广济疗头风白屑痒，发落生发，主头肿旋闷，蔓荆子膏方。
蔓荆子（一升） 生附子（三十枚） 羊踯躅花（四两） 葶苈子（四两） 零陵香
（二两） 莲子草（一握）
上六味切，以绵裹，用油二升渍七日，每梳头常用之，若发稀及秃处，即以铁精一两，
以此膏油于瓷器中研之，摩秃处其发即生也。
延年松叶膏，疗头风鼻塞，头旋发落，白屑风痒，并主之方。

零陵香 甘菊花（各一两） 秦艽 独活 辛夷仁 香附子 藿香（各二两） 乌头（去

上二十一味 咀，以苦酒三升浸一宿以生麻油一斗微火煎三上三下，苦酒气尽，膏成，
去滓，滤盛贮，以涂发根日三度摩之。
又疗头痒搔之，白屑起方。
大麻仁（三升捣碎） 秦椒（二升）
上二味捣，纳泔汁中渍之一宿，明旦滤去滓，温以沐发讫，用后方白芷一斤，鸡子三枚
，芒硝一升，三味以水四升，煮取三升，去滓，停小冷，纳鸡子清及硝，搅令调，更温令
热，分为三度泽头，觉头痒即作洗之不过三度，永除。
又疗头风发落，或头痒肿白屑方。

上六味切，以水一斗五升，煮取一斗，去滓，以洗头，三四度瘥，加芒硝一升亦妙。
The *Guangji Fang* treats head wind (Head Wind) with white dandruff, itching, hair loss, and promotes hair regrowth; it primarily addresses head swelling, vertigo, and stuffiness. Formula for Manjingzi Ointment.
Manjingzi (Cassiae Semen, 1 sheng) Sheng Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root Lateralis, 30 pieces) Yangzhizhu Hua (Daphne Odora Flower, 4 liang) Tinglizi (Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen, 4 liang) Linglingxiang (Linglingxiang, 2 liang) Lianzicao (Alternanthera sessilis, 1 handful)
Cut the above six herbs, wrap them in silk gauze, and soak them in 2 sheng of oil for seven days. Use this herbal oil frequently when combing hair. For thinning hair or bald areas, take 1 liang of Tie Jing (Iron Essence), grind it with this ointment in a porcelain vessel, and massage the bald area to stimulate hair growth.
The *Yannian Fang* Songye Ointment treats head wind with nasal congestion, vertigo, hair loss, white dandruff, and scalp itching. It is indicated for all these conditions.
Songye (Pinus Massoniana Leaf, cut 1 sheng) Tianxiong (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, peeled) Songzhi (Pini Resina) Xingren (Prunus Armeniaca Seed, peeled) Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, each 4 fen) Mangcao (Rhamni Ramulus) Gansongxiang (Nardostachys Radix et Rhizoma) Linglingxiang (Agastaches Herba) Gan Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos, each 1 liang) Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix) Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix) Xinyiren (Magnoliae Flos) Xiangfuzi (Cyperi Rhizoma) Huoxiang (Pogostemonis Herba, each 2 liang) Wutou (Aconiti Radix, peeled) Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium)
The above twenty-one herbs are chopped. Soak them in 3 sheng of Kujiu (Vinegar) overnight. Add 1 dou of raw Sesame Oil. Simmer over low heat, performing three cycles of boiling and cooling. When the vinegar odor dissipates, the ointment is ready. Remove the dregs, filter, and store. Apply to the hair roots and massage three times daily.
Another formula for treating scalp itching where scratching produces white dandruff.
Dama Ren (Cannabis Sativa Seed, 3 sheng, crushed) Qinjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, 2 sheng)
Crush the above two herbs. Soak them in rice washing water overnight. Strain out the dregs the next morning. Wash the hair while warm. Then use the following posterior formula: Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 1 jin), Ji Zi (Galli Ovum, 3 eggs), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 1 sheng). Boil these three ingredients in 4 sheng of water until reduced to 3 sheng. Strain. Let cool slightly. Add egg white and Mangxiao. Stir well. Warm again. Divide into three portions to moisten the head. If scalp itching occurs, wash immediately. Within three treatments, it can be permanently cured.
Another formula for treating head wind with hair loss, or scalp itching, swelling, and white dandruff.
Manjingzi (Cassiae Semen, 1 sheng, crushed) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 3 liang) Jisheng (Taxilli Herba, 3 liang) Qinjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, 1 liang) Dama Ren (Cannabis Sativa Seed, 1 sheng) Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 4 liang)
Cut the above six herbs. Boil in 1.5 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou. Strain. Use the liquid to wash the hair. Three to four treatments will cure the condition. Adding 1 sheng of Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas) is also effective.
