治脱肛 用梁上倒挂尘、鼠粪，桶内烧烟熏之。
又方 用锻石炒热，以故帛裹，坐其上，冷即易之。
又方 用死鳖头一个烧灰为末，敷肛上，手按之。
又方 用绿桑螺烧灰，猪脂和敷立缩；亦可生作末敷。已上俱先用白矾、葱、椒煎汤浴
洗，拭干敷。
又方 用女萎切作片，烧熏之。
又方 用枳实石上磨光，着柄蜜涂炙暖，更易熨肛，缩即止。
又方 用 皮一个烧存性，磁石 等分，桂心各半两，为末。每服二钱，空心米饮调下。
治妇人阴脱，加鳖头一枚烧灰研入。
又方 用香附子、荆芥穗等分为末。每服三匙，水一碗半；煎热淋洗。
又方 用五倍子为末，每用三钱，入白矾一块，水二碗，煎洗立效。
又方 用木贼烧存性，为末，糁肛门上，按入即愈。
又方 用浮萍为末，干贴患处。
又方 用槐花、槐角等分炒黄，为末，以羊血蘸药炙热食之，以酒送下；或以猪膘去皮
蘸药炙服亦可。
又方 用紫背蕺一握又名鱼腥草研如泥。先用朴硝水洗净肛门，用芭蕉叶托入，却用药
于臀下贴坐，自然收入。
治谷道赤肿 用杏仁熬作膏敷之。
治脱肛 用卷柏为末，干敷之自上。
又方 用甑带烧灰为末，敷之亦妙。
又方 用蔓陀罗花子连壳一对，橡碗十六个捣碎，水煎三五沸，入朴硝，热洗，其肛自
上。
治脱肛痔漏 用胡荽子一升，粟糠半升，乳香少许，和匀。先泥成炉子，上留一小眼，
可抵肛门大小，将药于炉内烧之，以肛门对炉眼熏炙则愈。
Treatment for rectal prolapse: Use dust hanging upside down from the beam and mouse feces, burn them in a bucket to generate smoke for fumigation.
Another prescription: Use calcined stone (Duan Shi) heated by stir-frying, wrap it in old cloth, sit on it, and replace when cool.
Another prescription: Use one dead softshell turtle head, burn to ash, grind into powder, apply to the anus, and press with hand.
Another prescription: Use green mulberry insect case (Lv Sang Piao Xiao), burn to ash, mix with lard (Zhu Zhi) for application; or use raw material ground into powder for direct application. All above methods should first be washed with a decoction of alum (Bai Fan), scallion (Cong), and Sichuan pepper (Jiao), dried, and then medicated.
Another prescription: Use Anemarrhena asphodeloides (Nv Wei) sliced, burn for fumigation.
Another prescription: Use Immature Bitter Orange (Zhi Shi) polished on a stone, coated with honey and roasted warm, repeatedly ironing the anus until retraction occurs, then stop.
Another prescription: Use [missing herb] peel, one piece, burnt to retain its nature; Magnetitum (Ci Shi) [missing dosage] in equal parts; Cinnamon Heart (Gui Xin), half tael each. Grind into powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with rice water on an empty stomach. For treatment of uterine prolapse in women, add one softshell turtle head burnt to ash and ground.
Another prescription: Use Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiang Fu) and Schizonepeta Spike (Jing Jie Sui) in equal parts, grind into powder. Take three spoons per dose, with one and a half bowls of water; boil hot and wash the affected area.
Another prescription: Use Chinese Gall (Wu Bei Zi) ground into powder, use three qian each time, add a piece of alum, two bowls of water, boil and wash for immediate effect.
Another prescription: Use Equisetum hiemale (Mu Zei) burnt to retain its nature, grind into powder, sprinkle on the anus, press in by hand for cure.
Another prescription: Use Lemna minor (Fu Ping) ground into powder, dry apply to the affected area.
Another prescription: Use Sophora Flower (Huai Hua) and Sophora Fruit (Huai Jiao) in equal parts, stir-fry until yellow, grind into powder. Dip medicine in sheep blood, roast hot and eat, send down with wine; or dip medicine in pork fat (without skin), roast and take orally.
Another prescription: Use Houttuynia cordata (Zi Bei Ji / Yu Xing Cao), one handful, grind into paste. First wash the anus with Natrii Sulfas solution (Piao Xiao Shui), support the prolapsed part with banana leaf, then apply the medicine under the buttocks while sitting, allowing natural reduction.
Treatment for anal redness and swelling: Use Almond (Xing Ren) boiled into ointment for application.
Treatment for rectal prolapse: Use Selaginella tamariscina (Juan Bai) ground into powder, dry apply above the prolapsed part.
Another prescription: Use band from steamer (Zeng Dai) burnt to ash, ground into powder, apply; also effective.
Another prescription: Use Datura Metel seed with shell, one pair; Oak gall (Xiang Wan), sixteen pieces, crush together, decoct in water for three to five boils, add Natrii Sulfas (Piao Xiao), wash while hot, the anus will naturally retract.
Treatment for rectal prolapse with hemorrhoids and fistula: Use Coriander Seed (Hu Sui Zi), one sheng; Millet bran (Su Kang), half sheng; Frankincense (Ru Xiang), a small amount, mix evenly. First make a mud stove, leave a small hole on top, size suitable for the anus, place medicine inside the stove to burn, fumigate and roast the anus against the stove hole for cure.
