Treats evil wind and toxic qi invasion, weakness in the lower limbs, stubborn numbness and bi-syndrome (painful obstruction syndrome), loss of sensation in the four limbs, aphonia (loss of voice) with inability to speak, and toxic qi rushing to the heart. If a patient suffers from these conditions, provided their symptoms match the description, they should take this first prescription; subsequently, take the second, third, and fourth prescriptions in order.

The above fourteen ingredients are cut into small pieces, combined with nine sheng of water and two sheng of clear wine, and decocted until two and a half sheng remain. For weakness in the lower limbs, it is strictly forbidden to consume Lagenaria siceraria (Huizi, 瓠子) and Houttuynia cordata (Jicai, 蕺菜); violating this prohibition will result in incurable illness for life.
Also treats various forms of qi-reversal cough and vomiting due to rebellious qi.

The above thirteen ingredients are cut into small pieces, combined with nine sheng of water and three sheng of clear wine, and decocted until three and a half sheng remain. Divide into four doses. The interval between each dose should be equivalent to the time it takes a person to walk twenty li. Continue taking the medicine.
