The indicators are shifting from chronic to acute characteristics. In Western medicine, this is a sign of death; in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is a sign of vitality. The key to transformation lies in the treatment method. Change to the following prescription:

Thank you, Cihang Guangji, for reposting the normal reference values. High white blood cell count indicates that the body's anti-pathogenic capacity is still in a hyperactive state, meaning the pathogenic factors have not been completely eliminated. We must strike while the iron is hot, pursue victory, and thoroughly pacify them:
Huangqi (Radix Astragali) 20g, Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 10g, Maidong (Radix Ophiopogonis) 10g, Wuweizi (Fructus Schisandrae) 5g, Dangshen (Radix Codonopsis) 15g, Guizhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi) 30g, Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) 15g, Zhigancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) 15g, Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis) 15g, Heifuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) 15g.
Decoct with seven bowls of water until three bowls remain. Take one bowl at 7:00 AM, one bowl at 1:00 PM, and one bowl at 4:00 PM. Total five doses.

White blood cells are not the enemy; they are the regular army. When the enemy surrenders, the regular army begins to demobilize. Therefore, one should not attack white blood cells. If this point is misunderstood, the country will certainly perish.

The Sir truly has miraculous hands bringing back spring. If all TCM practitioners had the knowledge and virtue of the Sir, in the near future, the world would take TCM as its foundation. Long live TCM!!

The OP should write the entire process as a reportage literature and publish it to the public. Save more sentient beings from "ignorance".

Don't know how the OP's condition is??
Why no news until now? Is it cured, or did something else happen?
Good or bad, there must be an answer!

On the long road of life, how many falls and obstacles must one experience? Helpless, I am like a lone boat, floating and sinking in the vast sea. The wash of years has worn down my edges, and the cruelty of reality has left bloody marks all over my body. What remains is only a numb soul and bone-deep life experience. Perhaps what I need most is health and freedom!
A woman full of hope yet repeatedly disappointed!

Congratulations OP. From your test results, band neutrophils are more than metamyelocytes, and metamyelocytes are more than promyelocytes. The condition has basically stabilized and shows signs of cure!!
Fewer promyelocytes are better~~!!!
Sincerely hoping for your recovery! Salutations to Mr. Sanqi!
