论曰牝痔者，由热居肺经，传注大肠，又大肠久虚，风热留滞，故令肛边生疮而出血也
，此皆酒食过度，毒瓦斯攻注所为，故又谓之酒痔。
治风气稽留下部，结成牝痔，生疮下血肿痛。槟榔散方

上八味，捣罗为细末，用粟米粥和丸，梧桐子大。每服十五丸，肠风下血，腊茶下，五
痔，煎薤白汤下，血 ，煎铁屑汤下，空腹服。
治牝痔下血。黄连散方
黄连（去须二两） 陈曲（一两）
上二味，捣罗为细散，每服一钱匕，入蜜少许，温水调服、日三。
治牝痔下血不止。白矾丸方
白矾（炭火烧令汁尽候冷研为末一两） 黄 （细锉） 枳实（去瓤麸炒各二两）
上三味。先捣罗黄 枳实为细末，入矾末拌匀。炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。每服二十丸，
温酒下，加至三十丸、日再。
治嗜欲失节，或醉饱过度，肛门肿痛，生痔下血。露蜂房煎方
露蜂房 槐皮（各三两） 楝实（五十枚） 桃仁（去皮尖双仁五十枚） 白芷（二两）
赤小
上七味，除猪脂外锉碎，以醋半升拌一宿，先熬脂令沸，下诸药，煎候白芷赤黑色，
绵绞去滓，瓷合盛，空心温酒调下一枣许大，晚再服，更以绵裹如枣核大，纳下部中，日
二换即瘥。
治牝痔下血。艾叶散方
艾叶（炒黄半两） 黄 （细锉一两半） 龙骨 地榆 枳实（去瓤麸炒） 白芍药 熟

上七味，捣罗为细散，每服三钱匕，水一盏，煎取六分，去滓食前温服。
治风毒痔疮，肿痛出血，名牝痔者。乳香散方

研，每服二钱匕，用胡桃肉一枚细研，以酒半盏，入药同调服，空心食前。

上五味，捣罗为细散，每服食前，以粥饮调下二钱匕。
治牝痔及一切内外痔疮，疼痛不可忍者。栝蒌麝香散方
栝蒌（新黄大者一枚）
上一味，以刀开下顶子，不去瓤，选不 皂荚子填满，却取开下顶子盖，别用纸筋泥
固济，约三指浓，以炭火簇合烧令红，放一地坑内，出火毒一宿，取出入麝香末一钱。研令
极细，入瓷合盛，每服一钱匕，米饮调下，温酒亦得，服一剂，永除根本。
治牝痔下血，肛边生疮。百宝丸方
枳实（去瓤麸炒一两）
上一味，捣罗为细末，炼蜜和丸，分作二十五丸，与后散药同服。
治牝痔。百宝散方
皂荚（不 者四梃烧灰去皂子不用研为末入麝香半钱同研） 皂荚刺针（生杵为末）
上二味，取皂荚末抄一钱匕，入皂荚刺针末半钱匕，以水一盏，同煎至七分，放温服，
发痛时，嚼百宝丸一丸，以此散送下。
治牝痔下血，日久不止。皂荚子散方
皂荚子仁（一百枚麸炒黄） 槐蛾（炙） 牛角尖屑（炒） 露蜂房（炒各一两）
上四味，捣罗为细散，每服二钱匕，粥饮调下。
治牝痔生疮，肿痛有血。嘉谷散方
陈粟米（炒焦半升）
上一味为细末，每服一钱匕，空心白汤点下，次服藤子散。
治牝痔。藤子散方
藤子（一枚） 鸡冠花（一两） 鲮鲤甲鳞（七片）
上三味，都入藏瓶内，盐泥固济，留一小眼子，用炭火烧烟绝为度，入麝香少许，同研
细，每服一钱匕，温酒调下，日三，不拘时候，与前药相间服。
治牝痔肛边生疮，下血不止。地榆汤方
地榆（锉） 黄 （细锉） 枳壳（去瓤麸炒） 槟榔（锉） 当归（切焙） 黄芩（去

上七味，粗捣筛，每服四钱匕，以水一盏，煎取七分，去滓食前温服。
治牝痔生疮熏洗。谷精汤方
谷精草 白矾 荆芥（穗） 臭橘（各半两）
上四味同锉碎，用水三升，煎五七沸去滓，乘热先熏，候温和洗之。
治牝痔，淋洗。白矾汤洗方
白矾（火上烧枯一两）
上一味，研为末，每用半钱匕，沸汤浸，如人体温淋洗。

