The formula from *Tu Jing*: Most widely used for treating sores and rashes, it can also treat leprosy-like conditions. The method involves taking five jin of *Sophorae Radix* (Kushen), cutting them into pieces, and soaking them in three dou of fine wine for twenty days. Drink one he each time, without interruption daily. If numbness is felt, the condition will improve.
Another formula: Treats severe wind disease, promoting eyebrow regrowth. Use nine steamed and nine sun-dried leaves of *Platycladi Cacumen* (Cebaiye), sifted into powder, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills each time, washed down with warm boiled water. Take twice a day and once at night.
Yet another formula: Treats wind-leprosy causing pulling pain in the hypochondrium, vomiting upon onset, and tinnitus like cicada chirping. Use *Asparagi Radix* (Tianmendong) pounded into powder. Take three qian each time, mixed with wine, taken long after meals. Long-term use by humans can also prolong life.
Vitiligo refers to the skin on the face, neck, body, and limbs turning white, differing from normal flesh color, without itching or pain, hence called Vitiligo. This arises from wind pathogen clashing within the skin, leading to disharmony of Qi and Blood. Purple vitiligo often occurs on the limbs or body, presenting as purple nodules resembling red bean carbuncles. This results from the stagnation and accumulation of wind-heat. The treatment method for both red and white vitiligo uses the same formula.
Zhui Feng San: Treats red and white vitiligo.
*Cyperi Rhizoma* (Cangzhu) (soaked in rice wash water, dried by roasting), *Sophorae Radix* (Kushen), *Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata* (Heshouwu), *Schizonepetae Spica* (Jingjiesui) (equal parts).
Grind the above into powder. Take three jin of *Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus* (Zaojiao), remove the peel, and boil into a paste in a porcelain vessel. Mix with the powder to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Alternatively, take fifty to sixty pills, washed down with good wine on an empty stomach.
Jiajian Dazao Kushen Wan (Formula see Li Feng section).
Huma San (Formula see Feng Zhen section).
Both formulas are effective for treating vitiligo.
Wu She Jin Jiu Fang: Treats purple and white vitiligo.
*Agkistrodon* (Wushe) (six liang, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted until slightly yellow), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng), *Cinnamomi Cortex* (Guixin) (two liang each), *Tribuli Fructus* (Bajili) (stir-fried, pounded to remove spines, two liang), *Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix* (Niuxi), *Aurantii Fructus Immaturus* (Zhike) (bran-fried), *Gastrodiae Rhizoma* (Tianma), *Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix* (Qianghuo) (three liang each), *Acanthopanacis Cortex* (Wujiaopi) (two liang), *Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata* (Shudihuang) (four liang).
Chop the ingredients finely, place in a raw silk bag, and soak in two dou of unadulterated wine in a porcelain jar. Seal tightly and open after seven days. Warm and drink one small cup twice daily. Avoid fish, chicken, pork, goose, and fried foods.
Si Shen San: Treats purple and white vitiligo.
*Realgar* (Xionghuang), *Sulfur* (Liuhuang), *Orpiment* (Cihuang), *Alumen* (Baifan).
Grind equal parts into fine powder. When using, bathe to induce sweating over the whole body, then rub the affected area with ginger dipped in the powder. After some time, wash with hot water. The color lightens on the same day, and the root cause is eliminated in five days.
Canger Wan: Treats various wind urticaria, purple and white vitiligo.
Collect *Xanthii Folium* (Cangerziye) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, wash clean, dry in the sun, and pound into powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take ten pills each time, three times a day. If there are areas on the body affected by wind, or spots like hemp or bean grains, this indicates the expulsion of wind toxin; they can be pricked with needles until yellow fluid drains out, then healing occurs.
Cao Ling Dan: Treats all wind sores, urticaria, gout, and wind bi syndrome.
Harvest *Spirodelae Herba* (Zuibei Fuping), spread on a bamboo sieve with water underneath, dry in the sun, and grind into fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill each time, dissolved in black vinegar and wine. It also treats general paralysis caused by foot trauma.
Qi Zhen Tang: Treats vitiligo. (Formula see Li Feng section).
Zhu Feng Ying Xiao Jiu: Treats various wind conditions including purple and white types. (Formula see Li Jie Feng section).
Ba Bai Wan: Treats all black and white spots, various sores and rashes, improving facial complexion.

*Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma* (Gansong), *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Ben), *Crataegi Fructus* (Shanzha), *Stirpe Oryzae Sativae* (Dofen), Eagle strip (Ying Tiao - obscure term, retained as per source), *Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus* (Zhuya Zaojiao) (one liang each), *Camelliae Semen* (Ercha) (three qian), *Calomel* (Qingfen) (three qian), *Camphora* (Zhangnao) (five qian), *Lithargyrum* (Mituo Seng) (five qian), *Pancreas Porcinum* (Zhu Yi) (three liang, membrane removed), *Sapo Vegetabile* (Feizao) (boiled dry, inner and outer筋皮 removed).
Grind all into powder. First, pound the soap until mushy. Mix with egg white, pancreas, and refined honey. Then add the powdered herbs and knead into pills the size of bullets. Wash and rub the affected area three times daily.
