以水二石五斗，煮取一大斗半，去滓，澄滤令净，取好醇酒五升和煎，令如饧，每服一合，
消息为度，不知则加之。
又方 治月经不通结瘕，腹大如瓮，短气欲死方∶

The above nineteen ingredients are ground into powder, mixed with honey to form pills the size of a wutong seed. Take seven pills orally with wine on an empty stomach daily. If the effect is insufficient, increase the dosage; administer three times a day.

The above twenty-four ingredients are chopped, soaked in four dou of wine divided into two urns for seven days. Combine the contents into one urn, stir to mix well, then divide into four urns. Initially take 2 he, twice a day, gradually increasing to 3-4 he.
Formula for treating intra-abdominal accumulations, false distension with borborygmus (rumbling sounds like thunder), heaviness in the four limbs, and amenorrhea; also treats male diseases. Take highland *Huzhang Gen* (Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix), finely cut, 2 hu. Boil in 2.5 shi of water until reduced to 1.5 dou. Remove dregs, clarify and filter until clean. Mix with 5 sheng of fine mellow wine and decoct until it resembles maltose syrup. Take 1 he per dose, adjusting according to condition; if ineffective, increase the dose.
Another formula: For treating amenorrhea with mass formation, abdomen enlarged like a jar, shortness of breath approaching death:
