Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, 1 jin, remove hairs; 4 liang processed with wine, 4 liang processed with child's urine, 4 liang processed with ginger juice, 4 liang processed with salt water; each method soaked for seven days) Wuyao (Linderae Radix, 0.5 jin, stir-fried) Grind the above herbs into fine powder together. Use rice flour and rice vinegar to make a paste as a binder to form pills, size similar to paulownia seeds. Take 3 qian per dose. Administer with decoction of Zelan Ye (Lycii Cortex, specifically the leaf). For obese individuals, take on an empty stomach with salted wine.
If menstrual irregularity occurs, two to three days before menstruation, accompanied by lower back pain, use Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) stir-fried with wine as a guiding drug. Take for forty days. Significant efficacy will be observed, the effect is miraculous and indescribable.
Take one rooster, boil until cooked, remove the meat, and retain one complete set of bones (including beak and claws, without omission). Add Tongbian (Child's Urine), Shengjiang Zhi (Ginger Juice), and Gao Cu (Strong Vinegar), three zhong each. Place the bones in a clay pot or on a new tile, and roast over low heat. Gradually sprinkle the three juices onto the bones, reserving half of the remaining juice to crush the bones. Then add 1 liang of Xiangfu Mi (Cyperi Rhizoma grain), and roast again with the bones. Continuously sprinkle the three juices while roasting. Wait until the bones become crisp, discard the Xiangfu, grind the bones into fine powder, divide into three doses, and take mixed with yellow wine. After one dose, sweating occurs; after three doses, menstruation begins. The efficacy is extremely divine.
Chen Lianfang (a specific preparation or person associated with processing, likely referring to a specific method or herb processed by Chen Lianfang, context implies a substance processed by charring to retain efficacy) charred to retain its nature, ground into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, administered with hot wine.
A pomegranate that grows upwards (Chaotian), with absolutely no minor damage. Pick one branch including the stem and calyx. Use one new clay pot and one new wooden spoon. Use ten jin of dark, strong aged vinegar (at least ten years old, the older the better). Gradually put the pomegranates into the pot to boil. Rub and roll the pomegranates with the bottom of the spoon until the skin breaks down. When the vinegar is exhausted, simmer until it becomes black like glue, and the pomegranate residue completely dissolves into a paste. Remove from heat. Prepare sheep blood that has coagulated into blocks in advance, place in a porcelain vessel. Use a gold or silver bamboo skewer to pick up a piece of blood and drip it onto the pomegranate paste. The paste immediately penetrates to the bottom of the blood and turns into water, verifying the medicinal power. If sheep blood is unavailable, pig blood can also be used for verification. Gradually dissolve the blood with wine, take any amount. Dissolving with boiling water for administration is also acceptable.
Note: Pomegranates are heavy in nature, and those with mouths hanging downwards are common; those growing upwards (Chaotian) are extremely rare. This is the unique aspect of this prescription. The reason for using pomegranates here is beyond comprehension.
