用陈蕲艾(二斤)焙干捣。铺脐上。以绢覆住。熨斗熨之。口中艾气出。痛自止。
Shi Liuhuang (Lapis Sulphuris, prepared and ground), Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus, each 4 fen), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, 5 fen), Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus, 6 fen). Pounded into powder. Decoct with water to a specific concentration (text: "cun qi"). Use to wash the Yumen (vaginal introitus). Stop when healed. Alternatively, take a large paper wick, dip in oil, ignite, extinguish the flame, and smoke the nose with the smoke; the Yumen will immediately close.
Haipiaoxiao (Sepiae Endoconcha) and Bei Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus, equal parts). Grind together into powder. Apply to the affected area. Change three times daily.

Additionally, take Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Fructus, 1 sheng) and Rongyan (Rock Salt, size of half an egg). Pound them. Wrap in cotton like half an egg size, insert into the vagina. Change once daily. Heals in twenty days.
Shechuangzi (3 liang) decocted in water for frequent washing. Heals immediately. Additionally, mix Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) and Rushen (Boswelliae Resina), pound into paste, and apply to the swelling; effective. Additionally, take Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) and Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, each 1 liang). Decoct for fumigation and washing of the lower body; swelling also subsides.
Severe injury during first childbirth, Yumen swollen and painful. Decoct Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) strongly and wash; the swelling will naturally subside.
Yinhu (vulva) broken and ulcerated, long-term failure to heal.
