治子死腹中 用珍珠二两，为末，酒调下。
又方 用好黄明乳香，端午日午时或除夜收，猪心血和丸如鸡头大，以红绢袋盛，挂门
上。有患者，令酒磨下一丸。
又方 用榆白皮浓煮汁，服二升即下，或母病欲下胎，亦服之。
又方 用葵子末，酒调方寸匕，若口噤，斡开灌之，药下即活。
又方 用伏龙肝二钱，水调下，土在头上戴出。
又方 用益母草一握，捣绞汁，服之即下。
又方 用朱砂一两，以水煮数沸，为末，酒调服立出。
又方 用大豆三升醋煮浓汁三升顿服，母欲闷绝者，亦立瘥。
又方 用 砂、当归各一两，研极细，分作二服，温酒调下，如重车行五里，不下，再

又方 用麝香半钱别研，官桂三钱为末，和匀只作一服，温酒调下，死胎即出。

六钱，立愈。
又方 用蒺藜子、贝母等分为末。每服三钱，米饮调下，难产胎水不下并宜服。
又方 用朴硝二钱为末，童便调下。
又方 先用平胃散一贴作二服，每服酒水各一盏，煎至一盏，投朴硝末，再煎沸，去滓
温服，其胎即化为血水而下。
治胎衣不下 用灶心土一撮研细，酒调服。
又方 用蓖麻子十四粒，去壳捣烂，以少白面和成膏，贴足心，衣下即洗去；如肠出，
即以此药涂顶心，回肠神效。
又方 用最初洗儿汤一盏与服，莫令知。
又方 用灶下土一寸，醋调内脐中；服甘草汤一盏，即下。
又方 用花蕊石一两，硫黄四两 ，为末。童便热调一钱服立效。败血不尽，恶血奔心，

Formulas for treating fetal death in the uterus:
Use 2 liang of Zhenzhu (Pearl), grind into powder, and take with wine.
Another formula: Select high-quality Huangming Ruxiang (Yellow-bright Frankincense), collected at noon on the Dragon Boat Festival or on New Year's Eve. Another formula: Decoct Yu Bai Pi (Celtis Sinensis Bark) thickly to obtain the juice. Drink 2 sheng; the dead fetus will be expelled. This can also be used if the mother is ill and wishes to induce labor.
Another formula: Use Kui Zi Mo (Abutilon Seed Powder). Measure one cun bi (a square inch measure) and mix with wine. If the patient has trismus (lockjaw), pry open the mouth and administer the medicine. Once the medicine takes effect, the fetus will be expelled.
Another formula: Use 2 qian of Fulonggan (Dragon's House Earth / Stove Heart Earth). Mix with water and take orally. (Note: The text metaphorically suggests "earth wearing out from the top," implying a specific directional or elemental action to expel the fetus).

Another formula: Use 3 sheng of Da Dou (Soybean). Boil thickly with vinegar until 3 sheng of concentrated juice remains. Take all at once. If the mother is fainting or near death due to distress, she will recover immediately after taking this.
Another formula: Use 1 liang of Naosha (Ammonium Chloride) and 1 liang of Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root). Grind extremely fine. Divide into two doses. Take each dose mixed with warm wine. If the sensation feels like a heavy cart moving five li and the fetus is not expelled, take another dose.
Another formula: Use 0.5 qian of Shexiang (Musk), ground separately. Mix with 3 qian of Guanzi Rou (Cassia Twig) powder. Combine evenly for a single dose. Take mixed with warm wine. The dead fetus will be expelled.
For treating retained dead fetus where the woman smells like feces from her mouth, lips are cyanotic, cold breath comes from the mouth, and fingernails are blue: Use Gualou Gen (Trichosanthes Root) ground into powder. Mix with Ni Liu Shui (Reverse-flowing Water) and take 5-6 qian. Recovery will be immediate.
Another formula: Use Jili Zi (Tribulus Fruit) and Bei Mu (Fritillaria Bulb) in equal parts, ground into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with rice drink. Suitable for difficult labor and retention of amniotic fluid.
Another formula: Use 2 qian of Poxiao (Mirabilite), ground into powder. Mix with Tongbian (Child's Urine) and take.
Another formula: First use Pingwei San (Peaceful Stomach Powder) as one packet, divided into two doses. For each dose, add one zhan of wine and one zhan of water. Decoct until one zhan remains. Add Poxiao powder, boil again, filter dregs, and take warm. The dead fetus will transform into bloody water and be expelled.
Formulas for treating retained placenta (Taiyi):
Take a pinch of Zaoshen Tu (Stove Heart Earth), grind finely, mix with wine, and take.
Another formula: Use 14 Bi Ma Zi (Castor Bean Seeds). Remove shells, crush into a paste. Mix with a small amount of white flour to form a paste. Apply to Yongquan (Kidney 1, sole of the foot). Wash off immediately after the placenta is expelled. If uterine prolapse occurs, apply this medicine to Baihui (Governing Vessel 20, vertex of the head); it is miraculously effective in reducing the prolapse.
Another formula: Give the patient one zhan of the first bathwater used for washing the newborn to drink. Do not let the patient know what it is.
Another formula: Take 1 cun of Zaoxia Tu (Earth from under the stove). Mix with vinegar and insert into the navel. Simultaneously drink one zhan of Gancao Tang (Licorice Decoction). The placenta will be expelled.
Another formula: Use 1 liang of Huarui Shi (Rosa Roxburghii Stone / Flower Nectar Stone) and 4 liang of Liuhuang (Sulfur). Grind into powder. Mix 1 qian with hot Tongbian (Child's Urine) and take. Immediate effect. (Text cuts off regarding residual lochia and evil blood rushing to the heart).
