古今录验疗气忽发满胸急者方。
茯苓（四两） 杏仁（四两） 橘皮（二两）
上三味切，以水六升，煮取二升，分作三服，日三，随小便下愈，饮尽更作。忌酢物。
又茯苓杏仁煎方。

药（四两）
白前（三两） 五味子（三两） 生姜汁（五合） 蜜（六合） 竹沥（二升）
上十一味切，以水九升，先煮诸药，取三升，去滓，纳竹沥生姜汁蜜等和搅，微火煎取
四升，一服四合，日再夜一。
忌海藻菘菜酢物。
又方
甘遂（三两熬） 茯苓（四两） 杏仁（四两） 泽漆叶（三两炙） 黄芩（四两） 泽
泻（三两） 郁李仁（五两碎） 橘皮（三两） 朴硝（四两）
上九味切，以水九升，煮取二升七合，分三服。忌酢物。

上六味切，以水一斗，煮取三升，适冷暖，稍稍饮之。

猪肾（一具去脂破） 桑根白皮（五两） 茯苓（四两） 泽漆叶（三两炙） 防己（三

上十味切，以水一斗三升，先煮肾桑根皮泽漆叶大豆。取八升，去滓，纳余药，煎取一
升七合，分为三服。忌酢物。
又方
大枣（三十枚擘破） 乌梅（三十枚打破）
上二味，以水四升，煮取二升，纳蜜和调，不得过甜，不得过酢，稍稍含咽之。（并出

Gu Jin Lu Yan Fang (Ancient and Modern Recorded Verification Formula) for treating sudden onset of chest fullness and urgency.
Fuling (Poria, 4 liang) Xingren (Apricot Seed, 4 liang) Jupi (Tangerine Peel, 2 liang)
Cut the above three herbs, decoct in 6 sheng of water until 2 sheng remains. Divide into three doses, taken three times a day. The condition resolves with urination. After finishing the decoction, prepare a new batch. Avoid vinegar products.
Another formula: Fuling Xingren Jian (Poria and Apricot Seed Decoction).
Fuling (Poria, 4 liang) Xingren (Apricot Seed, 4 liang) Jupi (Tangerine Peel, 3 liang) Suzi (Perilla Fruit, 1 sheng, crushed) Gancao (Licorice Root, 3 liang, honey-fried) Shaoyao (Peony Root, 4 liang)
Baiqian (Cynanchum Root, 3 liang) Wuweizi (Schisandra Fruit, 3 liang) Shengjiang Zhi (Ginger Juice, 5 he) Fengmi (Honey, 6 he) Zhuli (Bamboo Sap, 2 sheng)
Cut the above eleven herbs, decoct in 9 sheng of water. First decoct the various herbs to obtain 3 sheng of liquid. Strain out the dregs, add Zhuli, Shengjiang Zhi, and Fengmi, mix well, and simmer over low heat until 4 sheng remains. Take 4 he per dose, twice during the day and once at night.
Avoid seaweed, Chinese cabbage, and vinegar products.
Another formula:
Gansui (Kansui Root, 3 liang, roasted) Fuling (Poria, 4 liang) Xingren (Apricot Seed, 4 liang) Zeqi Ye (Euphorbia Humifusa Leaf, 3 liang, honey-fried) Huangqin (Scutellaria Root, 4 liang) Zexie (Alisma Rhizome, 3 liang) Yuliren (Bush Cherry Seed, 5 liang, crushed) Jupi (Tangerine Peel, 3 liang) Puxiao (Mirabilite, 4 liang)
Cut the above nine herbs, decoct in 9 sheng of water until 2 sheng 7 he remains. Divide into three doses. Avoid vinegar products.
Another formula:
Sanggen Baidi (Mulberry Root Bark, cut, 2 sheng) Yuliren (Bush Cherry Seed, 1 sheng, crushed) Chixiaodou (Adzuki Bean, 2 sheng) Jupi (Tangerine Peel, 3 liang) Suye (Perilla Leaf, 3 liang) Maogen (Imperata Rhizome, cut, 2 sheng)
Cut the above six herbs, decoct in 1 dou of water until 3 sheng remains. Drink slowly when the temperature is suitable.
Another formula:
Sangbaipi (Mulberry Root Bark, 4 liang) Jupi (Tangerine Peel, 3 liang) Fuling (Poria, 4 liang) Gansui (Kansui Root, 3 liang, roasted) Xingren (Apricot Seed, 3 liang) Zexie (Alisma Rhizome, 3 liang)
Huangqin (Scutellaria Root, 4 liang) Chixiaodou (Adzuki Bean, 1 sheng)
Cut the above eight herbs, decoct in 9 sheng of water until 2 sheng 5 he remains. Divide into three doses. Avoid vinegar products. (In another version, Gancao 3 liang is included.)
Another formula:
Yangshen (Sheep Kidney, one piece, fat removed and split) Sanggen Baidi (Mulberry Root Bark, 4 liang) Fuling (Poria, 4 liang) Jupi (Tangerine Peel, 3 liang) Ligeng Baidi (Plum Root Bark, 4 liang) Huangqi (Astragalus Root, 3 liang) Xuanshen (Scrophularia Root, 3 liang) Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger, 4 liang)
Cut the above eight herbs, decoct in 9 sheng of water until 2 sheng 7 he remains. Divide into three doses. Avoid vinegar products.
Another formula:
Zhushen (Pig Kidney, one piece, fat removed and split) Sanggen Baidi (Mulberry Root Bark, 5 liang) Fuling (Poria, 4 liang) Zeqi Ye (Euphorbia Humifusa Leaf, 3 liang, honey-fried) Fangji (Stephania Root, 3 liang) Zexie (Alisma Rhizome, 3 liang) Dadou (Soybean, 2 sheng) Yuliren (Bush Cherry Seed, 5 liang, crushed) Jupi (Tangerine Peel, 3 liang) Puxiao (Mirabilite, 4 liang)
Cut the above ten herbs, decoct in 1 dou 3 sheng of water. First decoct the kidney, Sanggen Baidi, Zeqi Ye, and Dadou. Obtain 8 sheng of liquid, strain out the dregs, add the remaining herbs, and decoct until 1 sheng 7 he remains. Divide into three doses. Avoid vinegar products.
Another formula:
Dazao (Jujube, 30 pieces, split) Wumei (Mume Fruit, 30 pieces, broken)
Take the above two items, decoct in 4 sheng of water until 2 sheng remains. Add Fengmi (Honey) and mix. The taste should not be too sweet nor too sour. Hold in the mouth and swallow slowly. (All from Volume 11)