The above twelve ingredients are crushed, sifted into a fine powder. Take two qianbi per dose, mixed with warm wine, at any time, three times daily.
To treat bleeding from Pin hemorrhoids. Huangqi Wan Formula:
Astragalus Root (Huangqi) (finely cut), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi) (remove pulp, stir-fried with bran, each three liang), Black Snake (Wushe) (soaked in wine, roasted, skin and bones removed), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) (cut and dried), Red Kaolin (Chishizhi).
The above six ingredients are crushed, sifted into a fine powder, and mixed with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take twenty pills per dose, with wine on an empty stomach, twice daily.
To treat Pin hemorrhoids, with sores at the anal margin, swelling, pain, and bleeding. Ruxiang Wan Formula:
Frankincense (Ruxiang) (ground), Blister Beetle (Yuanqing) (stir-fried with bran), Pinellia Seed/Beetle? Take on an empty stomach.
To treat bleeding from Pin hemorrhoids. Huanglian San Formula:
Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian) (remove roots, two liang), Aged Qu (Chenqu) (one liang).
The above two ingredients are crushed, sifted into a fine powder. Take one qianbi per dose, add a little honey, mix with warm water, three times daily.
To treat persistent bleeding from Pin hemorrhoids. Baijian Wan Formula:
Alum (Baijian) (burned in charcoal fire until juices are exhausted, cooled and ground to powder, one liang), Astragalus Root (Huangqi) (finely cut), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi) (remove pulp, stir-fried with bran, each two liang).
The above three ingredients. First crush and sift Huangqi and Zhishi into a fine powder, mix in the Baijian powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take twenty pills per dose, with warm wine. Dosage can be increased to thirty pills, twice daily.
To treat irregular sexual desire or overindulgence in food and drink, leading to anal swelling, pain, hemorrhoids, and bleeding. Lufengfang Jian Formula:
Honeycomb (Lufengfang), Sophora Bark (Huai Pi) (each three liang), Chinaberry Fruit (Lianshi) (50 pieces), Peach Kernel (Taoren) (skin and tip removed, double-kernel ones, 50 pieces), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi) (two liang), Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou).
The above seven ingredients, except for lard, are crushed. Soak in half sheng of vinegar overnight. First boil the lard until bubbling, add the herbs, and simmer until Baizhi turns dark red/black. Strain through silk cloth, remove dregs, store in a porcelain jar. Take a date-pit-sized amount mixed with warm wine on an empty stomach, and again in the evening. Additionally, wrap a date-pit-sized portion in silk cloth and insert into the anus, changing twice daily until cured.
To treat bleeding from Pin hemorrhoids. Aiye San Formula:
Mugwort Leaf (Aiye) (stir-fried until yellow, half liang), Astragalus Root (Huangqi) (finely cut, one and a half liang), Dragon Bone (Longgu), Sanguisorba Root (Diyu), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi) (remove pulp, stir-fried with bran), White Peony Root (Baishaoyao), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang).
The above seven ingredients are crushed, sifted into a fine powder. Take three qianbi per dose, with one zhan of water, decoct to obtain six fen, remove dregs, and take warm before meals.
To treat wind-toxic hemorrhoids, with swelling, pain, and bleeding, named Pin hemorrhoids. Ruxiang San Formula:
Frankincense (Ruxiang), Pig Tooth Soap Pod (Zhuyazaojia), Pangolin Scales (Linglijia) (each one liang), Bamboo Leaf (Ruoye) (remove stiff stems and heads, four liang), Yellow Ox Horn Tip (Huangniu Jiaojian) (a pair, approx. two cun long).
The above six ingredients are placed in a clay pot, sealed with salt mud, dried, and calcined with ten jin of charcoal fire until blue flames appear. Remove, cool, and grind finely. Take two qianbi per dose, mix with one finely ground walnut kernel and half zhan of wine, take on an empty stomach before meals.
To treat persistent bleeding and pain from Pin hemorrhoids. Chun Gen San Formula:
