However, given the context of heat-clearing for dysentery-like symptoms, Huanglian/Baihuapi/Kushen are standard. I will translate the names as they appear).
Grind the above eight ingredients into powder. Mix with Indigofera tinctoria juice (Lanzhi) and honey to form pills the size of small beans. Administer five pills daily. Reishi root? No, "Lu" usually refers to Reed rhizome (Luxian) or similar. Given context of parasitic treatment, likely reed rhizome or similar grain-based remedy. Text says "Lu". Let's use "Reed Rhizome" or keep literal. Actually, in ancient texts, Lu often refers to *Phragmites communis* rhizome (Luxian) or sometimes just grain. But here it says "Lu 2 liang... cook with rice". It might be a typo for something else or a specific local herb. I will translate as "Lu (likely Reed Rhizome)". Wait, looking at standard texts, "Lu" alone can refer to *Phragmitis Rhizoma*.
Lu (Reed Rhizome), two liang; Water, one sheng; Rice, two he. Boil until rice is cooked. Remove dregs and administer.
Another formula:
Polygoni Avicularis Herba (Jixuecao/Lu), three liang; Water, one sheng. Boil to obtain four he. Divide into doses. Crushing for juice is also effective.
