Discourse states: When a pregnant woman experiences dribbling and incomplete emptying of urine, it is termed "Zi Lin" (Subling/Urinary Distress in Pregnancy). This condition arises from Kidney deficiency combined with pathogenic heat invading the Bladder meridian, resulting in reduced urine volume but frequent urination, along with astringency and pain in the urinary pathway. Pain radiating to the umbilicus is a characteristic sign of this disease.
Shixie San (Stone Crab Powder) for treating Zi Lin during pregnancy, characterized by frequent day-and-night urination with astringency and pain:
Shixie (Crushed, one piece), Ruxiang (Frankincense, 1 fen), Huashi (Talcum, 1 liang 5 qian).
The above three ingredients are finely ground into a powder. Each dose consists of 1 qianbi (approx. 3-5g), taken orally mixed with a decoction of Dengxincao (Juncus effusus/Stem of Juncus).
Hai Ge Tang (Clam Shell Decoction) for treating Zi Lin during pregnancy:

Baizhi San (Angelica Dahurica Powder) for treating Zi Lin during pregnancy with frequent, astringent, and painful urination:
Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 3 fen), Yujin (Curcumae Radix), Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin, roasted/dried), Huashi (Talcum, each 1 liang).
The above four ingredients are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Each dose consists of 2 qianbi, taken orally mixed with a decoction of Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus/White part of Scallion).
Shiwei Tang (Pyrosia Leaf Decoction) for treating frequent urination with astringency and pain during pregnancy:
Shiwei (Pyrrosiae Folium/Hairy Fern Leaf, hairs removed), Yubaipi (Cortex Ulmi Alatae/Bark of Elm, cut, each 1 liang), Huashi (Talcum, 2 liang).
The above three ingredients are coarsely crushed and sieved. Each dose consists of 3 qianbi, boiled in one sheng of water with two cun of Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus/White part of Scallion) and two slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Fresh/Fresh Ginger) until reduced to 60%. The above seven ingredients are coarsely crushed and sieved. Each dose consists of 3 qianbi, boiled in 1.5 sheng of water with a piece of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Fresh/Fresh Ginger) the size of a date (crushed) until reduced to 80%. Strain and take warm.

The above five ingredients: Crush and sieve Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma/Ginseng root), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis/Caulis Akebiae), and Suogen (Cyperi Rhizoma/Cyperus rotundus rhizome - inferred from 'Suocaogen' typo in source likely referring to Cyperi Rhizoma or similar aromatic root often paired, though text says 'Suocaogen', standard texts often use Cyperi Rhizoma or similar; sticking to literal 'Suocaogen' implies a specific root, likely Cyperi Rhizoma/Cyperus Rotundus Rhizome in this context of Qi regulation) into a fine powder. Mix thoroughly with Haijinsha (Lygodii Spora/Lygodium spores) and Qingyan (Halitum/Salt). Each dose consists of 2 qianbi, taken orally on an empty stomach mixed with wine or rice drink.
