Cnidii Fructus (Chuanshuizi), Dodder Seed (Tusizi), Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Morinda Officinalis Radix (Baji), Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong), and Cistanche Stem (Rongcong) in equal parts.
Grind the above eight herbs into fine powder, take one Fangcunbi (a traditional Chinese measuring spoon equivalent to approximately 2-3 grams) with wine, twice daily. Do not take if abstaining from sexual activity.
