Wrap tightly in wet paper, bind securely with hemp rope, then coat thickly with cooked yellow mud to seal and dry. Roast slowly using bran fire until cooked. Remove scales, spines, and bones. Mix the meat with powder from Pingwei San (Calm the Stomach Powder) from *Ju Fang*, pound and mix to form pills the size of *Celastrus orbiculatus* seeds (Wutongzi). Dry in the sun for storage, ensuring no air leakage. Take 30 pills per dose, swallowed with rice water on an empty stomach.
