫久不愈。
山药 人参 远志 防风 紫石英 茯神 虎骨 虎睛
龙齿 五味子 石菖蒲 丹参
细辛（各二钱半） 真珠末（四分） 辰砂（二钱。研。为衣）
上为末。面糊丸如桐子大。朱砂为衣。每服三五十丸。煎金银汤送下。日进三服。忌鱼肉湿面
动风之物。
【参朱丸】治风痫大有神效。
人参 蛤粉 朱砂（等分）
上三味。为末。 猪心血为丸。如桐子大。每服三十丸。煎金银汤下。食远。
【乌龙丸】治五风痫病
川乌 草乌 天仙子 五灵脂（各二两）
黑豆（一升）
上为末。水丸如桐子大。每服五七丸。温汤下。如中风。加附子半两。
【神应丹】治诸风心痫病。
狐肝（一具） 乌鸦（一只） 鸱枭（一个） 白矾（一两。生）

【坠痰丸】治风痫。
天南星（九蒸九曝）
上为末。姜汁丸桐子大。每服二十丸。人参汤下。菖蒲麦门冬汤亦得。治风痫及心风病。皂角
三挺。捶碎挪滤取汁。如稀糊。摊纸上曝干。取两叶如小钱大。用温浆水浸洗。下去纸。注于两鼻
内各一蚬子壳许。须臾涎下。咬筋沥涎尽。后用
赭石（生一两） 白矾（生。二两）
上为末。稀糊丸如桐子大。每服三十丸。冷水送下。无时。以效为度。
【琥珀寿星丸】（局方用南星一斤。朱砂二两。琥珀一两。无猪心血）
天南星一斤。掘坑深二尺。用炭火五斤。于坑内烧熟红。取出炭扫净。用好酒一升浇之。将南星趁
热下坑内。用盆急盖讫。泥壅合。经一宿开取出。再焙干为末。入
琥珀（四两末） 朱砂（一两。以一半为衣）
上为末和匀。猪心血三个。生姜汁打面糊。将心血和入药末。丸如桐子大。每服五十丸。煎人
参汤空心送下。日三服。
【法煮蓖麻子】治诸痫病。不问年深日近。
蓖麻子（取仁。二两） 黄连（一两。锉如豆大）
上用银石器内水一大碗。慢火熬。水尽即添水。熬三日两夜为度。取出黄连。只用蓖麻子仁。
风干。不得见日。用竹刀切。每个作四段。每服五粒。作二十段。荆芥汤下。食后。日二服。（服
蓖麻子者。终身忌食豆。若犯之则腹胀而死）

The above thirteen ingredients are ground into fine powder, mixed evenly, and formed into pills the size of a bullet using honey, coated with gold leaf. For chronic epilepsy, dissolve in warm water in winter, and in cool water in summer.
Take at any time. It also treats deficiency-labor fever and cough in men and women; dissolve one cup of freshly drawn cold water to take the pill, immediately stopping wheezing, chest fullness, and phlegm-cough. It also treats speech dysarthria and tongue stiffness in both men and women; take three times daily, dissolved in warm water after meals.

[Zhu Tan Wan (Phlegm-Dropping Pill)] Treats wind-epilepsy.
Tiannanxing (Arisaema Rhizome, steamed and dried nine times)
The above ingredient is ground into powder, formed into pills the size of sesame seeds using ginger juice. Take twenty pills per dose, administered with Ginseng Decoction; decoction of Shichangpu and Maimendong is also acceptable. To treat wind-epilepsy and heart-wind disease, take three stalks of Zaojiao (Soap Bean Pod), crush them, filter to extract juice like thin paste, spread on paper, dry in sun. Take two leaves the size of small coins, soak in warm grain water, remove paper, instill into each nostril about the volume of a clam shell. After a moment, saliva flows down; bite teeth tight to drain all saliva, then use:
Zheshi (Hematitum, raw 1 liang) Baifan (Alumen, raw, 2 liang)

[Hupo Shouxing Wan (Amber Longevity Star Pill)] (From *Ju Fang*: Tiannanxing 1 jin, Zhusha 2 liang, Hupo 1 liang, no pig heart blood)
Tiannanxing (Arisaema Rhizome, 1 jin). Dig a pit two chi deep, burn five jin of charcoal inside until red-hot. Remove charcoal and sweep clean. Pour one sheng of good wine onto it. While hot, put Tiannanxing into the pit, cover quickly with a basin, seal with mud. Leave overnight, then open and take out. Dry again and grind into powder. Add:
Hupo (Amber, 4 liang, powdered) Zhusha (Cinnabar, 1 liang, half used as coating)
Mix powders evenly. Use three pig heart juices, mix with wheat paste made from ginger juice. Incorporate heart blood into the powder, form into pills the size of sesame seeds. Take fifty pills per dose, administer on an empty stomach with Ginseng Decoction, three times daily.
[Fa Zhu Bimazi Method] Treats various epilepsies, regardless of duration.
Bimazi (Castor Seed Kernel, 2 liang) Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, 1 liang, cut into bean-sized pieces)
Place the above in a silver or ceramic vessel with one large bowl of water. Simmer slowly over low heat. Add water when exhausted. Boil for three days and two nights. Remove Huanglian, use only Bimazi kernels.
Dry in shade, do not expose to sun. Cut with bamboo knife, each kernel into four segments. Take five kernels per dose, making twenty segments total. Administer with Jingjie (Schizonepeta Decoction), after meals, twice daily. (Those taking Bimazi must avoid beans for life; violation causes abdominal distension and death.)