Ailanthus Root (Chou Chungen) (crushed), Sanguisorba Root (Diyu) (crushed), Astragalus Root (Huangqi) (crushed), Long Gu Earth (Fulonggan) (ground, each one liang), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) (cut and dried, three qian).
The above five ingredients are crushed, sifted into a fine powder. Take two qianbi before meals, mixed with rice drink.
To treat Pin hemorrhoids and all internal/external hemorrhoids with unbearable pain. Gualou Shexiang San Formula:
Trichosanthes Fruit (Gualou) (one large, fresh and yellow).
Cut open the bottom cap of this single ingredient without removing the pulp. Fill tightly with non-curved Soap Pod seeds. Replace the cap. Seal with paper-noodle mud, approx. three fingers thick. Calcine in a cluster of charcoal fire until red hot. Place in a pit in the ground to remove fire toxicity overnight. Remove, add one qian of Musk (Shexiang) powder, grind extremely fine, store in a porcelain jar. Take one qianbi per dose, mixed with rice drink (warm wine is acceptable). One dose permanently removes the root cause.
To treat bleeding from Pin hemorrhoids and sores at the anal margin. Baibao Wan Formula:
Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi) (remove pulp, stir-fried with bran, one liang).
Crush and sift this single ingredient into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills, divide into twenty-five pills. Take together with the following San medicine.
To treat Pin hemorrhoids. Baibao San Formula:
Soap Pods (Zaojia) (four straight pods, burned to ash, seeds removed, ground to powder, mixed with half qian of Musk and ground together), Soap Pod Spines (Zaojia Cizhen) (raw, pounded to powder).
Take one qianbi of the Soap Pod powder and half qianbi of the Spine powder. Decoct with one zhan of water until reduced to seven fen. Take when warm. When pain attacks, chew one Baibao Wan pill and swallow with this San.
To treat persistent bleeding from Pin hemorrhoids over a long period. Zaojiazi San Formula:
Soap Pod Kernels (Zaojiazi Ren) (100 pieces, stir-fried with bran until yellow), Moth of Sophora (Huai'e) (roasted), Horn Tip Dust (Niujiaoxian Xie) (stir-fried), Honeycomb (Lufengfang) (stir-fried, each one liang).
The above four ingredients are crushed, sifted into a fine powder. Take two qianbi per dose, mixed with rice drink.
To treat sores from Pin hemorrhoids, with swelling, pain, and blood. Jiagu San Formula:
Old Millet (Chensumi) (stir-fried until scorched, half sheng).
Grind this single ingredient into a fine powder. Take one qianbi on an empty stomach with plain boiled water, followed by Tengzi San.
To treat Pin hemorrhoids. Tengzi San Formula:
Tengzi (one piece), Cockspur Flower (Jiguanhua) (one liang), Pangolin Scale Scales (Linglijia Lin) (seven pieces).
Place the above three ingredients in a sealed bottle, seal with salt mud leaving a small hole. Burn with charcoal fire until smoke ceases. Add a small amount of Musk, grind finely. Take one qianbi per dose, mixed with warm wine, three times daily, at any time. Alternate with previous medicines.
To treat sores at the anal margin from Pin hemorrhoids with persistent bleeding. Diyutang Formula:
Sanguisorba Root (Diyu) (crushed), Astragalus Root (Huangqi) (finely cut), Bitter Orange (Zhiqiao) (remove pulp, stir-fried with bran), Areca Seed (Binglang) (crushed), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) (cut and dried), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin) (remove black heart), Red Kaolin (Chishizhi).
The above seven ingredients are coarsely crushed and sieved. Take four qianbi per dose, with one zhan of water, decoct to seven fen, remove dregs, and take warm before meals.
To treat fumigation and washing for sores from Pin hemorrhoids. Gujing Tang Formula:
Pearl Flower Grass (Gujingcao), Alum (Baijian), Schizonepeta (Jingjie) (with spikes), Stinking Citrus (Chouju) (each half liang).
Crush the above four ingredients together. Use three sheng of water, boil for five to seven boils, remove dregs. Fumigate while hot, then wash when temperature is moderate.
To treat Pin hemorrhoids with irrigation/washing. Baijian Tang Wash Formula:
Alum (Baijian) (burned on fire until charred, one liang).
Grind this single ingredient to powder. Use half qianbi per application, soak in boiling water, and irrigate/wash at body temperature.
