Commentary states: Regarding blood stasis in the abdomen caused by trauma and fractures, it results from falling from heights or being knocked down and bumped. This causes Qi and Blood to leave their meridians and fail to circulate and disperse, leading to stasis accumulating in the abdomen. It is urgent to use purgative methods to evacuate it; if delayed, the stasis will gradually worsen, causing the body to become dry and emaciated, with a complexion lacking luster and moisture. Over time, this may transform into Wei syndrome (flaccidity), exhaustion, or Xue Jia (abdominal masses).
